Great stay for the Taylor Swift concert in Indy!! Had everything we needed & in a convenient location to the stadium. Felt safe staying here as two females!! And extra bonus for being pet friendly!!!

This is by far the best place to stay in Indianapolis. We booked this place on a whim, and we are so thankful we did. This place is stunning, y’all! Not only that, but it’s clean, spacious and walking distance to a Dollar General which we loved. FREE PARKING!!!! Y’all, be smart and book this place. Patrick is the best, most responsive host!!

Our stay was great! The building is beautiful! I wish I could see pictures of what it looked like as a department store! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Very nice place. It was larger than I thought it was. The hideaway bed was really neat. You have your own little patio which was great. Wish I had more time to check out this shower that had everything. We met Stephanie and talked . She was very nice. I have stayed at a few different places here and definitely a top spot. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Royse + Brinkmeyer at 520 N Neil St, Champaign. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout my visit. The condo was impressively well-equipped with top-notch kitchen supplies, including basic seasonings and condiments. Quality linens were provided in abundance, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were of passable quality, they looked good and new, perfectly sufficient for my needs. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but I made do with my portable projector. An extra set of keys or fob, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, and more hangers would be helpful, but these are minor issues considering everything they did right. Overall, this was one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The building was beautiful, the rooftop views were excellent, and the gas grill was one of the nicest I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

This was a small studio-like accommodation but clean and equipped. It is a bit of a hike to the downtown area (about 30 min walk) but using car shares are cheap and readily available. The area is in development so felt a bit deserted/eerie in the evenings. Loved the Stutz museum area which is super close by and a very cool vibe. Overall a pleasant stay.

I’ve been renting bnb’s for a while now. I’m never disappointed. I was nervous cause I wasn’t sure of the neighborhood. Once I got there I felt very secure. The furnace/water heater made noises that scared me a lot, but overall, I will rent here everytime I’m in Indy. She was very nice when it was time for me to leave and needed extra time. She responded at 1-2am. I made sure I made sure I gave her back her apt just like she gave it to me. Very clean lol. Thanks for the great experience!

Exceeded expectations and made our 1st trip to Louisville perfect! Look forward to coming back, fantastic place that is relaxing and central to everything downtown!!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

Most important to me when using Airbnb is that the previous reviews match my experience and they were in this case. The hosts were accessible and responded to any communication promptly….which is paramount to me when using this service. The place was clean and as described…..another important factor. It was the perfect location. We went to the Children’s Museum and Lucas oil stadium for SuperCross Race was a quick drive. There is food places and target right down the road. Felt safe the whole trip and the gated parking garage was great! The host was very responsive with any questions I had.

We chose this property for a large group of family coming to town for a retirement ceremony. It was great having two living room areas to spread out. The massage chair was a huge hit. They also enjoyed the tv on the door of the refrigerator. Great place to stay close to Elizabethtown and Fort Knox. I will definitely try to stay again next time we need a rental.

Jon and Ashlee were wonderful hosts. The check-in procedure and everything was very simple and we were extremely pleased with the home. Very comfortable bed and it was all exactly what we had hoped it would be.

My family and I loved Ross place!!! His communication was quick and left very clear instructions. Upon arrival, he even left music on to welcome us. The home was exactly as pictured and was very peaceful. It accommodated our needs and highly recommend 👌.

The house was lovely and well appointed. We had everything we needed to fix meals and plenty to entertain us.

We had a great stay. The house is quirky - water hot & cold is switched and some of the light switches are backwards BUT the house is gorgeous. The kitchen is so nice to cook in and we had a great time cooking & eating together. The neighborhood is up and coming so some houses are freshly renovated and some less freshened up. There’s families walking their dogs and the neighbors were friendly. We didn’t have any issues with parking on the street. It was a lovely stay & would recommend it for others.
