We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Doug’s place was comfortable for my wife and 3 kids. The open floor plan was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms were comfortable. The central location made it quick to get anywhere from the biopark, Coronado mall, or even the tram.

Jack's condo was a hidden gem in an oasis. I really loved that it was in a gated community and I felt very safe. It's very close to downtown and Uptown and about 15 min from Balloon Fiesta Park. It was in a perfect location. Jack communicated very well with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if his condo is available.

Carl was a great host, good directions and details. I was a little put off by the extra step outside of Airbnb, where additional information like license was requested. However, beyond that it was a good stay with good value.

Bo’s place is always clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this home. It’s conveniently located and so quiet!

If you order food for delivery, give them clear instructions, as apparently they get sent to some alley? This place was beautiful, simple, had pleasant aesthetics. Sergio called to see if we needed anything. He was approachable, kind, attentive; one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had. The kitchen has your basic cooking stuff and laundry access is nice to have. Extremely walkable area. The home, block, and neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. One can walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store (Smith’s), as well as to Route 66! :) 1.5 blocks away from UNM! :) In case it matters to anyone, the house is located two houses down from 2 5G towers but there are honestly so many in Nob Hill and in Albuquerque, that they are, sadly, unavoidable. Excellent stay, especially for young people and young families! :) You can have a quiet stay or an active stay; lots of options.

Charming house in a great area! Stayed for a month with my cat while working at UNM. Particularly liked having access to the garage! Overall a fantastic place.

house was in a great location house had some stains on carpet which is understandable with it being a rental. house was way bigger in sq footage then i expected, the master bedroom is the size of an average living room!! beds were comfortable def has the retro vibe which is cool

Well kept home exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsible and helped us find a pack and play quickly for our baby (and during a holiday nonetheless!) right as we arrived.

We drove from NC to CA and this townhome was one of the best places we stayed. Great main bedroom and bathroom. Backyard was easy for the dogs to use and enjoy.

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

Having the garage was clutch when traveling with bikes. Thr house was super clean and having access to the MyQ app for the garage door was very convienant.

The home is good if you have to stay together for 5 rooms since the kitchen and living area are shared spaces. The rooms are neat and clean. The kitchen is also clean. Darron is a great host, very proactive and always answerable to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at serge's place. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space for extended stays. Used the kitchen a bit and was nice having a washer and dryer available. Nice carport and backyard area.

Charming casita full of antiques and art. Comfortable, pleasant outdoor areas, lots of restaurants, shops, galleries, and horses within walking distance. My husband found the bed so comfortable he checked the brand and wants to rider one at home. Owners friendly and responsive.
