Courtney went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from flexible check in to flexible check out. Her place is the perfect beach bungalow. Pristine condition and so clean! She had coffee, tea and snacks for us. She had beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and sunscreen for us to use as well. Thank you for an amazing place, Courtney!

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Jack and the condo were both wonderful. He was responsive and flexible with our initial booking being canceled. Can’t wait to book our trip back!

I had a wonderful stay at Heidi’s condo on Longboat Key! The condo was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy, and it was decorated with a cheery beach theme. The condo had everything I needed to make my 4 night stay enjoyable and comfortable like dishes, cooking pans, toaster, coffee maker, cooking oil, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, and bath and beach towels. I enjoyed lots of meals, sipping my coffee, and also reading a book out on the little patio while I enjoyed the ocean view and hearing the waves. You can walk down to the beach in less than a minute and what a beautiful beach it is. The location of the condo is a great spot in LBK with quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas, and I especially like that it’s not a heavily touristy area. Heidi herself made my stay special by bringing me some goodies on my first morning and checking in with me a few times during my stay. She is by far the best Airbnb host I’ve ever stayed with. I’ll be back!

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

My family enjoyed a week long Spring Break trip and felt very comfortable with the location primarily. This is our fourth year at Siesta Key and it is a safe and family friendly environment. I feel secure in allowing the kids to walk to the village and they know their way around as well. The beach is right across the street which is wonderful. The pool was private and not overly crowded with other guests. The den that is converted to the third bedroom is not very private, however we brought an extension curtain rod and long black out curtains to close off the room. It worked perfectly. My biggest complaint would be the temperature of the condo. The thermostat will not go below 73 degrees and to be honest it tended to get pretty stuffy in the condo. It would have been ideal if the temperature was cooler for our comfort level. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Dior’s place was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were nice. Beach amenities were helpful. Short walk to pool, beach, a few restaurants and a trolley stop to the village.

Thao's is a super-cute and comfortable beach bungalow. It had everything we needed for a combined work/pleasure 4-day trip. Everything was exactly as described with the perfect amount of kitchenware and beach gear. With two little outdoor deck areas, plus an outdoor shower (actually an entire extra bathroom) there was plenty of room to hang out. The only downside was that the main road is very difficult to cross. You will need a car or Uber to get downtown. That said, with a little work-around, we found an alternate route through a lovely neighborhood to walk to the Ringling Museum.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.

Everything was as described, location is perfect right across Siesta Beach. Restaurants / shops were a short drive away, which was preferable for us traveling with a 5 & 8 year old (did not want to be in middle of chaos). Condo is modern, had everything we needed (including beach toys for kids which was not really expected). Instructions were spot on, did not reach out to Geoff until 2nd to last day of our stay and when I did I got a response back in minutes. Would definitely recommend this rental, it was our first time to Siesta Key, we fell in love with place and plan to be back soon. Geoff was a gracious host, you could tell he wants guests to feel at home & has done a great job accomplishing that

Beautiful location. Condo is right on the beach with quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

Exactly as described, very clean and very well equipped. We appreciated nice beach chairs and easy beach access and also enjoyed the pool and relaxing by the intercoastal waterway. Siesta Key is high density and we were there at the busiest time, but we felt peaceful and relaxed in our cozy spot.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

This is a great place to stay on Siesta Key. It’s a prime location, provides easy access, close to restaurants/bars/shopping, a short walk to the beach, very clean unit, parking space is right in front of the first floor unit door, nice furniture, great beds, plenty of closet space, good washer & dryer and very responsive owners/hosts. I highly recommend staying at this place on Siesta Key.

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.
