A really ideal place to stay with simple but great facilities and careful thoughts to the details. Check in was easy and there is plenty of on street parking. The place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Callow Barn is in a stunning location in the heart of the Peak District with beautiful views from every window . There are loads of different walks to enjoy nearby . The property itself has ample room for 8 and everything you could need for a stay is provided

This cottage is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring the peaks. You’re a 5 minute walk from pubs which serve great food, and a short drive away from some of the best sights in the peaks. The hot tub is a nice addition, and the house is immaculate. Thanks. Will definitely be staying again

Beautiful house and spotlessly clean. Great location close to Penistone with lots of pubs nearby. We felt at home and Kay was always responsive and helpful.

Cotton Cottage is in a lovely and convenient spot. There’s absolutely everything you could need. Francesca provided lots of helpful info when we booked and was attentive and communicative when we contacted her during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! This place certainly makes an impression. What a beautiful space. Loved all the little areas of the home which were all a feature in themselves. The kitchen was beautiful and was well equipped for me to make a meal. Luxurious bathroom and toiletries, comfy bed and a beautiful view from it. Loved laying in bed and listening to the church bells (don't worry not too early) and looking up through the velux windows at the trees. Thank you!

A really enjoyable stay. The cottage is in a lovely location, close to rural walks but also two minutes walk from train station to get to Sheffield. Hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, not to mention Megan the corgi who was also very friendly.

This is a lovely place, comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. A comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep. Fantastic hosts who include very thoughtful and welcoming touches. Great location for the Peak District and Bakewell.

Fantastic stay . Would definitely book again but next time we want to stay in the pods and fish once weather picks up . Great facilities, clean , everything you need for a fab little getaway. On site beautiful tea room with friendly welcoming staff always smiling . There plenty of shops , chippys , pubs close to . Amazing walks close by also , we visited anston stones wood lovely walk close to the Brooke . Nothing was to much trouble everything was perfect and I will definitely recommend this perfect little place to friends and family . We will see you soon and thank you for a wonderful stay .

Hilary & Mark were amazing hosts! The property is stunning, well kept, and a wonderful value for the money. I highly recommend staying here! First, Hilary was super responsive and gave great local recommendations. Both Hilary & Mark greeted us upon arrival and were so warm and welcoming. The property is well furnished, super clean, and has everything you could need. All in all, a wonderful place to stay and one that I highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hay Loft! The space itself was extremely clean and well kept with ample room for 4 people. There was plenty of room for parking with easy check in instructions (and lovely neighbours). We loved having the Pool table and log burner in the living area - it made the space very homely and was a lovely extra touch. From when we booked Dale was very responsive and happy to help with any of our queries or questions. The location was fantastic for Nostell and exploring the surrounding areas such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Newmillerdam. We will definitely be back to stay here again as it was perfect!

The information given by the host made everything so easy. The house was everything we needed for our family stay and the location was everything we needed to get away, and our of the way, for the weekend.

Beautiful peaceful location, easy to get to many lovely walks. We did Bamford Edge, Stanage Edge and Mam Tor over the weekend. Cosy cottage with comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen, with a collection of books including guide books for the area which is very helpful. Very friendly host and easy communication. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war wirklich phantastisch. Alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles sinnvoll Benötigt war da. In sehr hoher Qualität und wirklich extrem sauber und gepflegt. (Kein überflüssiger oder störender Schnickschnack). Das Bett war das Beste an das ich mich in über dreißig Jahren "auf Reisen" erinnern kann. Sogar waschen und trocknen kann man beinahe kostenlos, was für professionell Reisende wie mich bei längeren Aufenthalten von unschätzbarem Wert ist. (Wer sitzt schon gerne am Wochenende stundenlang im Waschsalon)? Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön und lädt nach der Arbeit zu Spaziergängen in die Landschaft ein. Nachts ist es sehr hier ruhig und leise. Nichts stört einen erholsamen Schlaf. Alles zusammen ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert für Einzelpersonen oder Paare, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer wirklich schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung in der Nähe von Huddersfield verbringen möchten.

The cottage was very comfortable and well-equipped, set in beautiful surroundings providing access to great walks, local pubs and restaurants. Julie provided clear instructions, was welcoming but not obtrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Losehill Cottage. No hesitation in recommending it.

A really lovely cottage, which was ideal for our family trip away. It’s also dog friendly, which is a must for us. In the heart of the Peak District with lots of fabulous walks in n the doorstep. We highly recommend Robin Hood’s Cave about 25 minutes drive from the cottage.
