We had a wonderful stay at Old Keeper's Cottage, Hazel was a welcoming, communicative and friendly host. I had mentioned that it was my husband's birthday and she left a card and gift for him.on arrival, which was very kind and appreciated. Our family had a fantastic time exploring the woodland and the boat house made a great spot for a picnic. We enjoyed a meal at the Silver Plough locally, a great recommendation from Hazel. We also enjoyed the Dutchtub. As is to be expected, it took some hours to heat up, but once ready it was very relaxing and worth the wait! We loved our stay and would recommend Hazel and her cottage.

A lovely last minute getaway to the New Forest. Cindy couldn’t have been more accommodating getting some essentials in at short nice (a thoughtful touch at any time) and making lots of great recommendations for the local area. Located a short drive from the main locations and with plenty of forest friends to be seen along the way. The place itself was just as described and so peaceful. It had enough space for our 9 yr old and 5 yr old to sleep across the landing from us comfortably and was surprisingly warm in the bedrooms. Main bed nice and comfy and space downstairs for the 4 of us to unwind after a day out roaming.

We had a wonderful stay at Coleman’s Retreat. We were a group of two families - four adults, four kids and two dogs - and had plenty of space. The living area is just beautiful and the bedrooms spacious. The hot tub really made the stay for us (it was very cold February weather!); it’s very large and over looking the garden, fields and horses. Ashley was very helpful, quick to respond and booked our ferry tickets at a great discount.

Very lovely accommodation and would highly recommend it. My kids enjoyed waking up to the horses neighing in the mornings and were constantly looking out for the horses from the windows. Location was very convenient as we travelled to the surrounding towns daily and came back by evening to cook dinner. One thing to note is the trash bin outside was full to the brim when we were checking out so we had to leave our trash at the side of the bin instead. Other than that minor issue it was a pleasant stay for my family of 8. Thank you for having us.

We had a great stay, the lodge was easy to find and great location in a lovely area and short walk to the train station for access to the wider area. The spa was a great addition to an overall very relaxing weekend would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone else looking to book.

We had such a fantastic time in Jocelyn and David’s Air B & B with our 11 month old twins. The place is very child friendly with cots, highchairs and plenty of toys which our twins loved to play with. Everything is very cosy and comfortable (with comfy sofas and beds) and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was also very clean. We also enjoyed having a glass of wine in the hot tub after we put our twins to bed. It is in a great location with plenty of great nearby pubs and walks. A big highlight was all the amazing gentle and friendly animals - horses, a donkey, and chickens to name a few which we and our twins enjoyed going to see every morning. We also thought Jocelyn and David were thoughtful hosts and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend to families or couples. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Jocelyn and David!

We had a lovely stay, the place was very comfortable and we had all amenities needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The bothy didn’t disappoint. Beautiful and peaceful. The cottage had everything you needed with a wood burner and hot tub which we enjoyed using . Chrissy was a great host , checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay . I would recommend having breakfast at the potting shed and there also a lovely pub which is in walking distance. We had a lovely relaxing few days and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this beautiful place . We will be back !!!.

Spent a very pleasant weekend in the property whilst visiting Titchfield for a family get-together. The cottage, although quite plain from the outside, is full of character, warm and was spotlessly clean. Location is in the centre of the village, two local stores close by (2 min walk) for stocking up food and drink etc. Located on the lane that leads to the church parking can be “problematic” - but that said we had no problems. Good communication from managing team, easy check in and out. Would certainly use again.

This was our first visit to Rhubarb Cottage and it lived up to expectations. A beautiful cottage in a great location. It was a perfect place to spend our Christmas.

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

We've had a lovely few days at Ivy Cottage. from the very comfortable bed to the lovely soft towels. The bathroom was lovely and I enjoyed a long soak in the bath. The kitchen was very well equipped and we would have made more use of it had we stayed longer but we made use of the eateries nearby. The garden is delightful and had the weather been warmer we would have made more use of it our labrador however loved it! This is a great area to stay in surrounded by all the sights and sounds of the new forest. We even had a group of donkeys see us off as we left the cottage! We would definitely recommend!

A lovely little cottage in a great location. Perfect base for a New Forest break. Very helpful hosts and the most comfortable beds we have slept on for ages (better than top hotels).

Great place to stay. Great host who was there to welcome us on arrival. A good base for exploring the local area. This home was a great size for us and the dog. Really well equipped home with lots of attention to detail of what we would need for our stay.

A great space for visiting family in Fareham and very dog friendly. We'd definitely consider staying again if available when we visit in the future! Made to feel very welcome by Zoe.

A beautiful, private and peaceful cottage in a quiet location. The house was immaculate and offered the seclusion we were looking for and everything we needed for a comfortable stay in a ‘home away from home’. It was a great place to relax and unwind with lots of walking trails, but close enough to larger towns and villages if we needed something more. James was friendly and co-operative host, who was easy to contact-thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful well situated cottage and very friendly host. Brilliant for my 2 children with lots of games provided and situated so close to Paultons Park and Romsey Rapids. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families ☺️

We had a great time at Patricia’s place. It’s a great, peaceful location. The house is very warm and welcoming and extremely well stocked. Patricia is a fantastic host who left us cookies, fruits and even some basic groceries. Upon knowing that it was our daughter’s birthday, she even kept gifts and a card for her, how sweet! We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. We were able to make day trips to Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton! We cannot recommend enough about this beautiful airbnb and its host. Just bear in mind, parking outside the Airbnb is very limited, but there is plenty of parking within a few mins walk.

This is a great location for exploring the New Forest and Hampshire generally - close to main roads but very quiet. Diane is a lovely host and her house was ideal - two staircases reach up to the bedrooms, two at one end and an ensuite bedroom at the other end. There's a second bathroom under the two bedrooms, so for two sets of adults and two little children it worked wonderfully well, and Diane offered a stairgate too. A pub across the road (but no noise from it) and a small supermarket about 250 yards away really help too. There's a sitting room but also a small office and a separate room with a TV/DVD setup which suited the little ones, and a good selection of games and DVDs. We'd certainly recommend it.

Senga was very friendly, proactive and accommodating. The welcomd basket of milk, cereal, coffee, biscuits etc was greatly appreciated and a very homey touch. The enclosed garden was beautiful. Very close to the town of Hythe - you can walk to the ferry and you're just across the street from a cottage that once housed Lawrence of Arabia.

A stunning cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location. The cottage had everything we needed - it’s well equipped, clean and spacious with some lovely little extras which were much appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for a better location - in the heart of the New Forest with so many amazing activities and places to visit on your doorstep. Perfect for a family holiday. Nicky’s a very friendly and welcoming host and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to let us know she was available if we needed anything else. We highly recommend staying in this cottage and would absolutely love to come back!

This was our second stay here as we were so impressed the first time. Sarah is the perfect host, leaving us alone yet making sure we're OK too. She really has thought of everything and if there isn't something there that you require, I would imagine she would go out of her way to try and provide it for you. Lovely location if you like rural peace and quiet, which we do. We tried the local pub this time too and we weren't disappointed, lovely pub meals in a cosy, traditional setting. We could not recommend this lovely place enough!

Perfect location right in the middle of Lydnhurst high street. A very clean and modern property, and slightly bigger than the photos make it out to be.
