Steven was an amazing Host. We initially wanted to stay at his Margaritaville unit but it was sold out. He immediately recommended Limetree. I’m so glad I agreed. The resort is peaceful, the beach is lovely, and the pool has a great view of the beach. While Margaritaville has several pools, the beach is unavailable. Limetree was perfect and as a sister resort we were still able to visit Margaritaville resort. The rooms are spacious, modern updated and clean. The location was 15 minutes to everywhere locally. I would definitely book with Steven again. It will not disappoint. I look forward to viewing some of your other properties Thanks Steven. Nikki.

This was such a great and unique historical place. We loved it. The host was so wonderful and shared so many suggestions for local places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

This place had one of the best views on the island! Absolutely loved it kind of a secluded but not far from most everything on the island stay. I would absolutely recommend renting a car which we did and made staying here a breeze as well as a wonderful find. The bnb was extremely clean and nice! Felt super relaxed and comfortable as well as had all the amenities. Being on the 3rd floor was really the best spot in these condos since the steps are super easy and it’s only 2 shorter flights. The view every second of the day we were there was breathtaking and among the best we saw even including a snorkel trip and time at MoutainTop. The bnb binder is super helpful and the host was top notch as well as super helpful! Couldn’t recommend staying here enough and we would again!

The location of the Airbnb was great and easy to locate. There were a lot of shops and different attractions nearby. Also, the home was exactly as described. Luz responds in a timely manner and made sure that our stay was memorable. Thank you Luz for hospitality and I’d rent your property again.

My sister and I had a wonderful 10-night stay at this comfortable condo. The views from each level were pristine of Bolongo Bay. Watching the sun rise each morning right from bed was a real treat! This condo is located just a short ride from Red Hook, which is convenient for dining and catching the ferry to St. John or charter boats if that is a part of your plan! The bed was super comfy and the breeze coming off the water allowed us to open the windows and hang on the rooftop to enjoy some fresh air. Great amenities, convenience of location, and helpful and friendly hosts will definitely lead me to stay here again!!

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This was our second year in a row at this incredible home, and we adore it. The views are unbeatable, and morning coffee on the patio is pure heaven. The house has everything we need, and Erin, the manager, is responsive, proactive, and a joy to work with. We cooked most meals, stopping at the grocery store when we landed in STT. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we did enjoy a Friday night dinner and amazing fish tacos at Heidi’s Hilltop Grill. TIP: Our first year, we rented a golf cart from Rachel’s, which was great. The second year, we walked everywhere—and wow, did we get our steps in! Easily 10K+ a day between morning walks and beach time. Honeymoon Beach is less then 10 minutes downhill, but uphill on the way back. If you’re looking to tone your calves, this is the place—our neighbors thought we were nuts! The Beach is absolutely pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Drinks and food at Dinghy’s make it even better. This is THE place to stay on Water Island!

We had a great stay at Sabrina's place! Beautiful views and very comfortable space. Beautiful beaches, market, and restaurants a short drive away. Beds were very comfortable. Sabrina was very friendly, responsive and had great local recommendations!

This house added to our vacation experience on St. Thomas. The pool and deck were overlooking AMAZING views, the house was roomy, comfortable, and well apportioned. It had character and charm and all of the comforts of home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Great for families- in a quiet area behind a gate and located close enough to groceries and restaurants. We would book this again!

We really enjoyed Julies dwelling. It was in an area that was laid back and comfortable but had all the amenities needed in walking distance. The beach front was amazing with its clear clean water and access to two reefs that provided fantastic snorkeling. Coffee shop, bar, restaurants were just a short walk away. Julie was very flexible with us and was very very responsive to any of our questions.

Blown away by this beautiful home with breathtaking views. It was so peaceful and private. It had everything you need and more. We absolutely loved it. We would definitely book again in a heart beat. Our host Carrie and Pam the concierge are such lovely individuals. They were always available for recommendations. Thank you again for such an incredible stay.

Alex’s place was in the most perfect location within a few steps to the pool and the most gorgeous view of the water. Although it wasn’t a swimmable beach, the view was absolutely worth it. Swimming in the pool, which most of the time we had to ourselves, with that view was absolutely worth it. There was also an option to rent their car. I highly recommend doing that. Driving to the beautiful beaches was the way to go. Taxis could be up to $140 per ride for the 5 of us. The 3 bedrooms with the 3 bathrooms was a perfect fit for our family. It was not the most fancy place but it was clean and roomy. Iggie’s restaurant was a quick walk down the beach. It was a fun vibe with live music. We do not recommend Mim’s restaurant. It was over priced for mediocre food. The best restaurant on the island was Pesce. Another great one was The Greenhouse. We highly recommend Alex’s place. When we return to St. Thomas, that is where we will be staying!

Beautiful stay right on the water! The views from the apartment are breathtaking. The apartment is the perfect size for two guests or a small family. The apartment was extremely clean (I would go as far as to say the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs). The location is pretty secluded so you definitely would want a car to stay here and know it’s 10-20min drive to most attractions and restaurants which didn’t bother us. The Airbnb was perfect for relaxing and just enjoying the views. The pool was also super conveniently located right next to the Airbnb (although there were several flights of stairs to go up and down), the view was worth it. It was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Highly recommended this Airbnb!

What a wonderful studio condo! The great view, the clean openness of the floor plan, great kitchen, the three swimming pools were lovely! Having never been to St. Thomas before, we struck gold staying at Lizzie‘s! The Balongo Bay area is a little microcosm of the best of St. Thomas, without the crowds. The bay is not huge, but there is enough beach to dazzle the eyes, enough rocks in the water to bring enough fish for a little gentle snorkeling, they have a dive boat, and a catamaran for cruising. The beachfront pub (Iggie’s)was delightful and so reasonably priced. Great location to return to if exploring the island as a first timer.

Heavenly balcony breezes and view! Excellent pools and not boisterous/noisy - very chill! Enjoyed walking down to Sim’s surfside Bistro - phenomenal seafood! And Iggies at Bolongo is an easy walk with nightly entertainment. Very responsive host if any issues arise. Compact studio but has everything needed, and outstanding location!

Geoff and Michelle’s place was perfect for our family adventure in St. Thomas! We enjoyed our week there and felt very comfortable from start to finish. Geoff was incredibly helpful in preparing us for our arrival and what to expect on the island and he provided great advice on use of transportation services, restaurants and beaches. He was also very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable and had the most beautiful views of the ocean from the sliding doors in the dining room and bedroom- and the sounds were so peaceful! We enjoyed everything about our stay there- the friendly and kind vibe of the residents of the condo communities and other locals. It was a great choice for our family vacation and we can’t wait to return someday!

Place was as described. The view of the water was great and provided a great ambiance for sitting on the patio with a bottle of wine. The location is a bit removed from a lot of tourist areas, so highly recommend having a vehicle if you do plan on staying here.

Marie’s place was very enjoyable. We liked watching the gorgeous sunsets, the cruise ships and ocean views. The condo was spotless and we appreciated the new appliances. The pool and pool area was also spotless and a nice place to mingle with other guests. Everyone was very friendly. So nice to get away from the cold & snow in the northeast!

A lot of people get 5 stars, but Linda makes it REAL! Everything at the property was great. This is why you need AIR bnb instead of a hotel or other. Linda was so knowledgeable, able to relay real and practical advice or answers to every question we had about our stay, (rental car, restaurants, ferry for st John). Thanks for making our stay great!
