A very clean space with plenty of to spread out. As convenient as you can get for fishing.

Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

Omg just BOOK IT! Kim’s place is just as described, tastefully decorated, comfy bed and couch, well stocked with shower supplies and towels. Kitchen is stocked with all spices and such (we ate meals out). Porch was amazing for feeding turtles and just relaxing on with a glass of wine, You won’t want to leave! Kim provides plenty of paper plates , towels and garbage bags for your stay unlike other places we have stayed. Kim makes check in and out so easy and always receptive to any texting questions! As far as movement you really don’t notice it and we had some windy nights, if you don’t focus on it you probably won’t feel it. Thanks Kim for the amazing stay, we will be back :) Verna

We totally enjoyed our 12 night stay on the "Why Knot" houseboat. Michael met us when we arrived, showed us around and pointed out anything that needed special instructions. The boat was very clean, had brand new carpet, and had everything we needed. The town of Sanford is very walkable. We enjoyed the community theater, the winery and local restaurants.

Lauren was nothing short of amazing. Every detail was spot on. Arriving at the boathouse, we had no trouble entering and feeling welcomed. The house had everything we needed from clean linens to cutting boards. The dock was our favorite. The view was gorgeous, especially at night. We spent much of our time enjoying the sun, drinking coffee, and eating meals outside. Lauren even provided a binder with local places and fun things to try. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. I would definitely book with Lauren again!

Dean’s Retreat Too was a great jumping off point for our inshore fly fishing adventure. I’d love to stay here again. Just a note about the dock that gives access to the houseboat, it’s uneven and a little slippery for older folks and there’s a big gap that forms when the tide swings super low leaving a big step down to the houseboat deck. Other than that, this is a perfect, budget friendly spot to cool your heels between epic redfish sessions!

A must-do for anyone who is in the area. Great setup. So clean. I can ONLY imagine how awesome it would be to stay here on a game day weekend for the Vols. Super responsive and easy to deal with. The coolest place to stay in Knoxville. Cannot say enough great things about the houseboat.

I cannot describe the happiness this special place brought my partner and I. The pictures don’t do it justice! We felt so lucky to get to spend 3 nights on the houseboat and see everything Clearwater beach had to offer. Truly a spectacular location and walking distance to everything you need. Andrew, Ali, and everyone at Stay and Play were friendly and helpful during our stay. We will never forget this trip! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing find!!!

The ‘Splashing Pelican’ is absolutely AWESOME!!! Exquisite decor, upscale living room with fireplace (!) and smart tv, gorgeous dining room with settings for 6 (!), kitchen with every comfort needed…. 2 beautiful bdrms with tv’s, again the decor and plenty of storage in each… hall bathroom, filled with soft towels, great shower, soaps, shampoos, first aid kit, etc, … master bdrm in the rear… yummy…private bath, cubbies, side tables, storage and seashells everywhere… private back deck, with spiral staircase leading up to the deck. And, before I forget, the gorgeous windows … huge, so pretty, bringing the outside in! The location is the east side of the inland waterway.. the houseboat is anchored at the beginning of a long private pier. Finally, top deck, also accessed from front deck..WOW!screened porch with 2 couches, dining table for 6, smart tv. Outside deck has 4 loungers, high table for 4 with umbrella, settee with matching chairs, second umbrella and a hot tub! Sunsets galore❤️

Bruce's property was peaceful, private and just what we were looking for. Bruce was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. The location was amazing and the view was breathtaking. We caught flounder, blue runner, and snapper from the dock and almost missed check out time because my husband spotted a giant snook on our way out 🙂. Book it! You won't be sorry.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a great space to unwind and reflect. Those at the neighboring Rockwater Marina were especially kind and welcoming.

Such a wonderful place to connect with your partner without the distractions of computers and streaming. Intimate and fun it had everything we needed. The dingy allowed us to have lunch at Shipwreck’s and get more ice. Eduardo was extremely helpful with everything including picking us up with luggage and responding to all of our inquiries. I highly recommend this place for couples or I’ve heard it’s great for fishing too!!

Nothing but 5 stars for Frank and Molasses Key! This is the most incredible experience for the adventurous - if you enjoy the water and camping this is the place for you. Frank is welcoming and accommodating and the houseboat is extraordinarily well maintained and lovely to stay on. There is plenty to explore with paddleboards and kayaks. I cannot recommend it enough!

Easy to get to Jane's boat, the people were very friendly. The boat was amazing, very cozy, love the desk especially with the weather being great. I strongly recommend to stay there, easy access to and from the boat to downtown. The area is family owned with live music, painting sessions and even guess the songs night. We shall return to Pittsburgh and book at Jane's boat again. That is a guarantee. Thank you

This stay on our trip was a surprise to my son and my girlfriend and they were both super excited and pleasantly surprised by the houseboat experience that I booked for us. The place was great. Beautiful water views and a very charming and cute houseboat to spend a couple days on. Access to downtown and other shopping was super convenient and while there is a little train traffic and auto traffic noise at times, neither were enough to spoil our trip. The rental was as described and I know currently going through additional upgrades. So as time goes on, I'm certain that the experience will only get better for future guests and who knows maybe we'll plan to revisit in the future as well. It was a fun time and a really cool experience and I'm glad that we had the opportunity to spend our New Year's there. Beth was awesome and I would definitely recommend this fun stay to anyone looking for a little something unexpected and unique for their next adventure.

We were looking for a unique stay in the Keys and this houseboat was great. Quiet yacht club with great amenities, beautiful views from the tiki huts on the point and multiple decks on the boat. Other than some small maintenance repairs needed, it was as pictured and very comfortable and spacious.

We loved the opportunity to sleep on this 35' yacht. We did miss key cards that don't work, kids running up and down hallways, and upstairs neighbors banging above our heads, BUT we can stay at a hotel another time!! :) We loved waking up and sun and having a coffee on the bow, amazing! We did miss the sunsets because Marathon and the Keys are filled with great things to do! I recommend a visit here if you have a open mind and want a unique experience. There are a few challenges that the host explains in their description. When you first arrive the quarters are a bit "musty", but once window hatches are open the Fla. breeze airs things out. Stepping from the dock to the boat can be a bit daunting, but you get used to it. YOUR on a boat so your restroom experience is not super, but everything is clean and tidy. My only suggestion is to open the boat up prior to each arrival to get some air flowing. With that said, we WILL be back!!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful surroundings, friendly people and lots of great restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee shops. We saw manatees and alligators and lots of beautiful birds. We highly recommend a stay on this beautiful houseboat.

Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, scenery. Plenty of wildlife. Even photographed a bald eagle hunting on the river. Plenty of room inside for 3 people. Could barely even notice the creaking and waves at night. Secluded, yet close to city life. We did have a run in with some wasps, Brandon came out and sprayed for us. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves so much we didn’t want to leave!!

This was a great place to stay, and a unique experience being a houseboat. Safe and clean. And a great view to start your day, or end it. Great place.
