sangat dekat ke Aeon mall.. hanya 1 menit jalan sehingga recommended utk yg membawa anak kecil. semua fasilitas lengkap sehingga seperti pulang ke rumah ada disediakan air galon, beras ( bisa masak buat anak ) dan oven utk memanaskan makanan (thank you) buat yg menginap, saya sarankan bantu2 bersihkan unitnya ketika sudah check out ya

udah berkali2 nginep disini dan selalu puas sama fasilitas yg dikasih. semuanya lengkap, host responsive, gak pernah ada masalah dg AC dan water heater. keep up the good quality!

The check in/out instructions are clear. Stevei is very kind, responsive, and fast-response. The room is very convinient, strategic, clean, and well-organized. They also provide some snacks and noodles as well! It will be better if they provide hair dryer. Overall, it’s a great place w/ affordable price. Highly recommended!!

Nice & comfy place. Owner komunikatif, lokasi mudah ditemukan. kamar bersih, keseluruhan ga terlalu gede, standar. ada balkon yg dilengkapi kursi dan meja yg menghadap ke arah tol namun tidak berisik. suasana juga tenang, nyaman untuk beristirahat. amenities lengkap. dekat dengan AEON dan ICE yg bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. overall menyenangkan dan recommended 👍🏽🫠

-This is definitely a nice place to stay. -My family and I spent 3 days 2 nights over there and it was such a great experience. -The room was very tidy and clean when we checked in. -So far, all of the facilities worked well (AC, stove, water-heater, etc) -The amenities were incredibly complete (we got tooth brush, towels, soap, shampoo, salt, sugar, pepper, even my wife found broom to clean the mess) -The extra bed and extra pillow that we requested was covered by clean sheet and good enough for 1 person -The host gave the instruction to check in and check out very clearly and she was very much welcome if we had any question. -Surely considering to spend our next stay-cation again there.

Overall, the place was good -- i stayed for over 4 nights and did not have any pressing issue. For concert goers at ICE BSD, you should consider this (i attended a con at ICE BSD and this was only a few minutes away from the venue). About the building, something to be mindful about for those checking in at midnight is that the mailbox room might be locked from the inside so you have to go around the parking at the back. There was also no security on duty during my midnight check in. About the room, it was generally clean. It could use, however, some deep cleaning to remove some minute details (almost unnoticeable). Another thing, guests would appreciate if the room will have its own wifi.

A great choice to stay with family and friends. The tower is within walking distance to the mall and easy to access. The host is also very responsive, even at midnight. We would be happy to stay there again if we visit BSD. Thank you!

I've stayed here for 2 times now, the 1st everything was great, clean and homey. But the 2nd time the shower is a bit leaking but overall everything is as good as the 1st stay.

Need owner attention: when check in dining table was very sticky not properly clean, Soap and Shampoo about to finish so very hard to pump😔, No toilet tissue at all😵, Token listrik nyala terus krn ada kerusakan dr pihak PLN? tp suara token sgt mengganggu🥲 Overall our stay were pleasant. Ini merupakan apartemen TERLUAS yang pernah saya sewa di AirBNB ini. Awalnya, lantai apartemen agak lengket saja (namun pas bilang ke HOST, gercep datang ada bantuin bersihkan kembali). Salut. Di apartemen, kami juga diberi minuman dan makanan FREE di kulkas. Sikat gigi, odol, handuk (sesuai jumlah kami yang menginap). sapu, pel lantai ada. Jemuran (2) Alat makan (piring, mangkok, rice cooker, microwave, dispenser, teflon, sendok garpu) lengkap ada. Tempat sampah ada juga lengkap. TV 3 unit. Sofa juga besar. Kasur king (2), Single (1), tambahan bed (1). lengkap dengan 2 bantal dan 2 guling juga ada bedcover LENGKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP TOP
