Once again, an excellent experience! Jim really made us feel at home and ensured that we were totally up to speed on the events and access to the property. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit!

The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

We have had a few bad stays recently and were considering going back to hotels. Thought we would take one last chance and I'm so glad we did. This isn't the cheap flip-everything grey-barely cleaned-weird smelling Airbnbs we have been used to...this was cozy and quiet and felt like we were staying at a really clean friend's house. It looked exactly like the pictures with the same great view. I wouldn't say there is a lot to do in the exact neighborhood, but you can get to the highway very quickly. Extra bonus points for a huge king bed and a detachable shower head!

Great stay! It was just as described, beautifully decorated, well stocked and comfy beds. Will definitely return!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Airbnb! Easy self-checkin process, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a responsive host. The location within the Tampa Bay Area is also ideal for individuals wanting to explore throughout the metro.

Nice place that is well equipped with all your living needs. Great location -> close to airport, freeway, grocery and shopping. Pool was beautiful but not heated (very cold!). Owner is very responsive with all of my questions and needs. Place is on the main level looking into the parking lot and main entrance/road, so it's bit noisy. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mark’s place. It’s a lovely setting by a small lake. Mark was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was quick to respond. The place suited our needs very well!

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

We have booked this home two years in a row and have not been disappointed. Our kids and grandkids meet us there and we have a great time together. The heated pool is a big hit and the grandkids love the game room.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Great place to stay! Can’t to town for a concert at the Yuengling center and was about a 20min car ride. Walking distance to the hard rock which was awesome! The house was very clean and the view was great! Michael was vey nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

We love this property, it never disappoints from amenities to view. We keep booking year after year❤️

We had a great time at the apartment and would totally recommend it. We are a family with three kids and had plenty space, the kids loved the pool! A cinema, great parks and marina restaurants are close by and we did rent a boat at the marina next door which was a great experience. Mark is a very nice host and gave us great recommendations. 5 stars!!!

we have stayed ar Sailport many times but this was the first time with Nikki. Her place was so attractive. The bathroom had so many amenities that we needed nothing ie, laundry soap, hair shampoo,plenty of towels and everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed for a great stay. One night we played yatzee with the games she had. The view over her balcony was awsome. Everytime i texted Nikki she always got back to me immediately. Thank you Nikki for making our vacation so special we look forward to staying with you again soon

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience was. Anne was SO amazing with every single detail. The grounds were so beautiful and there were endless possibilities of things to do. I will recommend this property to everyone I know and I will be going back as soon as possible!

The place is comfortable easy to get around and close to the airport. The pool and rec facilities are great.
