Amazing!! The photos don’t do this place justice. It is so quirky and unique staying in a real windmill and we loved it. The spiral stairs, the round beds, the views… the location is fantastic, you can walk to the beautiful town of glaxidi which we loved and also the beach - both on paths through pine trees and also while we were there we had the swimming pool all to ourselves! Thank you for a memorable stay xx

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Nicht nur die ruhige, aber dennoch zentrale Lage haben überzeugt, sondern auch die überragende Gastfreundschaft. Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, konnte wir die gesamte Anlage nutzen. Dimitris hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein kleines Problem gab. Das Abschiedsgeschenk, das wir am Abreisetag erhalten hatten, war eine rührende Überraschung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Toda a estadia foi ótima. A casa esta em um ambiente calmo e acolhedor, cheio de verde e a natureza ao redor. A casa estava bem limpa, organizada, equipada e com tudo a funcionar bem. Mesmo com o tempo mais frio, a casa toda tinha aquecimento e cobertores resistentes. O Nuno e a Cristiana estiveram sempre de prontidão. Ter passado meu aniversário em paz e em um lugar agradável foi algo que com certeza iremos repetir.

Unikt boende i en över hundra år gammal kvarn med kvarn-inredningen delvis bevarad. Vackert beläget med fantastisk utsikt. Sandra tog emot oss med stor värme o generositet. Vi hade önskemål om att se fler kvarnar och Clotilde var mycket behjälplig. Ett boende vi gärna rekommenderar.

Nagyszerű volt a szállás, nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A véletlenül ott maradt csomagunkat is segítenek el küldeni nekünk. Teljesen elégedettek vagyunk mindennel és csak ajánlani tudjuk.

A truly unique experience staying in a traditional Azorean windmill, lovingly restored! The location is brilliant, right by the sea and a short distance from the Caldeira. We found free street parking across the road easy, but it might be busier in peak season. The windmill itself is beautifully furnished with a bedroom on the second floor (open plan with amazing views into the mill's dome!), a living room and terrace on the first floor, and a kitchenette, dining table, bathroom, and second bedroom on the ground floor. Be warned, the stairs are steep and uneven - anyone needing the loo at night might prefer the downstairs bedroom! The kitchen is small and better suited to preparing breakfast than cooking full meals, but it had everything we needed for simple meals.

My Husband and I stayed in the Windmill for our honeymoon and it was absolutely magical. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. the home itself is super well equipped with everything you need. It is decorated so lovely, makes you feel right at home. Michel who greeted us at check in was lovely and very informative. Julie was also extremely polite to communicate with. We relish the opportunity to stay in a mill house which was tastefully furnished with bespoke pieces and quality linen. It was a relaxing stay next to the forest and overlooking the city. Close to everything but far from the crowds. Breakfast was magnificent, so much that we could not finish. Much appreciate the tray of body and skincare that Erwan laid out in the bathroom for us to try. Also the different shower gels to suit our tastes! Above all, Erwan is the perfect host who made sure to replenish our water, change our towels, wash our used cups and glasses in the most unobtrusive manner. His personal warm welcome and farewell, accompanied by his furry friends made us feel special. We would be delighted to recommend Erwan’s place to anyone who plans to visit Aix en Provence.

I had such a nice experience at the Windmill! It is really well designed and very unique. The hot tub was great and I liked having the outdoor terrace space. The property is just a short walk from the main street in Oia. The manager, Jason, is excellent! He was very attentive and helped me with any questions I had. The provided breakfast was also very good. Also, I didn’t experience any tremors from earthquakes.

Great place!! When all ferries were cancelled due to strong winds, we needed a place to stay asap as our other hotel had no more availability. Giorgos was extremely responsive and helpful in putting us at ease of his availability and flexible check in times. Although the winds caused us to miss our trip to Naxos- this windmill stay although last minute and not expected- was extremely cute and enjoyable and now is a potential candidate for our future trips as we would definitely stay here again! Bad weather and cancelation led us to find and experience this great place!!!

Found this place by accident and can’t believe how perfect it was. The location and views were incredible, so private and peaceful but perfectly positioned to be able to get out to explore the local areas. We especially enjoyed all the local markets, and then loved coming back in the afternoons to make the most of the beautiful pool and outdoor areas. The windmill itself was gorgeous and perfectly kitted out to make the most of the shape and space available - but we did appreciate the convenience of the under terrace room by the pool as well so we didn’t have to tackle the stairs all the time!! Jean-Regis and Anneke were welcoming and friendly and very forgiving of our appalling French! We were honoured to spend a few hours with them chatting and tasting his delicious wines and local produce. It was a holiday we we won’t forget in a hurry, and hope to be able to repeat soon.

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni stupendi nel mulino di Christos, arredato con cura ed eleganza nonostante i piccoli spazi. Il mulino è unico come posizione, ottimo per rilassarsi e godere di una vista mozzafiato, fuori dal casino del centro, ma allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti dai ristoranti e dalle più belle spiagge. L’host è stato molto gentile e premuroso. Spero di tornarci!

This place is so cute and we were so excited to stay here! We were here in February and failed to miss the note that there is no heat. That was OUR fault and not Sabrina's. We were still comfortable and charmed by her place. She put plenty of warm bedding out for use and we both slept very well there. I would love to spend more time there in the warmer months. Sabrina was great and went out of her way to make it possible for us to stay there.

Man kann einfach nur woooowww zu der Unterkunft und Petra und Dietmar sagen. Der herzliche späte Empfang, die Sauberkeit....ja die Sauberkeit und das muss erwähnt werden *****+. Die Mühle ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Es ist alles vorhanden und "Gott-sei-Dank" nicht überdekoriert...eben genau richtig um sich wohlfühlen zu können. Die ganze Mühle und das Grundstück sind top. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Schlafzimmer ist echt gemütlich und räumlich groß. Die Betten top (bis auf die grelle Lampe am Bett, aber das ist Geschmacksache). Nicht zu weiche Matratzen (vor allem zwei Einzelmatratzen), 2 Kissen für jeden und überhaupt perfekt. Das Badezimmer ist echt gut, besonders die Dusche. Auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen: in die Maschine, Petra wirft die an und später selbst rausholen voll in Ordnung. Wir würden immer wieder kommen....bleibt so wie Ihr seid und bleibt bitte gesund. Fazit: wir haben es genossen und uns zu Hause gefühlt.....Danke*****

The Indigo Windmill was an experience to remember. Andrea is an extremely generous and gracious host. The accommodations were incredibly well thought out and had every convenience I could have asked for. The outdoor area is incredible and well equipped so I didn't have to carry things down to it. A couple of my friends from Lisbon joined for a day and we had more that enough room to enjoy. They were beside themselves when they saw it. The spa was hot and clean. The bike rental is convenient and the lit path to the beach is a gem. The town itself boasts convenient markets, great food, and a quiet easy attitude that made me feel right at home right away. Andrea checked in with me, offered suggestions, and had a great personable way about him. It is easy to make memories in such a wonderful space and I am grateful that Andrea chose to share it with me.

We are excited to boast of our stay in an authentic Portuguese Windmill and show people the experience! Although off the beaten path, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings where it sat looking down on a below village. Ana was very responsive with instructions and local recommendations of beaches and restaurants; they did not disappoint. We ended up being in Nazarè during carnival celebrations so we were so grateful to be staying out of the hustle of downtown. We look forward to future visits!
