Incredible location! Walking distance to the town. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very comfortable all weekend long. Carole and Rich are wondering hosts, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would recommend!!

Brianna was a wonderful host! Our stay there made it an easy engagement weekend for us! She was quick to respond with our questions and let us do a late check out on our last day. Definitely would book with her again!

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

We loved our stay at Deborah and David's home. The house was perfect for our family, so clean and well equipped. It is even better than on the photos. And what an amazing backyard for the kids!

The house was exactly as described in the photos, felt like a home with everything we needed to spend a family weekend. Visited with 2 kids who enjoyed the backyard and surroundings, place is fully stocked with great cooking utensils for all you might need to cook including a great BBQ. The house is spotless, looks and feel like new and everything is in perfect condition. We had a great stay and will definitively come back. Checkin/Checkout was very easy and Jonathan was very responsive.

We had a great time! The location was convenient and in close proximity to my brother’s wedding. The location of Vanessa’s home was beautiful and private. Vanessa’s home was spacious, clean and organized. There was one minor issue and Vanessa contacted me quickly. Would definitely love to rent Vanessa’s home another time probably spring/summer, since we were unable to enjoy the pool and other outdoor amenities due to season/weather.

Juliette’s home was the perfect place for my family to spend a long holiday weekend together. The house is far more spacious than the pictures let on, and with two living rooms there is plenty of communal space plus private corners to retreat to when needed. Everything you could need is readily available and the community is quiet and the perfect setting for a trip out to The Hamptons. I have stayed at many rentals in the area and this was by far one of my favorite stays, I definitely recommend this home to anyone considering a visit.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was a great rental for our kids and there was a lot of indoor and outdoor activities for them and they had a blast. It was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful few days at C's beautiful and historic home. It looks just like the pictures and had everything we could possibly need -- plenty of beach and bath towels, clean linens, bath products, and a very well-stocked kitchen (with an amazing stove!). C was quick to respond to our few questions in addition to providing a very helpful welcome guide. There was a game cabinet and bookshelf with lots of interesting reads which was nice to have, as well. The outside was our favorite part -- with a big lawn and lots of areas to relax on the patio and pool. The house is nicely situated, close to town (~5 minute drive) and the public beaches (~20 minutes to Cupsogue). It's right off of Montauk Highway, but with the AC running the house is so quiet you can't hear a thing. We'd come back here any time!
