Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

5 star stay and 5 star host. House was well equipped and as pictured. Liz was super helpful with our questions and very clear instructions. Would stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

Great little spot in the woods. We jetted up to NH on short notice for a quick ski trip. My wife being from the area, we wanted to be close enough to the mountain but without any crowds. That’s exactly what we got. Check in was breeze, house is clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked! We had a ton of snow on the ground which provided amazing views of the woods behind the property. The kids loved playing in the snow down the hill in the back yard. We hope to come back this summer to see this beautiful property in another season.

This house was darling! Generous sized rooms all around, a completely stocked kitchen, and plenty of places for people to lounge and spread out. A bathroom and a half bath upstairs was really nice to have. Kids books, toys, and amenities anywhere you looked. Lots of towels and blankets, just what you need to feel at home. Fireplace was a delight, though we had to run to the store to get firewood so maybe come prepared. Snowstorm on our first night there, and people came by the next day to make sure paths and driveway were all clear. A circuit breaker happened to trip in the kitchen one time and Scott made sure that a worker came by within 30 min. Some of our party felt that the memory foam mattresses were a little stiff to their liking, but that’s personal preference and we only mention it so that people know ahead of time! We had a great time and would gladly choose to stay here again!

Great cozy place for a weekend getaway. Very walkable to downtown and Old Port areas. Everything was clean and comfortable as described in the listing, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace! Dan was a great host and very proactive in communications and responsive if we needed anything.

The apartment was perfect while we were in Maine for a sporting event at Colby College. It was about a 25 mins drive with different routes we could take. There were several good restaurants within walking distance.

The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

The listing is in a convenient location - it was easy to get to all parts of Manchester and only 10 minutes from the airport. My stay was pleasurable.

My kids and I had a great time skiing and Daniel’s place was cozy and welcoming to come back to. We had what we needed and the place was clean and host was friendly. Walkable to so many things, too! For a quick trip where we were out and about for most of the day, this was a prefect place to stay.

This location was very convenient for our needs as we had a gathering at a friends in the town. Additionally , it is very convenient to train service which could get you to Salem or Boston easily or other areas as well. My daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter were also with us as guests here and Molly was very attentive to what my granddaughter may need; baby items, etc. Very helpful and sweet. We would definately consider staying here again when we are in the area.

Great place to stay. My family and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed. It was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had all the necessities for cooking a meal. Loved the hot tub!

We loved our stay at The Victorian By The Sea!! The inn and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and calming, breakfasts are scrumptious, the location is convenient to hiking in Camden Hills State Park and sightseeing and shopping in the lovely town of Camden, and the host, Caroline, is absolutely delightful, accommodating in making her guests comfortable, resourceful with touring tips, and an amazing cook and baker!

Nick was an incredible host from start to finish. Nick was quick to reply to any of my questions. His house is beautiful, and my whole family loved it. Our two dogs loved going to the dog park that was near by. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!!! We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend in this beautiful home! There was so much for the kids and adults to do right at the house. The beds were comfy, so many spaces to relax, unwind and hang out! The kitchen was well stocked, appliances all worked well, we will definitely try to get back to this house again in the future

Lindsay is a terrific host, she made everything very simple. The house has an excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean. The rental has everything you need to enjoy a fun and peaceful stay at the beach, any time of year. My family loved it and definitely want to come back again!

Wonderful stay delightful Victorian home with great water views on the porch. We had a great breakfast with, farm garden fresh produce, homemade breads. Perfect location for visiting Camden and hiking the State Park. Would highly recommend.
