Fabulous newly renovated apartment in a complex with everything you need. Couldn't fault the space, such carefully considered and beautifully chosen furniture and decor. Anastasiya was an absolute pleasure to interact with couldn't recommend this place enough!

Nous avons adoré passer notre séjour chez Nick. Le logement était propre et bien placé, surtout qu’on peut louer des scooters directement à la réception. Je vous conseille d’aller dans le sud de l’île et de visiter le Old Town, des endroits authentiques et magnifiques !

We had a very pleasant stay. The place makes you feel like you are at your own place, it is in a great location, surrounded by all simple amenities, restaurants, and massage places. Access to the sea is so easy. We wish we come back soon.

Had an excellent stay at John's place, Excellent location within a complex of apartments, multiple pools available, short walking distance to the beach where there are bars and restaurants, and shops John was a super responsive host, who made us feel at home right away, from the tour around the apartment to local recommendations, also super responsive to messages Overall I would highly recommend a trip to John's place

This was our second stay here and once again was perfect for us. Quiet and peaceful retreat right on the beach with numerous lovely restaurants a few minutes walk up the beach. Great massages next door and the sea is as warm as bath water. We have come home revived and relaxed. Thank you hope to see you again soon.

Wir waren während 6 Tagen zu Gast bei Den und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Den war einfach und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich total schön und angenehm, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der anliegende Strand ist einer unserer Lieblinge auf dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Auch der kleine Pool den wir mitbenutzen konnten, war sehr erfrischend. Wir werden wieder kommen. Caroline & Magnus

Peaceful, secluded and beautiful place. Amazing garden, cozy home, nice pool. The way to the House is quite steep so worth to have a car/scooter, but walkable if You are fit. We were there with 4-5 years old kids, they enjoyed the hammock and the pool the most. Thank You for the amazing stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Strandbungalow. Von der kleinen Terrasse konnte man direkt in den Sand und zum Meer! Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett sehr bequem. In der kleinen Küchenzeile war alles was man braucht inkl. Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank umd Toaster. Wir konnten direkt bei unserem Gastgeber einen Roller mieten und so die Insel erkunden. Aber auch zu Fuß sind ein paar Restaurants und ein Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. What a beautiful place, the home has the most fantastic position with a lookout seating area over the scenic seascape. We had a quiet bbq celebration for my boyfriend’s birthday with close family members and Alice and the team went above and beyond for our stay. The house is very comfortable and private, perfect for swimming on the beach, in the pool and then chilling out and relaxing. Alice and the team were responsive and communicated well and on the last day I had forgotten my iPad which they had kindly organise to send to my next location. Thank you so very much, the place is stunning and the team hosting is utmost professional. We would recommend this place highly and would come back again in a heartbeat!

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Die Unterkunft war einfach bezaubernd schön 🤩!! Ganz tolles Flair, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Tolle Restaurants direkt durch einen kleinen Spaziergang über den Strand zu erreichen !! Wir kommen wieder !!

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

Alex&Family oli erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita koko matkan ajan. Hei tulivat jopa hakemaan minut edellisestä majoituspaikastani aivan ilmaiseksi! Nadja lähetti myös veloituksetta kirjoittamani postikortin kotimaahani😊. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen pientä ruoanlaittoa varten. Merinäköala oli ihana! Ainoa mistä voisi vähän valittaa oli wifi. Oli aika heikko useimmiten.Tosin minua ei niin haitannut,koska minulla oli rajaton mobiilidata. Uima-altaalla oli sopivasti tilaa.Minä tosin olin rannalla usein.Hyvä lenkkeilyreitti oli myös mennä Tubkaek-beachille ja takaisin. Hei varasivat minulle myös taksin lähtöpäivänä ja olivat vastaanotossa hyvästelemässä😊.Jos tulen Krabille vielä,niin majoitun varmasti Alex&Familyn luona! Jukka

One of the best’s apartments in Icon Park and on the Kamala. Big, modern, clean flat with well equipped kitchen. Nice sea view from the huge balcony. Also very good hosts, who can help you with any issue. Strongly recommend!

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Rawai Beach – einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage in Rawai war perfekt, mit tollen Restaurants und allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!
