A great find in a great location for us, close to family!

The house is beautiful. Great for a family visit. The pool, play area and backyard was a great to relax in. House was perfect for our family, from the little kids to the big! We will be returning when the weather is hot to slide down the slide into the pool!

We had a very nice family stay at Amie's house for a few days while visiting friends and doing a bit of sightseeing on our way through LA. The house is very pretty and laid out well. It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Our daughter especially enjoyed the step-down kids' room and the oversized couch. And while it doesn't take too far to get into some lesser areas, the street and neighborhood felt safe. It's a convenient location for seeing different parts of the city.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

this was the perfect home to travel with two kids. We were very comfortable and never felt worried that they were gonna get into trouble which is a big load off our minds. The home was also very roomy and let us hang out in communal. Space is very comfortably.

Every detail was thought of in this beautiful and comfortable home. Lauri was so kind, helpful and responsive. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Close to Walmart, Sams Club, Costco and many other stores and restaurants. The playground, pool and tennis courts are very close, as well.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We had such a great stay! The host was super helpful and made everything really easy with detailed instructions. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect — so close to everything in Pasadena. Would definitely love to stay here again!

La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos con Juan. Hospedaje súper recomendable.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Great stay, right by the beach and lots of restaurants/bars. Fun to just walk around and explore the neighborhoods and the coastline. Place is a little bit smaller than pictures show BUT everything was clean and well stocked. The lady who we got our keys from was very kind! We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

Carlos was a great host, replied promptly to our questions. The whole place was really clean when we arrived, and it was exactly how it was described on the pictures. Pet friendly without the massive restrictions as other rentals. Walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and the beach. Great location and we will definitely book this place again when we come back.

We had such a wonderful time🌴The beachy studio is very clean, well equipped and comfortably set back a bit which added extra privacy. Amber & Bryan are very responsive and kind providing great recommendations & meeting our needs immediately. There are so many wonderful things to do close by within walking distance and a short drive away too. They also provide a few extra perks too 🥰 You can tell they want guests to have what they would want when traveling paying attention to detail🌴 A real gem that we found. Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

We have stayed here twice with our 3 kids and it is the perfect location with a quick walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants and the setup inside is great for us.

Susan was a wonderful host! She was kind and super helpful. The space was clean and the location was perfect our family. We spent our days walking to the beaches, eating at the pier, swimming in the pool, going to LegoLand, and exploring the Flower Fields. We look forward to coming back again!

Jesse’s place was awesome for our little family! We spent a week in the condo and appreciated Jesse for being responsive and helpful and FLEXIBLE for us!
