We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! The perfect cabin for a NH getaway! We get an Air BnB every winter and this was by far the best one we’ve been to. The location is amazing, the house is perfect and Mark was super responsive. We can’t wait to return!

My girlfriend and I came to celebrate our one year anniversary. It was everything we hoped for and more, the kitchen had everything we could dream of, the beds were comfortable, the surroundings were immaculate, not to mention the hot tub and easy access to the beach. Our host was responsive and willing to help with whatever we asked. All in all, it’s a beautiful location where Arian provided everything we could ask for to make the most of it. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect place for a family. Lots of beds and space to hang out. The heaters in every room were convenient especially at night. It was comfortable and check-in was easy. Check-out had a lot of steps and required a bit of extra work so make sure to follow the instructions listed in the house rules. Overall a great stay we enjoyed our time at Newfound Lake!

Great cabin! Remote and beautiful. Hot tub was lovely. James was communicative and his folks took care of snow plowing right away after a storm. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

Connor was an AMAZING host! From the very beginning, he was always very responsive, and was consistently available to answer my questions promptly. His cabin on the lake was so cozy, it truly felt like our home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, peaceful, serene, well-stocked with anything that one could need. His recommendations were extensive and were very much appreciated. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and really loved being able to stay there with friends for a few days before departing for another excursion. It gave us time to celebrate and make some great memories with them - something that we will always treasure! The worst thing about this cabin? - Having to leave it in the rearview mirror! Could not have asked for a better experience. Although our trip was short, Christian made sure we had everything we would need to make the most of it! The location and the amenities of the cabin provided an incredible amount of relaxation!

We just loved this Airbnb and the wonderful location on the stream. You could fall asleep to the roaring stream, sip coffee and other beverages on the deck overlooking the stream. The cabin has a Maine woods decor- which we loved. Shawn was very responsive and had great recommendations. We plan to come back at some point

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it! cabin is just as pictured and described clean and cozy. Great for snowmobiles ride right from cabin down private driveway onto trails. Gas and parking area for friends to meet up very close.

Quiet, cozy cabin in a beautiful area perfect for a weekend away reset. Our dogs loved the area and walking trails and local pizza shop Anika's was delicious too!
