Everything was smooth and easy from the beginning. Host was a proactive communicator and the place was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t the cheapest option, but also felt like one of the best ‘bang for your buck’ in regard to size, location, cleanliness, and good price.

This private place was perfect for our 3 day stay in Eugene. It was clean and had all you need. I loved the private patio - my little pooch and I spent time each afternoon relaxing there. Hendricks Park is just 3 blocks away and is great for hiking or listening to birds. We enjoyed Agate Alley for Mexican and pub food nearby. We also got yummy take-out pizza and salad from “Hey Neighbor!” The duplex is only 5 blocks from Hayward Field if you are in town for track and field. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay with plenty of room for all 6 of us. Enjoyed having the garage to dry out ski equipment after a day on the mountain. Enjoyed walking to creek path too.

Home was well appointed and comfortable. Host was responsive, friendly and proactive to communicate. We would stay again.

This place is exactly as described and just what we needed. It felt peaceful yet is a quick car ride to Eugene's many amenities. As noted in the description, we did occasionally hear the neighbors but they were not at all disruptive

Great space for two couples. Clean and had everything we needed. Minor thing, but the hot water was crazy good and fast. That’s a big plus for me. Took us a minute to sort out the thermostat but that was on us. Everything worked well.

This is the second time we have stayed and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Karen is a very responsive host and we just love the peace of the place. It's a little far from Bend but it's such a nice spot that it's worth it. Looking forward to the next time we can make it out there.

Such a nice place , the home was well equipped with all utensils to cook . Most I’ve ever seen at any Airbnb . The host was amazing & responsive . Home was greatly decorated & modern . Plus had some nice chill immensities Overall I would stay here again . One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed all around

Great location in Sunriver, easy walk to Village or Lodge. Beautiful building. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable, with great layout. Everything we needed was provided. We really loved this place and would be happy to come back.

The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub after our day hiking. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Great location within Eagle Crest with easy access to highway 126. Would absolutely stay here again!

First off, I would say Gary wasn’t just an ordinary host more like a super host. As we arrived first off, greeted us and gave us a tour and a walk-through of his remarkable renovated updated and newer structurally build property. With high ceilings, upgraded appliances, and very spacious open concept dwelling Not to mention the beautiful view we felt very relaxed and right at home. He was very attentive and when we had a question he was very quick to respond. I can definitely see us renting not just this property but all his other properties in the area. With the beach very close and also very clean and not heavily populated. It is also a great place to relax, meditate or read a book. Overall I would highly recommend this place to you all. Thank you Gary for the stay and we plan on meeting once again soon

Great location & perfect for 2 families.

What a well appointed house! More amenities than anticipated; you're in need of nothing if you forgot a sundry. We were delighted after a long drive to see there was the supplies to make a lovely spaghetti dinner. Beach views were delightful. We were all sad to leave. Host communicated effectively and couldn't ask for more.

We were going to a 2 night concert at WOW hall and your home was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, coffee, shopping all within a short stroll. The home was clean, comfortable and fun. Great communication and wonderful personal touches when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and cozy. Felt right at home. Beds were so comfy! After a long day out it was so nice to come sleep in a comfy bed. Super responsive, and super nice to deal with!

The house was perfect for our family! It was a block from a park for our kids and dog to play at. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed to feel at home. The owner had posted instructions inside and was very responsive when we did have any questions. We would stay here again on future trips to Bend!

Eric was quick to respond which I feel is important. The house was lovely and I appreciate that it was well stocked meaning some seasonings, plastic wrap and baggies. The little things so your not running to grocery store every 5 min.. House very comfortable. And great location.

Nice place, we appreciated the communication, they had reasonable rules. They did a nice job having supplies and the kitchen was stocked well. It was also well maintained.

Great stay! We were able to visit Smith Rock State Park, Crater Lake and McKenzie River area.

Lindsey's place worked perfectly for a quick weekend trip for my mom and I, visiting my brother in Bend. It was a peaceful haven and had all of the accomodations we required. We liked that there were restaurant options at the resort for when we needed something quick or didn't want to travel too far. Our only regret is that our stay was so short that we didn't get to take full advantage of the grounds or Lindsey's local recommendations. There are lovely walking and biking paths throughout and we would have loved to have had the opportunity to enjoy them more. Thank you for everything, Lindsey!

The house was bright and open and loved having master on main floor. Deck and hot tub were a plus with the sound of the creek in back. The bike trail is so close and convenient. Traci responded immediately with any questions.
