We had a great stay coming back to Long Island to spend the week celebrating Thanksgiving with my crazy big Italian family. Staying here made our time back on LI so much more enjoyable. We loved the peaceful setting on the lake. Our breakfast time was great, just sitting in the dining room / sun room and enjoying the amazing view. We even used the Kayaks a couple of times.

Woke up to a blue heron fishing outside the kitchen window. This home is in a serene and beautiful location. The generous five bedroom and four bathroom house is well appointed and still feels intimate. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful stay and the host was friendly and accommodating! Location was perfect for exploring and the home is spacious yet cozy. Everything was in clean condition but large groups may need to stock up on additional tissue products and soap. I celebrated my 30th birthday with my family here and made cherished memories. Would stay here again in future!

The house was exactly as pictured and the views were great. It was a great space for our group. Not a far drive from town and restaurants and was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again!

This property is magical!! Between the perfect sunrises over the bay, the stunning moon as you sit by the fire pit and the spacious and charming two houses, Maureen’s place is the perfect destination to get away from it all and relax. The pool is also great, bigger than the pictures would suggest and the houses were perfect for our two families with 3 kids (7 people total). The kitchen is perfect to cook in if that’s your thing and there’s a great grill outside as well. I also loved the standup paddle boards and kayaks right on the property. Our kids found the house the perfect place to play. We stayed for two weeks and had the best time. Maureen is also a great host and was there to help with whatever we needed. Overall amazing experience on the best island in America in my humble opinion.

Sim was great and very responsive. The house was missing a few utensils when we got there. I texted Sim and a few hours later, they arrived at our doorstep! When I didn't know how to start the fireplace, she immediately sent me a video showing me how. Worked perfectly. This was a big birthday for me and a gathering of all my close friends. The house was perfect for this. A big shout out to Sim!

I just really liked the house. It was very convenient and so close to all the places we needed to go. The bed was so comfortable. And the sheets so soft The house was decorated so nicely yet simple and the sea theme at the marina I would definitely plan to stay here again with all my family Kelly, the host was so responsive whenever I texted her

Hard to put into words just how amazing our stay was! The cabin was beautifully decorated and clean, the kitchen was amazing to cook in, and the surroundings were idyllic. Waking up to the creek every morning while also being a short way from the beach was perfect. The cabin was also in an ideal location to explore North Fork. Will was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations and cooking tips. 10/10 vacation. We can’t wait to go back!!

We just got back home after a great weekend at Alexis’s place. We realized when we arrived that we had previously stayed in the same space when it was under different ownership—Alexis has made some major upgrades but maintained its excellent value. The apartment is exactly as pictured—clean, convenient and offers everything you need for a seamless stay. Our family of three couldn’t have been more comfortable. Location is central but private and peaceful. Alexis was a very responsive, kind host. We hope to be back!

Kimberly was a wonderful host. She promptly answered any questions we had concerning the reservation. She made sure our stay was comfortable. She even went above beyond by leaving complimentary snacks.

Deb’s place was very peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the interesting decor and personal style. It felt like staying in your own bed and breakfast. There were so many places to relax, and the front and back porches were so welcoming. The location can’t be beat if you want to check out the local wineries, farmstands, and great restaurants. An easy walk across the street to Peconic Bay, you can see from the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need for cooking. Short ride to markets, farmstands, and Love Lane for shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes to Greenport.

Head of the Pond House was in such a beautiful peaceful setting and was exactly what we needed! Quaint, beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked for a very relaxing stay. Monika was super proactive and helpful with recommendations and left us lots of local yummies. The birds and the sights on the pond (ice sailing!) were lovely. Highly recommend the cottage to take in all that the Hamptons has to offer in a peaceful and tranquil setting.

My friends and I stayed at Richard's cottage for the long weekend (4th of July) and we had a blast. The view of the lake from the living room was amazing, and the place was cute (even cuter than the pics) and comfortable with everything we needed, we all had a great sleep since it's so peaceful around the area, and the beds were really comfortable same as the big sofa. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us and our 2 pups. We enjoyed the sunset from the lake and went for a swim a couple of times, the water was delicious. Richard was very good at communicating; he was very responsive, he helps us with the beach essentials, provided guidance, and great recommendations around the area. We are already planning on returning and getting both cottages this time, hoping are available for our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is adorable, very clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Has a warm "homey" feel from the moment you walk inside. Big windows with lots of natural sunlight and views of the beautiful lake and landscape. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and sitting outside. Robert was a gracious host... very friendly and had excellent communication throughout. We're very happy to have found this place and would definitely stay there again!

We lived our stay at Carey’s place and plan to come back next year. Amazing location if you want to relax and take a few days away from the city. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a great backyard facing the water. Thanks Carey!!

Jean Marc’s cottage is a cozy and convenient hideaway at the beach. The cottage is simple but has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, with kitchen utensils, beach chairs, and a picnic table facing the pond. My partner and I loved being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach and to little fish restaurant. Jean Marc was a lovely and responsive host, making the whole experience a breeze. Thanks for a great stay!
