Nick is a super kind host and a rugby enthusiast. The house is perfect for whoever wants to attend a rugby match, as it is right opposite to the Millenium Stadium… Indeed you can see it right from the living windows. The city center is 2 minutes walk far from the house. I recommend it!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful and peaceful area. Lots to see in the surrounding areas. Jan is a great host, he was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at the cottage. The hosts Jan and Annekke were very welcoming, fun and friendly people and made us feel at home. The 2 dogs were also lovely! We paid the £25 for the hot tub and it was lovely. The water was freshly changed and the temperature was amazing. We celebrated my birthday with my Wife and 3 kids in there! The place was clean and the beds were very comfy so we all had good sleeps. WIFI was strong for the phones and gadgets. The location was peaceful and secluded and beautiful all around, my only gripe which is not really to do with the hosts was the 2nd day was rainy and there is not a lot to do in that area of wales so we ended up driving 2.5 hours north to snowdonia for caves etc. On a sunny day I'm sure there is a lot more to do in the area.

Lovely and helpful hosts from the moment we arrived until we were leaving. Lovely quiet village not far from Aberystwyth and a walkable distance to the beach. The caravan was very clean and felt very cozy, will definitely recommend and return myself. Thank you Terris 😀

Wonderful location for a West Wales break close to all attractions but in a surprisingly secluded spot so close to Saundersfoot. The views are spectacular and access to the beach is perfect. The on-site pool was great also. The caravan was perfectly presented with no defects and plenty of space for 4 guests. Would highly recommend Swallow Tree and look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future.

We had a lovely family getaway at the chapel over Christmas. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Matthew and Graham were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and accommodated a few small requests we had.

Booked for 1 night away over the Easter holidays with my 2 daughters and my mum. Amanda and Guy were super responsive from the go and were able to accommodate us for an earlier check-in which was brilliant of them, they even allowed us a later check out too. We followed their instructions and found the accommodation easily, the house was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed by a host of treats (including 2 Easter Eggs and sweets for the girls) and a lovely welcome note. Seascape had everything you would need and more and you could tell that Amanda and Guy take so much pride in what they are obviously brilliant at. The beach was just a 'pebbles' throw away and the recommendation for dinner was spot on. We ate dinner at The Stackpole and it was amazing with great service. We also had a lovely Sunday dinner at The Ferry Inn at Pembroke Dock. Great portions and delicious (another recommendation whilst saying goodbye to Guy). A perfect quick visit. Next time will be longer. Thank you 😊

Just got back from a lovely stay at the three spaniels lodge. the enclosed space was great for the dog and kids equally :D beautiful views with baby lambs on our door step for Easter (we didn't eat any I promise!) The hot tub was amazing and the icing on the cake for us all. The lodge itself was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. Hot water aplenty too. The cooking facilities and extremely good. The only thing I would add to the lodge is a lamp in the living area but that's it! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and didn't have enough time to use the pub which is epic by the way! Thank you for having us Miranda and Dave. from the Whitmore clan x

Such a beautiful cottage, atmosphere and view with incredible hospitality from host. Couldn’t asked guy or a better location and host anything was never too much trouble. You had everything you needed. I didn’t want to come home as it was that homely / enjoyable. Thank you once again for sharing your wonderful cottage with us. We’ll deffo be back next year 💙

We booked the two Appartments for a family get together over the holiday weekend. The apartments were as described and beautifully kept. Tracey promptly replied to any queries and was extremely kind and understanding. The apartments were situated within a five minutes walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Very clean and well appointed caravan. Quiet spot close to the beach, great for our needs. Fiona was a great host. Would use again.

We arrived late at night the instructions to find the place was spot on, and the key box for a swift entry, amazing views to look out on also see the baby lambs running about in the field, Phil was walking around and he came over for a nice chat and was polite and really helpful and made us feel like home.

Very nice cottage that is within walking distance of all local shops, pubs and restuarants. Easy walk to the Valley of the rocks. Tougher walk back from Lynmouth, but worth it. Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe beaches within a short drive. Lovely walks to Heddon Valley, Woody Bay all very local

We have been to Hannah’s place before. It has easy access for an elderly person, me, and I always take a toilet riser when staying away from home, these days, which works perfectly. The beds are comfortable there are loads of pillows, towels, etc. the site is well kept and quiet. Plenty of places to visit. My son is my carer and he cooked a couple of easy meals in the well equipped kitchen. We ate out otherwise.

The location was perfect, the house was spacious and as described. It’s an old building which brings some quirks like lower ceiling and squeaky floors but the bedrooms are big the extra lounge worked well for the kids to have their own space.

Really enjoyed the stay. A lovely cottage in a very quiet but central location. Highly recommended. Kim

Halfway Cottage was the perfect place for a family get together. We were 7 adults and 3 children and everyone enjoyed their stay. The house is so well designed with plenty of living space so that no-one was on top of each other. The kitchen is well equipped with additional food storage space. Wet cloths and boots were left in the back hall way and soon dried in the warm. The beds are really comfortable and everyone slept well, lulled by the sound of running water. With 3 bathroom and a downstairs toilet, there was never a queue. Our first day we were able to walk straight out into the Halfway Forest- a real bonus with small children. Other walks up into the hills, and castles to explore, were a short drive away, as well as the town of Llandovery for supplies. Emma was so kind and helpful with check in and all my questions before and during our stay.Thank you! I would thoroughly recommend the house as a place to stay for a large group and as a base to explore the area.

The place was great - we loved having walking the beach and jumping into the hot tub each morning. Great kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and hang out. The on-site parking is on a steep drive and one of our cars kept going into hill-assist control making getting it out more difficult than expected, so we ended up parking in the adjoining car park which solved that problem. In all, it’s a great place that we all would love to come back sometime! Highly recommend.

A lovely cottage, spotlessly clean, in a great location for visiting the beautiful beaches and coastline nearby! We would love to visit again in the future and would 100% recommend to others.
