Great stay! We attended a wedding in the area and booked just for the night. It is a small space but perfect for one night. Check in was easy, plenty of directions and very responsive!

It was a great location for distillery visits. Being older the location was nice for walks to shops, dining, and museums. Room was great had everything needed and so well period decorated. Very comfortable Overall a pleasant visit and great place to stay! Can’t wait to try the upstairs next trip.

Our stay at The Newport Inn was perfect. We started with a bourbon tasting at The Urban Chick (the front side of the Inn) where everyone was so kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable, shower was amazing, and everything was clean. Walking to anywhere we wanted to go was nice! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again next time we’re in the area. 🌟

Check in was easy and flexible, great location to get to many things in the area such as ball game, local attractions and food. Comfortable accommodations as well as secure with designated parking area. We have stayed 3 times in one of the units and perfect each time. Don & Kathy.

I was confused because it said to contact him for check in, but we just had to check in with our name to the hotel. The stay was good though.

Quaint, quiet, and comfortable. Mark was helpful and accommodating for our late arrival and last minute reservation. 10/10 would stay here again!

The parking lot to the right of the building needs some repair and the walk into the courtyard could be nicer. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I was surprised to find a light breakfast and coffee. And we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. Over all, I would visit again.

The Newport Inn is a great place to stay. Jeff was very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and very nice. The biggest stand out for me was the bed and bedding. The bed was so comfortable and there was a big fluffy blanket that was so nice when I got cold.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times were great! Simple and quiet! Will always stay here when I’m in the area!

This was our second stay and we are just as happy as we were the first time around. We stayed upstairs the first time and downstairs this time. There was a little more space downstairs and we had access to the porch for our morning coffee. This is a beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. The property and rooms are clean and stocked with bottled water and coffee, plus other amenities you might need during your stay (check the bathroom drawer!). There are books in the room, a very soft and comfy bed, hot water for the shower. Christa is extremely responsive to messages, and even sent us a message late one night offering to turn on our porch light because it appeared we were arriving late at night. Bring your mud boots and you can visit all of the animals. You can walk the canal trail right next door.

Fun accommodations for a trip to Turkey Run and Shades. We enjoyed picking what themed room we wanted to stay in and adding our names to the walls. Beds were comfortable and the Cell block is quiet and dark at night. I look forward to staying again.
