We had a very nice stay. The location was perfect: good restaurants, pubs, nice environnement for a walk/run. Robin is the perfect host: gives very good advice, talks about evertthing, answers quick on questions in the app. So we w're very happy. Thank you Robin.

We stayed here (myself and 4 friends) for a few days during Cowes week and it could not have been more perfect. Location was great and we couldn’t have asked for any more - hopefully Viki will take us back next year as we would love to return xx

My husband and I stayed at the Auction House for two weeks in March while visiting our daughter, son in law and our new grandchild. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to our daughter’s home as well as enjoy downtown Ryde restaurants in the evening. Christine and Terry were great hosts. Their home is very nice, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. We especially loved our welcome treat. We will definitely return to the Auction House in the future.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Me and some colleagues stayed for work. Both my boss and coworkers were very happy with the accommodation as was I. if I had one very small complaint. I couldn’t work out the tumble dryer but that’s not a problem. All in all it’s suited our needs perfectly when a crypt kitchen garden space out the back for some fresh air great location perfect host. We will be back.

We absolutely loved the house. It was perfect. Top quality furniture, beds, linen, towels etc. Beautiful courtyard garden. Everything we could have needed. So close to town. Pure luxury. Thank you Lynn & David.

Not being snobbish, but first thoughts were, ‘eww a housing estate’, but soon realised there was no litter and no graffiti, which says a lot. Friendly folk as we walked the dogs though Stanley Park and along the Solent, which are a stones throw away. Excellent food at The Cocked Hat pub. Regular bus service. The house was comfortable and clean. Two bathrooms. Overall, a great base for a weeks break. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Very central location from the Red Jet Ferry terminal. 10 minute walk to the main street. Was able to find parking close by using the residence parking permit organised by the host. Appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms. Made good use of the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Comfortable stay overall. Note there is only one tv and the steep stairs to the loft bedroom would suit younger people.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

The house is lovely and, on the whole the road is quiet. We had a lovely stay - Matt was very helpful and responsive. We were able to park right outside with a permit and it is centrally located. For those staying with elderly relatives and children, be aware that the 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom and toilet is downstairs at the back of the house. My relatives were a little nervous on the stairs as they were uneven heights. Would recommend.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.

It was such a privilege to stay here. Jane and Mark were so kind and helpful, and their home is perfect and in a fabulous location too. Their instructions for check in and their recommendations for places to go were spot on. For two couples it was excellent - double bedroom and bathroom on one floor and double bedroom with en-suite (lovely shower) on another. Comfy, clean, pretty bedrooms. Lounge on the top floor with big TV, comfy sofas and roof terrace, was such a great area to chill out and watch the ships go by. A sun trap on a sunny day. Very well equipped kitchen. We would love to come back!
