We had an excellent stay here, plenty of space for the two of us with two living rooms and the bedroom. Everything was in good working order and clear instructions, Rita was lovely. A great place to get away for the weekend, kid friendly too, there were ducks and horses on site :)

Lovely place with close access to The Thatch and the beach. Perfect for a few nights away surfing with friends.

We had a wonderful three days at Funchal, it seemed longer, which is always a good sign! The chalet was lovely, beautifully and tastefully furnished, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The wood burner was a real plus too. The chalet was in such a peaceful and quiet location, the birdsong, the trees and the stars at night were just amazing, no street lights. The cakes and milk were much appreciated, thank you. We walked down to Three Cliffs Bay from the chalet, it really is a stunning beach and great to be so close. We walked miles along the coast paths, so beautiful, the views kept unfolding, Rhosilli and Oxwich are so beautiful and we took so many photos along the way, and at this time of year the coast paths were so quiet. Liz and Allie were great hosts, very responsive to any query. The track down to the chalet is bumpy and rutted, but for us it added to the charm, we took it slowly and were just fine, quite fun actually driving carefully and slowly down to the chalet!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Came for a friend's wedding at the King Arthur Hotel which is an easy 10/15 min walk up the road with gorgeous views and lots of sheep. Simon and Em were really responsive and super flexible about our check in/out time (very much appreciated by 3 hungover girls on the Sunday after the wedding), quick to respond to our questions and really friendly and generous. The property is exactly as described, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!

We had a really good stay at John’s Pembrokeshire chalet. The chalet was really clean and was well equipped. Comfortable beds, a great TV with built in Freeview, good hot water and shower. The chalet lies in a beautifully kept quiet location and even though it was busy with lots of families and couples staying on the site, as we stayed during prime holiday time, it was always tranquil. John’s communication was excellent and he couldn’t have been more helpful and personable. The beaches and walks he recommended nearby were stunning. Really convenient for Newgale beach and other beaches. We will definitely return as we were sorry that we hadn’t planned to stay longer! In summary excellent functional place to stay offered at a sensible rate.

Perfect location and perfect for a getaway. What a gem!

A lovely spot with a great outlook over the River Dovey. Comfortable beds. Very peaceful when we went. (Late September.) A bit of a schlep1.2 miles to the coast, on a very steep narrow road. A slight dog smell when entering.

Had a lovely few days at the Ranch! Beautiful surroundings very peaceful and the hot tub was lovely after walking in the hills! Suz was a wonderful host, great communication and very friendly. Would return again in a heartbeat.

Perfect hideaway in nature with alpaca waiting for you outside your window in a morning! Plenty of things to keep you busy in the area, but perfect to stay in with the log fire to keep you company. Mike and Rachael are super responsive when you reach out. Such a peaceful place would happily go again

Jamie and Sarah were lovely hosts. Everything was as expected. Barney my dog loved to sit outside on the bank and watch the world go by. Then take a walk over the hills to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely quiet little space away from the noise of a city and cars. Tucked away and peaceful. Chalet was cosy and relaxing, host was very clear with instructions and quick response time. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The views were beautiful. There was no phone signal, but the internet was good. Only thing to be aware of is not all the rooms are accessible from the communal space, though this didn't bother our group.

Lovely and welcoming stay at the lodge. Myself and friends all joined with our children and was what we expected. We enjoyed using the kitchen / dining room for our New Year’s Eve / Day plans and was able to make full use of the kitchen as desired for our roast dinner. Beautiful scenery surrounding the lodge and especially a great view from the king size room looking out onto the lake. Only downfall was that there were a lot of hornets / flies inside the lodge during our stay Thank you for a lovely stay Gethin.

Beautiful Caravan to stay in with the family, with it being only a 5-10 minute walk from all the Butlins facilities. Hannah was always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Hannah 😊

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but the chalet was so comfortable that we chilled in the afternoon, the dogs loved it too. Wish I had booked for a bit longer really. Emma was so helpful with instructions, it made it so easy to find. Coming from the Llyn Peninsula it was a real treat ordering pizza to the chalet.

A lovely clean, stylish chalet where the host has thought of everything. Useful check in details provided beforehand. The chalet is so close to such a beautiful beach. It was perfect for our short winter break at new year with our 4 and 6 year old.

Dewis place was great base for our family holiday at a great price 😁!! You are a few minutes walk from the beach which is lovely snd clean and driving distance to various attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood and Manor Wildlife Park to name a few we visited ☺️!! Dewi was very quick and responsive at answering messages before and during our stay. We hope to stay here again in future 🙂.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Everything was exactly as described and as mentioned in all the other amazing reviews. The caravan was super clean with all the beds made up. Towels, hand towels bathroom mats and tea towels all provided as well as lots of other extras like shower gel and shampoo. Fantastic quiet location on the Haven site with great views out to sea. Only 5 minute walk to the site amenities and club house. Good fish and chip shop on site. Really couldn’t ask for any more and will definitely be booking another stay in the future. Thank you for a great few days away.

Emma was a great host and her chalet is perfect for a great family holiday if you love sea ,sand ,and wildlife then this is the perfect place we also had great weather for the last week of the summer Hols thank you Emma for letting us stay in your chalet .

We really enjoyed our stay at Gaynor's chalet. We have three small children (under 5) and the chalet feel is nicely relaxed (no cream sofa, thank goodness). The place is well equipped and we had everything we needed for a four night stay. We had very little phone signal and the wifi is not very strong, but it was great to feel 'off-grid' for a few days and just focus on the children and chat! Would certainly like to return.

Enjoyed the location of the chalet with it's sea views, close beach and wild seas. Close to Kidwelly and children friendly activities. Great base for a short break. Lesley was very attentive and responsive as a host.
