Really enjoyed my stay here! Was a lovely location near the restaurants, the boat is clean and has everything you’d need. Check-in was straightforward and the car park was really handy just round the corner!

We visited as a family of four with two young children (ages 3 and 6) and absolutely loved our stay! We'd highly recommend it to both families and couples. For families, the house is wonderfully equipped with books and games that kept our little ones happily occupied. They especially loved watching the ships pass by and playing on the green space behind the house by the water. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A particularly thoughtful touch was the birthday decorations the owners set up for my husband—it was such a lovely and unexpected surprise. We'd happily come back again!

We loved The Four Horseshoes! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals there and ate at the pub a few times. Can't recommend the pub enough -- very welcoming staff and the food was absolutely delicious! A great spot, quiet and peaceful, perfect for our family of six. We would definitely stay again!

My second time of staying for my partner’s birthday, but this time we stayed for 2 nights as one night wasn’t enough and will be definitely staying again next year.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i Southampton! Huset så bedre ut i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Alt var skinnende rent og vi følte oss som hjemme. Store sovererom og bad, flott kjøkken, praktisk og fin stue i tillegg til en stor takterasse med gode solforhold. Beliggenheten var perfekt - gangavstand til alt!

We had a lovely stay in Colin’s place whilst visiting my dad at the hospital. The house was spotless and very spacious. Had everything we needed. Lovely enclosed garden which the dogs loved! Nice quiet area. Parking can be a-bit tricky but other than that everything was great! Colin was also very helpful and let us have a late check out. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Colin!

Had hoped for a peaceful, relaxing time away and that's exactly what we needed and got. Cabin has everything you could possibly need plus the added bonus of a hot tub! Yes, it's in someone's garden but you would honestly not know that once you are through the gates, so quiet and private you could be anywhere. We would definitely stay again.

We had our other place cancel last minute and Kate was amazing and accepted our reservation on the spot. She was a wonderful communicator and the place was great.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so.
