Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

We had a lovely stay at this venue, Tom was a brilliant host. All his directions and instructions were clear and concise and made finding the venue easy and stress free. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably cleaned. We really recommend staying here and would love to return soon!

Immaculately clean, well appointed and thoughtfully equipped tranquil space where I could relax and rest whilst working in a stressful environment in the Chelmsford Office. The Bookshop Retreat is a gem of a find. it is full of character and all of the home comforts you could wish for. A short walk to all that Whistable has to offer in terms of pubs, restaurants and shops and of course the beach. We loved the open fire and the cosyness. Tamara was a very friendly and helpful. 10/10 !

We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Our stay at Mia’s place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Everything was clean and as described, and she provided clear instructions for how to access everything.

An absolutely fantastic apartment. Its location was so central to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment itself was so clean and so homely. The beds were so comfortable and the towels and linen were so soft. Everywhere was clean and there was absolutely everything we could have needed. I even managed to get a load of washing done. The host herself was amazing, she responded so quickly to messages and gave incredible instructions of how to get in and where to park. Thank you so much for a fantastic break away, we would definitely come back.

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

Greetings from the USA! From the very beginning, Tanveer was incredibly hospitable and very knowledgeable of West Malling’s surroundings and recommended several things to do around the area, London etc. He was incredibly kind and considerate and so friendly. He kept communication throughout the four beautiful days we stayed in West Malling! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at his AirBnb. Until next time! We will be back :)

The apartment was beautiful with lovely high ceilings! It was clean and very well equipped. We came from Dorset and with the help of Google Maps it was very easy to find the accommodation. It was a very easy walk into the city centre and took us less than 10 minutes. The city was very clean and had absolutely everything you could want. We would definitely recommend the apartment as it was so nice and welcoming.
