We had a great time at Mill Haven Place - we stayed in the sunset yurt with our two kids and it was perfect. The woodburner in the yurt made it really cosy and the covered outdoor kitchenette was great for meal prep. The pitches are well spaced out and the design with the trees makes it feel private yet spacious. We would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful and tidy campsite, all the amenities were spot on and the Geo dome exceeded expectations. We will definitely be arranging a return visit to stay longer than one night. Thank you Colin

Wonderful yurts in a little slice of Welsh heaven. Set in the valley these wonderful yurts are well equipped and very very comfortable. Little woodburners inside for chilly nights, firepits outside for roasting marshmellows. Merlins bus, which was converted into the kitchen/diner is great for cooking meals. We enjoyed gorgeous walks in the area or a trip to the beach at Aberdovey. Frances is amazing and is very caring towards her guests. Its a wonderful place to come to get away from it all. Really great for young kids too. Great for them to explore the woods and collect firewood etc. We’ve been coming for around 8 yrs and have loved it everytime.

The yurts were amazing, had everything you needed and more. Fran and Tony were wonderful hosts. The kids enjoyed it so much,asked to come back next weekend. They had the freedom just to be kids, running around making friends and building dens & going on adventures. The perfect weekend. Thank you Fran & Tony and your wonderful dogs too!

Fabulous setting, had weather been better we could have made more of the deck and the woodland but a lovely spot and great amenities.

Natasha Place is amazing everything I was expecting to have, like a nice and relaxing weekend away from city's. Sami Natasha's friend who did the check in with us because Natasha went away for the weekend was super nice with us explaining everything and super polite. overall if you want a nice away weekend/week for relaxing with wife and kids that's the place to go for. 5* definitely come back soon :)

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL place. The setting is gorgeous, super private and surrounded by trees. Cooking to a backing track of Tawny Owls was something very special. The hosts were super friendly and REALLY helpful. An absolutely glorious stay, can't wait to return next season!

We love this place! It is a little haven. Extremely family friendly - the yurts are really well equipped and everything we could want for our baby and toddler was provided. The site is peaceful with lovely views, and good walks nearby. Julie and family are really responsive and helpful. A very special place, we’ll be back.

Absolutely fantastic weekend had in tje Yurt Anthony is a lovely chap who explained everythimg to us and made us feel welcome. The yurt is well equipped and comfy and we loved the log burner The wood fored hot tub is great it takes about 3.5 hours to get warm but is well worth the wait. We took a light for outside for when in the hot tub as its pitch black Overall i would 100000% recommend it and we will defo be back

Thank you so much for helping me pull off the most wonderful surprise weekend. Couldn’t have done it without your fabulous acting skills!! We had an amazing time, the campsite was utterly perfect, and you have thought of everything and more, to make for a stunning trip. The yurts are really comfortable to sleep in, the ‘living room’ was great for when the rain came, and we had some unforgettable evenings around the campfire. Thank you ever so much again, you are both wonderful! (And the tomatoes were divine!)

Beautiful farm setting stay in a yurt, everything you need for basic glamping with extras like goats and fresh eggs. The yurt has solar powered charging box which kept our phones going throughout our stay. The yurt keeps the heat of the day well and even though it has a log burner we didn’t need to use it. Some how we did have many visitors during our stay including snails, spiders and daddylonglegs so keep that in mind if you don’t like bugs

A beautiful place with some true eco values and ethics ! Both hosts were super helpful and very welcoming, the yurt we had was warm, cosy and clean. This place is a true Labour of love and it really shows.

We stayed in the Yarlington yurt which was absolutely wonderful, almost like something from a fairytale. We were given excellent instructions on how to get to and access the property and facilities and it was very well appointed. The only disappointments were well beyond the control of the owners in that the weather was terrible, so we were unable to make the best of the available facilities in the fire pit and barbeque. One other point of note is that if you are planning to eat at the local pub, do make a booking. They were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked and were also asked to drink outside despite being half empty. I would heartily recommend staying at Torre Cider Farm and would love to go back in better weather.

I can highly recommend Hillfort camping! I had a wonderful 3 night break in one of the yurts. It’s a beautiful, wild, rugged and unspoilt area, perfectly located for walking and other local attractions. John is a fantastic host. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

David’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. David was a very responsive and friendly host and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be booking again!

Had a fantastic two-night stay in this beautiful yurt. The location was stunning - peaceful, and scenic. The yurt itself was clean and beautifully set up. And the facilities were excellent, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. The wood burner was a lovely touch, and we really appreciated the neatly stacked logs with kindling on top. Highly recommend!

A fantastic get-away-from-it-all stay. Just as we wanted! Complete peace and quiet, with beautiful views. The animals were lovely. We so enjoyed feeding and stroking the horses and especially enjoyed being welcomed by Lazerous the friendly lamb! Kate, the owner, was so lovely. It was really interesting hearing all about her farm and farming practises. And buying some meat from her, which we intend to have this week! The Yurt itself is a lovely space. Cosy, quirky, Kate has clear ideas on the farm and these follow through to the Yurt and its added amenities. The outside kitchen had everything we needed. The outside space was very comfortable and well thought out, and the firepit was fantastic to cook on each night, in addition to the hob. The Yurt is an ideal place for two. But with the addition of the sofa bed, allows for other guests. Once out, the space inside is reduced. But the woodburner and the fairy lights create a super atmosphere into the evening! We will definitely be back!
