Everything was great! They explained that construction was going on and how things were going to be. The early morning hammering and drilling is the only complaint I have, but it was understood. I will most definitely book with them again.

We can't say enough good things about our stay! The location is perfect—just steps from a beautiful beach and an amazing swimming pool that quickly became our family's favorite spot. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and minimalistic in design, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved that the kitchen was well-equipped; our family of five often grabbed groceries from the nearby HEB and easily cooked or reheated meals. Communication with the host was clear and easy via Airbnb messages, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the straightforward instructions provided. The area also felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind, and our whole family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. All in all, it was a great deal for everything offered, and we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This house was perfect for a girls getaway with great location, amazing backyard and responsive hosts. We had several people arriving from the airport at different times and we were able to drop luggage off before checking in. The hosts were accommodating, understanding and effectively communicative. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our weekend getaway! The ocean front view is amazing and the apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There is so much to do on site that I personally could've spent my entire time there without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Just as a heads up to future guests, bring your own equipment if you want to play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, etc. But overall, it's a wonderful place to take a vacation from your problems!

Fantastic place to stay! Beautifully kept, perfect for our group of 7, private, safe and family friendly area. Easy to get around. Paul and LeeAnna were extremely responsive and flexible. We loved our stay and won’t hesitate to contact them again for our next visit! Thank you for a wonderful week!

We came to Kate’s house during the kids’ spring break and had such a great time. Flexible check-in/ checkout. The house looked exactly like in the pictures. Very cosy inside, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, updated. The highlight of the house was the pool with the hot tub in the shaded garden. We spent lots of time there, swimming and playing corn hole. Kate was very responsive. We needed couple of things and she delivered them within 2 hours. The house is very close to the beach, stores, lots of restaurants and cafes. We would definitely book this house or other Kate’s properties again in the future. Thank you again for having us!

Beautifully kept townhome, location is perfect. Love the pool being straight off back porch area. Two out door seating areas and I love the privacy of the barrier between units. Beach is about 5 minute walk and we loved how jasmine had a dog crate there for us to use. We had a wonderful stay and will book again next time we come! There was an issue with noisy neighbors having (also renters not owners) and Yasmine reached out to that owner and helped to resolve the issue.

My wife and I are weary of ratings for Airbnbs. We have been to a few “5 star” places that do not match the description. We will confidently say that this is one of the BEST places we have stayed— it was spotless, close to Disney, and comfortable! We would 100% recommend, and we would stay here again.

Good location. Close to everything. Very spacious home. Good value off the high demand beach areas. Montana is super helpful and very responsive before, during and after our stay.
