We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Lokasinya juga cukup strategis, dekat dengan pintu tol. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik villa sangat baik dan ramah. Mereka sangat membantu dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan kami. kebetulan kami meminta untuk early check in, dan tuan rumah menyanggupi dan membantu kami. Rumahnya nyaman. Bersih. Sesuai deskripsi. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Saya tinggal disini 5 hari 4 malam bersama anak saya yang berusia 2 tahunan. Overall kami & anak happy disini, fasilitas sangat memuaskan. Ada kolam renang anak dan kolam dewasa yang sangat luas. Playground untuk anak2 bermain. Kemudian posisi tower apartment juga sangat strategis. Dimana jalan beberapa langkah bisa menikmati breakfast di tobby estate. Serasa semi2 di singapore. Untuk kami yang berasal dari kota kecil, Sukabumi. Tempat yang saya rekomendasikan untuk bawa anak2 senang. Di MOI ada Little Planet, Funworld, Playtopia. Pasar MOI banyak sekali dengan pilihan makan. Di bawah apartment di lantai GF juga ada Familymart dan ATM. Saya rasa fasilitas disini dan lokasi sangat amat bagus. Ada mesin cuci yg bisa dipakai, host juga menyiapkan babychair untuk anak saya. Microwave. Kompor dan banyak persediaan galon air. untuk biaya parkir dihitung perjam berjalan. Tapi kami tidak masalah. Just info tentang parkiran. Thank you kami happy sekali.

Best property I have ever been on Airbnb, the decor, and attention to details is out of this business, all was well thought and put into detail, what you see is what you get and even a bit more, Thanks for everything, I was in doubt at first because of the área, but it's a very classy neighborhood with plenty of restsurant options/malls and so on! amazing stay overall

Decided to stay there for new year’s eve and entertained by the view that this unit offers which is Jakarta’s fireworks. My family and I were so happy as the place is not far from some major malls in Jakarta. Will definitely consider this place in the future!

Flexible and early check-in was offered by the host, and it was nice for us! They had inventory list on the room so we can check what we can use in every room. Spacious bedroom, nice for 8 people max. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Very strategic area. It was a nice stay!

Kami menginap 1 Minggu merasa nyaman sekali. Disediakan tidak hanya welcome Drink saja, tapi macam2 snack. Keluar unit langsung ke kolam renang dan ruang olah raga, meskipun kami tidak menggunakan fasilitas ini. Unit ini kami rekomendasikan dan kemungkinan besar bila ada kesempatan, kami akan kembali bermalam.
