This is a hotel room which the hotel rents out on Air BnB. The room is like a mini appartment with a kitchen and washing machine. As it is part of the hotel I can use their pool and gym which is off site. There is a restaurant with great food and also the front desk staff are great! There is a team stop just up the road and is only 3 min walk down to the river where is there lots of restaurants and cafes. We will he staying here again. Thanks!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and spacious, there was no traffic noise in the room. Easy parking available.

Yi was by far the best host and the accomodation exceeded our expectations. Despite being right at the city doorsteps, it was peacefully quiet in the unit. Despite our very late arrival, Yi accommodated us and was super flexible and responsive. The beds were comfortable. The views were outstanding. If you need a two bedroom apartment in Melbourne, you wouldn’t find better. Thank you! 🙏

We had a wonderful stay in Melbourne with Q Squared! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the tram, close to Victoria Market, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Just a note: there isn’t a coffee machine in the room, but there’s a kettle for instant coffee. With so many cafes nearby, a machine isn’t really necessary! The team was super helpful with any questions we had and even shared some great local recommendations. The pillows were incredibly comfy, and while the mattress was just okay, it was as expected for an Airbnb-style stay. Having parking included was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience!

We stayed for 28 days at one of Larry’s apartments in East Melbourne, and our stay was definitely wonderful throughout this quite long period. Since I initially contacted Larry about reserving the apartment, he had been very responsive and maintained great communication throughout our stay. When we arrived, we met David (Larry’s son) who was always available and extremely helpful from the day we arrived until the day we checked out. The apartment itself was very tidy, clean, and had a really decent view. The location in East Melbourne is amazing since it combined our most important priorities, which are the quietness and being very close to the CBD. Having a tram station right next to the building had made the stay a lot easier, since the place is very accessible from anywhere in the city. Also having IGA supermarket right next to our building was certainly a privilege. We definitely enjoyed our long stay, and will certainly book one of Larry's units whenever we're around the city.

A great, no fuss stay in a nice area close to amenities but away from the bustle of main streets. Easy check in and a comfortable bed with some really considered groceries provided. Living space was sweet with a small but well equipped kitchen. Thank you Pece!

Very nice apartment with great view. Apartment was new and clean. Woolworth is in the same building. Swimming pool is very nice.

It’s a lovely little unit and has all the amenities you need. It was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. Kathy was wonderful when it came to flexibility around late check-ins and gave ample time for check-in and check-out instructions. The area is quiet and peaceful, a short walk to a bus stop which can get you to the nearest train station. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome hosts. They left us chocolate, fruit and even a souvenir picture painted by Simon. It was so easy to get in (keys collected from the store next door that is open 24/7, so it doesn’t matter how late you arrive). The apartment is huge with a big balcony, and we loved all the little extra touches, such as the giant soft toy in my daughter’s bedroom. The location is incredibly handy, across the road from Southern Cross, next to multiple takeaway places, and just steps to some trams. It made getting around Melbourne really easy. It was really useful having a washing machine too. I’d definitely recommend staying here. We loved it.
