Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

Definitely will be recommending One a very few locations where’s it private Calm and just astounding. They were generous to provide snacks 2 washers & dryers! Absolutely amazing. Pool was the cherry on top. Awesome stay. Definitely worth every dollar!!

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

GREAT home for our family of 6. Plenty of space to spread out. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our teenage kids said, “this was one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in!” We’ll be back for sure for our next tournament!

I have stayed with Kent at this property for the same weekend four years in a row, to host some visiting friends during Bloomington's spring break period. Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. You may even be thrilled.

Cozy and perfect for what we needed! Thankful for the space!

A nice stay. Convenient location. We had 3 couples and my husband and I were in the basement. My only two draw backs were, Very Basic walking on the main level was really amplified and pretty loud over the lower basement bedroom but once everyone went to bed and got quiet all was fine. Everything was clean and comfortable; beds/mattresses seemed new but just mediocre for me and a couple of others but everyone else seemed to sleep fine. Responsive host and easy instructions.

The house was exactly as described. It rained the entire weekend so we didn't get to use the hot tub, which was the reason we paid more for this place. At no fault of the host of course. Overall a great stay!

We moved to Louisville for my job and needed a place to stay for a month. We found Deirdre's townhome listing and booked it. Check-in went smooth and we like the electric locks with a code. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were immaculate, and the bathrooms were very nice and have been updated. We liked being able to walk out our front door and immediately be in the Highlands area. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to enjoy. Parking was never an issue and I drive a large truck. Overall it was a great stay and Deirdre the host was amazing. I highly recommend and will be back if I ever need temporary housing or a place for family to stay.

Five stars! Richard is an amazing host. What a great check in experience - a personal note, along with wine and bagels and creme cheese! He gave very clear directions for check in and was flexible when we needed. He was so responsive to every message and every little question. The place was great, just as described and perfect for our party of 10. Will stay here again, for sure!

Kevin and Joy were pleasant and responsive. Their home is lovely. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Previous reviews regarding the bathroom made me slightly nervous but it was fine. It's an older home but well kept, neat and clean. Conveniently located to shopping, resturaunts and the Convention center. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved staying at Polly’s house! Polly was very responsive and kind. We are very happy that she shared her home with us!

Maria was an exceptional host throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to address any minor issues that came up during our long-term stay, ensuring we had a smooth and comfortable experience. The property itself was beautiful, exactly as depicted in the photos, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to stay at Maria's again and highly recommend it to others.

Extremely clean, perfectly kid friendly with baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and fully fenced back yard. We had a great stay for my daughter’s birthday, not far from the children’s museum.

We had a wonderful stay! Came in for a long swim meet and also had an airport trip, both within 10-15 min of the home. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and beautiful renovations, in the kitchen and some other rooms. The products within the home were high quality and there were plenty of essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. Jimmy was communicative and flexible. The kids enjoyed the backyard and front porch and I enjoyed the kitchen with coffee materials provided and plenty of utensils, dishes and cooking supplies. The area was interesting and felt safe. A couple extra notes: the homes on the street (including Jimmys) have beautiful windchimes, on windy nights it may be useful to bring earplugs or run white noise, we used a box fan provided. Also, on Friday and Saturday night the corner restaurant was hopping so we had to park a few houses down. Just some considerations if you like detailed reviews. We would 10/10 recommend and stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely ADORED this house. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very well-decorated, pristine, & roomy. The house is exactly as listed. Also, it was decorated for Christmas - impeccable decorations, might I add - which helped us tremendously when we had a small family get together!

There is only one way to describe this home. WOW! We rented the home but not the apartments in back. The location is excellent, as we were traveling back and forth to a wedding reception and church which was only 2 miles away in downtown Indianapolis. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was amazing but the décor was over the top beautiful. It was easy to host a family and everyone felt ‘special’ in every room of the home. We did not do much cooking in the kitchen so I can’t comment on that area. We used the big dining room table for games and talking. All areas were clean; lots of extra pillows, sheets, towels, and even… tubes of toothpaste. The neighbors were quite friendly. Parking looked like it would be ‘tight’ on the street but it was not. Mina was responsive and she made check-in easy; we felt welcomed! Thank you!

The place was perfect, everything was as described and couldn’t ask for a better stay. Definitely will stay again when I’m back in town.
