Liked the location and the house was cute and cozy. Lots of amenities and recommendations for things to see. Within walking distance to downtown and close to the interstate. Harold was prompt in responding to my texts and very accomodating.

Overall great location to what we were coming in town for. The house was beautiful inside as pictured. There was everything that we needed for our stay as pots and pans, extra woman’s feminine products , even a washer and dryer. House was cozy and comfortable. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay. It was in a great, safe location and very close to Miami University. The place was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was an overall great place to stay. There is a nice and peaceful sun room, great yard, and great open kitchen/living room for just hanging out. Brian was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. This is one well save for next time.

damons place was a awesome two day stay. I would highly recommend. P.s the heat works very well during winter you don't have to set it higher than 68 and even that produces too much heat. The kids really enjoyed the available snacks.

The house was really nice, great location. The only thing I had trouble with was the lock box.

It was honestly wonderful. The house was clean and everything was there that you need. I was amazed at how well Rita communicated. She responded to every text. She’s very sweet and accommodating. I walked into a welcome sign addressed to me. I felt valued. Would go back again or rent any property from her. Very happy.

One of my favorite Air BnB stays! The place is so cute and a lot of details were tended to which made the stay on of the best. Lorri set the door code to match my cell number so my whole family could remember it all weekend long. The home was spotless for sure but also the house itself is nicely painted, well cared for, and was a lot of fun to stay in and reminisce about slower times. Lorri had a few drinks in the fridge, snacks on the counter and even fresh bananas, coffee and a small carton of milk. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. The beds both have memory foam toppers on them so they were great. The back of the home looks onto an open lot with trees in the distance and it was just a lovely setting. I ran into Lorri and her husband one of the mornings and she was super sweet. Their phone numbers are on the desk and they are available to help with anything at any time they said. I'd love to stay here again!

Great place to stay! It was very cozy. The water and snacks provided were nice. There was some occasional dog barking. During my first night, there was a loud vibrating noise I could not find the source for either. Still, the place was comfortable. It was close to the highway. I would recommend it to any solo traveler.

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

This was our second time staying at Edward’s AirBnB because our last experience was so great. The house is beautiful and clean, in a good location, and Edward was a very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again for having us!

As advertised. Nora is responsive and helpful but not pushy. The house and stay was exactly right for us! If we have more to do in the area in the future, will book again. :)

I stay in a lot of Airbnb’s and I have never found a better place for the price. This was my third stay here. It is quiet, clean, cozy, charming, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I’ll be back.

Christina's and Tina's place is super cute, well decorated. It even has the cutest electric fireplace...that throws off some serious heat. We were there in mid March and had 1 day of chilly air and rain so having the fireplace on was perfect. The only drawback was the apt. is located in an apt. complex and is an upstairs unit so you have to walk past many other units that are clearly occupied by full time tenants. Other than that, the location is perfect if you're wanting to stay near Miami's campus. Christina and Tina were wonderful hosts!

Easily one of my favorite Airbnb's and we are definitely going to stay here again! Lisa was a great host, and everything in the apartment was just perfect. We came on a stormy day, and this apartment was probably the best place to enjoy the rain. It's also a super easy drive to everything in Louisville. Oh, and you have the check out the record shop while you're there. It's amazing!

We booked as strangers but left feeling like family! Jill & John were the most gracious hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a great big smile and open arms, which reminded me of coming home to see my grandma :) Our rooms had fresh flowers and delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Our rooms were comfortable and tidy. They left us a key to come and go as we pleased. I was amazed at all of the attention to detail, especially considering we booked the house with less than a 24 hour notice. They cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning and asked if they could join us and we of course said yes. We had great conversations and enjoyed their company immensely. They truly couldn’t be a nicer couple or more gracious hosts! We were only 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis so the location was great as well. The house itself is in a small town just outside of Indianapolis, but walkable to a few restaurants and such. We would 1000% stay here again. You will not find nicer hosts!

We had another great stay and are looking forward to coming back. This is, by far, a remarkable Airbnb! Rowena is a superior host and a fabulous cook! We so enjoyed sharing the breakfast table with other guests. If you have the time to have one of Rowena's breakfasts, we highly recommend it. From the beautiful china place settings to her delicious food, it's a delightful sensory experience. We don't know why anyone would pay for a cookie-cutter hotel room when this lovely place is an option in Bedford.

My stay here at Brenda and John’s was perfect. Both hosts were very responsive before and during my stay. Their home was very cozy and comfortable with a lot of personal touches making my stay feel like home. Their home and neighborhood is beautiful and close to a ton of shopping and food options. Would definitely stay here again.

Suzann’s place is great! She makes the most amazing breakfast- gourmet food every morning. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wi-Fi is great, comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. Will come back for sure.

Kris is so warm that I immediately felt welcome and knew her home would be a happy place. Her house very peaceful. In fact I spent a rainy day reading and enjoying my own hobby (exploring puzzles) while she went around her own business. I felt comfortable enough to share a night out for dinner with her - I will remember it fondly.
