Our family had a wonderful trip to Manteo - and Faryn's place was fantastic. Great location with beautiful views. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Faryn was very helpful and responsive and helped make our vacation a relaxing, stress-free week! We hope to come back another time.

Lynn was extremely responsive and helpful. The neighbors upstairs were extremely loud, and Lynn was very helpful in resolving that. My kids enjoyed their time at the beach, and we had all the room we needed.

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

This was the perfect spot for a nice weekend. The water views were amazing and the local restaurants were great. I would love to go back in the summer!

Check in was a breeze! We loved getting the door code as we have had issues in the past with waiting for hosts to show up with keys. The condo had everything we needed -- plenty of kitchen supplies, nice towels and we loved the deck dining area with a view of the ocean. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the trolley to take us to the beach and there were plenty of options for renting umbrellas and chairs. We used Farm Dog and our setup was ready when we arrived at the shore. Lisa was super responsive and emailed us multiple times with info and to see if we needed anything. I have never had such a responsive host! The only disappointment was the club. We expected to be able to dine or at least get drinks at the club, however the one night we tried to do that, we found the club was dark at 8pm on a Friday! We did not use the gym or pool since we were only there for a short stay. However, the beach is what we came for and that was clean and not crowded.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront Jeff’s property , and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The location of the property was perfect - just steps away from the sandy beach. The accommodation itself was impeccable. The owners had thoughtfully designed the space to provide all the necessary comforts of home. I can't wait to return in the near future!

Adorable beach stay in a super-clean and cute 2BR, 2BA w/ amenities. Handicap accessible, outdoor shower, and a short walk to the beach in a private location at the north end of the Outer Banks, this place welcomed my wife and I from the second we walked in because it was charming, clean, comfortable, and accommodated our two girls (Yellow Labrador and Golden Retriever). Nestled in the Corolla/Corova location, it is surrounded by beaches, wild horses, 4WD beach driving, museums, lighthouse, restaurants, shopping, and a throwback view of what it was like in the 1920s at the Whalehead Club. Quaint schools and churches speckle the inshore line. I'd return in a heartbeat.

We loved this condo! The location is incredible for nature lovers as it sits right on the edge of Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and it was just a short drive to Nags Head Wildlife Refuge. We really appreciated having a nice sound system to listen to records on, and we enjoyed the faux fireplace at night. If we had stayed longer, we would definitely have used the included YMCA passes, but we spent most of our time either outdoors on walks or relaxing in the condo. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Heidi was an excellent host. She was friendly and communicative and generous in her accommodation of our specific needs. We would absolutely return here again.

Perfect location for us. Lovely view from her cozy porch and everything you need is right there. The restaurant at the marina was perfect for dinner after a day of fishing.

A great home to stay. The well stocked kitchen helped to make cooking easy. Seating was comfortable in the living space for the whole family. Have to highlight the master bathroom and amazing shower. So many great touches to feel like home and immediately comfortable. We do recommend walking to the bay to watch some amazing sunsets. The parking pass for the beach in the other direction was helpful. We definitely would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Just Beachin’. The home was clean, organized, and suited our family of 6 well! The kids loved the game room and hot tub. Anytime we had questions, Kaya was quick to respond, and always so kind.

This was a BEAUTIFUL condo! The pool was right across the road and beach was a short walk. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!!!!! Thank you Brittany and Joey for sharing your condo everything was perfect! Niki Lyson

We loved our stay here. We came down for a part of our honeymoon. The location is walkable to the public beach access. Very close to restaurants. The tiny home was beautiful and updated. We look forward to coming back.

This is an ideal place to hold a family reunion. My daughters are avid chefs and the kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted. The home is beautiful, well maintained home in a gorgeous setting and is a mere 10 min walk from the world renowned Outer Banks' beach. We stayed Christmas week 2024 and we only saw 2 other people on the beach during our stay.

I can’t possibly put into words the experience we had. From the time I booked till checkout. Communication was quick. Answered each every one of my questions. And trust me I asked a lot. Was checking in to make sure we were good. Check in was easy breezy. House is nice and spacious. We were a family of 12 and made out great. The kids loved having the whole bottom level. They weee close to the hot tub. Kitchen had a nicely stocked little pantry. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner with ease. We were able to find all pots, pans and even storage containers we needed already supplied. The gas fireplace was my favorite. Really warms up the top floor nicely. The views from the deck of the sunrises were amazing. I just can’t say enough. Other than we will definitely be going back.

Booking a rare four-week stay came with added pressure to make the right choice. We absolutely did! Mark’s home is spacious and well appointed with a wonderfully functional layout. The sound access is incredible, and beach access is super convenient whether you’re taking a quick stroll or setting up for the day. Mark was a great host in addition to local rental management. We loved making the most of resort amenities and the home’s thoughtfully stocked outdoor items, especially the kayaks. This location in Corolla is a perfect balance of small-town vibes with great food and lots to do. We can’t wait to return!

Such a beautiful home in a great location! It had amenities I didn’t even know we wanted (like a TV by the pool). The host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The walk to the beach was very brief and the beach itself wasn’t too crowded. Check in/out was a breeze. We will 100% saving this rental for future use.
