Thank you Jo for another great stay. A really large pristine one bedroom flat right in the heart of Whitstable. 30secs from the beach and closer to loads of bars and restaurants. Jo couldn’t have been more helpful and as we had a sunny weekend it was great to have some food and drink on the balcony watching the world go by below. Thank you Jo, we’re looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks time😊

We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place, perfect location lovely walk to Southend and Leigh on Sea. Stunning views very comfortable accommodation and well equipped kitchen. We hope to return.

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

Our engineers said that this is the best property that they have ever stayed at! The property is exactly as the pictures show, well furnished and extremely clean. Quick and clear communication from the host, who went above and beyond for them during their stay. We will definitely be booking again, and would 100% recommend.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

The flat was an amazing place to stay for a few days as a family with 2 kids. The flat exceeded all expectations - the space was beautifully decorated and practical. The views were amazing. Nikki was the perfect host - extremely communicative, responsive and couldn’t do enough for us to make our trip very special. We can’t recommend this property and Nikki highly enough.

Alizja est très gentille, très réactive et ça fait du bien car c'est rassurant quand on part avec des enfants à l'étranger. C'était un séjour parfait !
