We stayed for a long weekend in this sweet Airbnb for a short getaway. This home is Lovely, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We didn’t need to reach out to the hosts at all because they thought of everything. The home was spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood but only a short drive from shops, restaurants, a grocery store etc. it’s also walkable to get to downtown if you’re not in a hurry! We felt very at home and enjoyed the inside cozy space as well as the outside fenced yard and front porch. The hosts provided all the information we needed and instructions for checking in and out were clear. We would love to return in the future! Thank you for having us.

Kathie was a great host, making it a fun and memorable trip for our family. She went above and beyond in providing everything our family with young kids and a baby could need, including toys, high chair, kids plates, and even a sound machine and baby soap and lotion! She was responsive and gave great local recommendations. If you have young kids, I highly recommend this place.

We loved Cathy's home. Check in was easy & the house was just as described on the listing. The beds were comfy, & our family had plenty of space . The community pool was a plus & the kids loved it. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Cathy was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this listing to family & friends and we would stay here again on any future trips here.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The place itself was well-equipped with everything we could ask for, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The host was incredibly communicative, responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our whole family really enjoyed the uniqueness and quirky retro style of Lindsay's place. Comfortable with artistic surprises. Coffee bar was well appreciated. Location is excellent with many cafes and restaurants nearby. We would recommend!

We are giving Nya a great review even in spite of an unfortunate experience. No one can predict when a leak happens and our family sadly couldn't stay in her very cool house. This house was romantic, hip and classy all in one. Bathrooms were clean and the showers were nicely tiled with good water pressure. Two bedrooms upstairs and a fold out couch downstairs. BUT Nya shines as a professional, as a courteous and gracious host and went above and beyond to help!!!. You can rely on this host as a professional!!!. The short hours we were there, we found the Dacha beer garden as a very lively place. The kids enjoyed Gelato a short walk away at Dolci Gelato on 8th Street and we bought some delicious coffee at Compass coffee on 7th with very kind staff. Consider this as a base camp for a great stay in Washington DC.

What wonderful hosts! Liz was always accommodating and responsive to our many hot tub requests and beyond. The place was so cozy, the hot tub was luxurious, and we found different spots to walk to breakfast every day. Thanks for a lovely stay

We couldn’t have a a better house to suit our needs for a big family get together. It was a bonus to find out we were only 3 blocks away from restaurants, cafes, State liquor store-no need to get in a car. It’s also fast and easy to get downtown or the Northside Riverwalk. We appreciated the quality details like; fine linens, glassware, cookware, appliances, etc. Also, a dining room table for 10 + island seating and a variety of conversation areas. This is a beautiful 3 story home with lots of stairs which might be a physical challenge for some. We lucked out with warm weather and enjoyed the deck and its views. We highly recommend this home!

The apartment was easy to find, with a clearly legible and illuminated house number which is a thoughtful touch for late arrivals. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots right in front of the property & around the neighborhood. The neighborhood felt safe & welcoming, and the check-in process couldn’t have been smoother, thanks to David’s clear instructions. The space itself was exactly as described and pictured; clean, cozy & exceptionally maintained. The quiet atmosphere made it perfect for working remotely, with fast Wi-Fi & a comfy couch to unwind on afterward. Getting around was super convenient. We didn’t use our car for our trip. The bus stop just a couple of minutes away meant we could rely on public transit to explore the city. David provided a binder with easy-to-follow instructions for navigating the Metro system which was super helpful! All in all, this rental provided everything we needed for a comfortable, seamless & enjoyable stay in D.C. We’d definitely stay again

We booked a room on thru Vrbo and they literally canceled right as we pulled up and had to book a room ASAP. Nancy and David made sure we were all set by time we checked. This place was so beautiful, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and cleverly decorated home in Marigny. Our hosts were very accommodating when we arrived early for check in. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our five day stay. We loved the little courtyard off the kitchen.

Such a cute place! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. You can easily walk to coffee and dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Andres's airbnb felt clean, peaceful and safe. Getting into and out of their property into the main street was no issue. Apparently they own the cafe next door but unfortunately we weren't free and in the area during their open hours but would love to visit next time around! Would certainly return back.

My husband and I have used booking services like Airbnb for many years now to include international trips. This has been the best overall experience we have ever had. We were in town for a family event but chose not to stay at the Omni Grove Park like the rest of our group, but wanted to be closer to the action in town. Everyone who came by commented that our accommodations were far superior. The space was just beautiful, clean and well equipped. Many little details were included like to go coffee cups with lids and moist makeup wipes. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well despite concerns that the central location might prove to be noisy. The host was responsive. Andrew communicated quickly (he must keep his phone in his hand) and helped us with any questions we had. Without a doubt we will be back, but may have to fight our family to see who books it first.
