Just back from a lovely weekend. The yurts are beautiful, really comfy and in the most relaxed surroundings. Easy walk into Emsworth which is stunning - like a little piece of Cornwall right on the Sussex Hampshire border. Lots of great places to eat and lovely walks. On Sunday we too the Oyster Boat ‘Terror’ out for a sail, right from the marina the yurts are in, and this was an incredible end to our wonderful weekend! We will be back!

This was the perfect little cosy experience... friendly welcome with. G+T 👌. I didn't realise until last minute there was a strict no dog policy but was able to figure out a alternative solution smoothly with the host. Lovely homely arrangement even though you're in a tent, very nice walks in the area (bring wellingtons!) Fantastic! 😊

Lovely peaceful, relaxing and quiet stay at The Roundhouse that made us feel like real Hobbits! The shower was a fun experience, but not as fun as the ropeswing!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Nici was extremely responsive via message, was flexible with check in and friendly on arrival...which was greatly welcomed after sitting in 5 hour traffic! The pod was exactly as described in the photos and had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days away from home. Having access to the river was a great bonus, especially for my partner who loves a cold plunge! We visited the wildlife centre on the opposite side of the river which I would recommend doing. It didn't matter that it was a cold weekend as the pod retained heat much better than anticipated so if you're concerned about that, there's no need to be 😊 We didn't use the shared area other than to wash up but I would imagine it's lovely as a communical space when the site is busier. The lockable, private bathrooms were great and very clean. We will absolutely be coming back next summer 🤍

We loved staying at the yurt, the setting was stunning and nice and private. The beds were very warm and comfortable and we fell asleep listening to the owls. The yurt is just a short walk from Selsley Common which has stunning views of the surrounding area.

Nick was amazing very helpful ,everything that was needed was there and even helped me with my log burner to get it going, the yurt was beautiful in every way and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud i liked it that much i have extended my stay here for another two weeks. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again thanks nick & Tracey for an amazing stay.

We stayed in the amazing, well-equipped orange yurt for three nights, enjoying beautiful views and a fire each night. We've travelled to a lot of places, but the way Kevin and Fran open their home to people is unrivalled, always with a smile and a warm welcome. The family have dedicated their boundless energy to making the miraculous a reality. It's a place where guests are able to relax in the peace of the tranquil surroundings unhindered, or potentially welcomed to see a little of the magical projects that take place during their stay. It's amazing to see life on a working farm, alongside the exciting projects that abound across the site and the new community centre in the local town, where we enjoyed tasting an array of treats from the cafe under Merlin's care. We also visited the Neolithic village, which is just incredible! It's a life changing place, and comes with the potential of meeting a wide array of inspiring people who live and visit the farm. There's nothing else like it.

Wow I don’t think I can even put in to words how beautiful this place really is, it’s such an amazing little gem tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. We left feeling totally grounded back to the nature and relaxed to the core. Honestly cannot wait to book our return visit. Has everything you need for some proper family time to reconnect back with each and be at one with nature. Olivia and grant really have created something so special here and am so soo grateful to have found this place 💝🙏💝

If anything this place under sells itself. We stopped in the buzzard yurt and it was spacious,clean and even has a woodburner for colder nights. It’s wonderfully private if your staying in one of the yurts as it has a screening wrapped around them. The kitchen is the best stocked and supplied area that I’ve ever seen in a clamping site. There is fresh eggs from the hens and which we loved. Polperro is a 10-15 milk down the hill depending on fitness levels. It’s a steep climb on the way back so if your not a walking lover you can easily park in the crumplehorn car park. Last of all massive thanks to Dane who lives on site and looked after us so well and gave us a battery bank for our phones which was a life saver. He also let us feed the chickens and collect their eggs which my lad loved! Beautifully peaceful haven and we would absolutely stay again!

It was a fantastic location with very friendly and responsive hosts. Would recommend to anyone wanting a secluded break on the island!

We had a great time at Mill Haven Place - we stayed in the sunset yurt with our two kids and it was perfect. The woodburner in the yurt made it really cosy and the covered outdoor kitchenette was great for meal prep. The pitches are well spaced out and the design with the trees makes it feel private yet spacious. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Alison's Marrakech Yurt and it was absolutely amazing! This was such a quirky, peaceful, eco yurt with log burners, outdoor kitchen and bathroom with a wood fired hot tub and compost toilets. It is totally our vibe. So peaceful, it was the perfect getaway to just be in nature and relax. Alison also let us bring our dog and left us some eggs from the hens and ducks. it was so easy to check in and super private. It was just what we needed to switch off and be off grid for 24 hours. Some great walks nearby and gorgeous views. Thank you also for the Happy Birthday Banner in the yurt. it was a nice addition to our celebrations. This is the perfect retreat for eco/hippie/nature lover types. If you're looking for modern and luxury comforts with pristine grounds and gardens this is not for you. Alison prides herself on allowing nature to come first here and that totally aligns with our values, we LOVED it and will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for an amazing stay

We had a great stay at the yurt, very cosy in the evenings, great to be able to barbecue with a view!

Kate and Mike were excellent hosts and made us feel right at home straight away. The stay was for my birthday weekend and Kate had put up a birthday banner in the yurt, had left homemade cake on the table, milk in the fridge and fresh laid eggs out on the side of kitchen. The little touches really made the place feel like a home from home. The yurt was beautiful and peaceful, as well as very private and secluded. We were looking for off grid living for a few days and we did this comfortably here. The kitchen area and bathroom as well as the yurt were spotless. The beautiful yurt stood strong against the elements and was cosy and warm throughout the night. Situated in the most serene landscape looking out onto the rugged cliffs and seascape. Couldn’t ask for more for our little family, would highly recommend and will hopefully be returning!

Put stay at the yurt was absolutely amazing. We stayed there for the weekend as a little getaway. The place itself was lovely as well as the area. It started raining during our first night and it got quite cold but the fireplace inside the yurt can quickly heat it up. The place is perfectly equipped, it has everything you may need with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, we’d recommend this place for anyone who’d like to getaway to the countryside and experience the tranquility of pensford.

A beautiful place with some true eco values and ethics ! Both hosts were super helpful and very welcoming, the yurt we had was warm, cosy and clean. This place is a true Labour of love and it really shows.

Pen and Patrick were amazing hosts. So kind and thoughtful and there was a great focus on attention detail. Everything was catered for and it was an excellent stay. They checked in on us throughout our stay and were super responsive to any questions or queries we had. Also they had some great recommendations for things to do in the area and it made it the perfect stay :) x

we had a wonderful weekend in the yurt, Francoise & her husband were very friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. very accommodating & responsive hosts & a really lovely place. We are already planning a return trip!

On arrival we were met by Sharon who kindly helped us to the Yurt on the golf buggy. The Yurt was beautiful and exactly how it was listed on the booking. The hot tub was fantastic and the shower room was lovely and warm and immaculate. The whole atmosphere was friendly, the owner Mark was fantastic and always happy to help. We ate at a local pub recommended to us which was delightful. Thank you all for your hospitality and the Christmas tree on checking out. We will definitely stay again.

You are going into the wilderness but your sleeping accommodation is wonderful, check with host what equipment you would need for cooking/ eating if staying longer than a night as the Yurt on entry does not have any utensils. I’m sure the host can remedy this if asked as he did for us. Very very remote with wonderful history and loo / washing facilities not for the feint hearted. - But all described accurately in the advert. Thank you for a unique experience 😊

Michelle went above and beyond to help surprise my husband for his birthday! Decorated with balloons and banners and I could not be happier with the effort she put in to make his birthday so special! Thank you so much, trip to remember 🫶🏻

We had the best time at Tim's place! The location exceeded our expectations, it was so peaceful with loads to do and we even saw the resident deer a couple of times. We had a hammock, swings for the kids, a badminton court, firepit area with loads of wood. But make sure you are up for a steep walk to and from the car park as not suited for people with any knee or ankle issues. The yurt was spectacular too with everything you would expect and the furnishings are beautiful 🐝! Thank you Tim for a lovely stay!

Had a fantastic two-night stay in this beautiful yurt. The location was stunning - peaceful, and scenic. The yurt itself was clean and beautifully set up. And the facilities were excellent, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. The wood burner was a lovely touch, and we really appreciated the neatly stacked logs with kindling on top. Highly recommend!
