Beautiful house with gorgeous views. We came to Auburn for a family reunion with our adult children and elderly mom. Lots of room for us to spread out. Backyard is very peaceful.

Asha's place is truly magical! The land is special and rejuvenating and she has clearly put a lot of work into cultivating it. I loved the gardens, the house and being in the forest. Very clean and comfortable. Feels like you are in the woods, but still very close to town. Could even see snow capped mountains!!! Asha is an awesome host and I highly recommend staying here.

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to downtown NC but also very peaceful in the woods. Spacious home with high ceiling and good amenities, including pool and jacuzzi. The only downside is the living room was pretty dark and no bright light for reading at night.

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

My husband and I stayed at Amelia's for a much needed getaway. It was the perfect location for us to just relax, walk into town for food/coffee/shopping, and get some planning done for the year ahead. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house was so clean and well taken care of. Amelia was quick to respond to questions and had detailed instructions with clear pictures to help us find our way and park in the correct space.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean!! Diann is a wonderful host! We will be back!!

Truly stunning location that was great for my women's retreat that consisted of adults and one toddler. The lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed how easy it was to visit the water, or just hang outside. As the mother of the single toddler that came, I really appreciated how nice the house was, how easy it was to babyproof the space when we arrived, and I especially appreciated the deck, which was a great space to let the baby roam around. It's private, quiet, an the amenities are many. The hot tub is gorgeous, the game room was a ton of fun. It was also quite affordable for our group, and it created a wonderful space for us to do our community dreaming, bonding, and discussions. Tami was also very attentive and communicative. Thank you for a great stay, and we would happily come back again!

Our first experience staying at an Airbnb was wonderful. It was so nice for our family to instantly feel right at home, especially seeing the kitty sitting on the adorable front porch to greet us (from afar!😹.) Shannon’s property is immaculate inside and out. For a tiny house it was very spacious and not cramped at all. There was no need to worry about forgetting a toiletry or household item, Shannon has thought of everything. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Liked the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom layout is a little unusual. Both bathrooms are adjoining to each other so you need to make sure the door between them is locked. Great responsive host.

What a wonderful place to stay! Sharalee was a terrific host, who answered questions quickly. I hope to stay there next time I'm in the area. Beautiful house with plenty of room for large groups. Highly recommend!!

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

Vicky's place was awesome, perfect for a family and friends weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the huge dining table. Beds are comfortable and the couch was big enough for all of us to fit after a long day of skiing! The house is in beautiful, serene surrounding, with huge backyard. We will be back.

Great place, lots of room, all of the guests were especially impressed with how comfortable the beds were. Given how uncomfortable most Airbnb beds are, that alone was a massive plus.

What a beautiful, warm home! My friends and I had a wonderful, peaceful girls weekend, enjoying the comforts, entertainment, views, and convenience of staying here. Highly recommended to anyone! A few of the ladies are even going to book their family vacations here too. The hosts were VERY responsive and a delight to deal with. Thanks for the memorable weekend!!!

It was very cold when we arrived, but the heaters quickly heated up the place. We liked being close to downtown Nevada City which had many charming stores and restaurants. We all liked our beds and they were comfortable. I'd say the full size bed was the most comfortable. You did have to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were plenty of towels. Thank you so much.

Excellent vacation home. My family and I had a great time. We comfortably fit 9 adults and 1 child. It was walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, which is very nice and decorated for the holidays. It was approximately 45 minutes to the sledding/tubing hill called Nyack. We caught a large snowstorm at the hill. Overall, a great vacation that we will all remember for years to come. Thank you!

The Wild Fern House provided a beautiful and peaceful getaway for our family with everyone having space for themselves. The kitchen was well stocked, living space just as pictured, beds comfy and warm, bathrooms spotless, sparkling hot tub, and great visibility for stargazing. The house is also in a great location, close to amazing hiking trails, swimming spots (if you visit in summer/fall), archery club, markets, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and all the small details, like the welcome note, essential oil diffuser, having the hot tub hot and ready on arrival, etc. We hope to visit again soon, thank you!

The house was lovely and well-appointed. it was a little tricky to find arriving after dark. It was also not easy to get from the driveway to the front door in the dark. The motion detector light doesn't stay on long enough to make it all the way. We found the accommodations comfortable and Lucy the cat was awesome. Quite the hostess! It was not noted in the listing, but it was communicated before we arrived that the house is shoes off. We were able to work with that but would have preferred it be called out in the home listing.

This was the perfect place for a group. We celebrated Christmas in the 4 bed 2 bath country home. We loved the fire pit and natural surroundings. Everything was spotless and high quality. Huge laundry room and most of the rooms are large. Oscar’s hospitality was excellent and we couldn’t be happier. A good value if you want to get away in the Northern California countryside.

The place is perfect. The view out the back window of the valley and Table Mountain are wonderful! Its quiet and peaceful. I came on a VERY important life changing trip and this place made the trip even better than I could have imagined :) Wagon Wheel and the Dam are really close plus downtown is just a short drive down the hill. Sullivan the Golden Retriever is amazing and loved all the happiness he welcomed me with :) I am so very grateful for stay here. Britany was the perfect host and the local was perfect as well. I hope to stay here more in the future :)
