Great place to stay,very homely,spacious,clean and comfortable.Peaceful and quiet area,but not too far from local amenities.Great choice of restaurants,cafes and bars within 5 /10mins . Love that the house is dog friendly,enclosed rear garden,nice and safe for four legged friends.

Being able to have my dogs with me rather than boarding them for 10 days was great. Homely place to stay, and was lovely and warm on arrival in mid winter, due to Esther’s thoughtfulness of having air con going for my early arrival. I loved the spacious deck—too bad it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy it. However, thanks to the roofing over the deck, my family and I were still able to have a BBQ, which was a great experience. The fireplace was a nice touch, and plenty of firewood was provided, keeping us warm and cozy. The house was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. A special bonus was spotting wallabies right outside the deck during our visit. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Excellent place to stay while riding at Maydena. Andree was a fantastic host, being flexible and great communication. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for a few nights,.Very clean and private. Minimal road noise, considering the house is on the main road into Queenstown. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay and it’s an easy still to the waterfront, and just around the corner from OGEE. Huge apartment which would be great for two couples or a family and felt completely luxurious for my sister and me. I left a shirt behind and they organise to send it back for a small fee.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sven & Tracy’s Grappa Court Penthouse! The apartment is exceptionally spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore North Hobart and surrounds. Sven and Tracy have been lovely hosts, so easy to deal with and all communication has been prompt and handled professionally. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

Wonderful. The appartment is stunning, in a gorgeous historic house, located in a beautiful neighbourhood with a very nice view. Walkable distance from the heart of Hobart. Everything is very high quality. We wished we could stay more !

What an extraordinary experience for us to stay in Hobart. Perfect mix of historic bricks and stones with modern design. Love it!!!!!! Very convenient and easy to travel around the city. Love the best coffee and bars Laura recommends. Definitely come back for our next visit to Hobart.

We were so lucky to fine such a beautiful house that 3 double bedrooms that was within walking distance to Constitutional Dock. The house was beautifully presented. Bec was available to answer my silly questions.

Charming space with a lot of character. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the living spaces and couches were spacious and comfy, too! Kitchen and bathroom are lovely and functional. You can hear some traffic driving by if you sleep in the front room, but that dies down at night and there’s also a fan in the bedroom which can provide some white noise. We slept like babies. The washing machine is very quiet and super efficient. We visited at a time when the temperature outside was chilly, so we welcomed the space heater and fireplace to make it cozy in the mornings. We appreciated the local recommendations and also enjoyed discovering so many small businesses along Elizabeth and Murray Streets. The location is great for walking or driving anywhere around Hobart. Plan for a 15-20 minute walk down to the CBD/piers, and remember that it’s a bit hilly.

Our stay at Pete’s villa in Hobart was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—waking up to such a stunning landscape every day was a dream. The villa itself is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility—super quiet, yet still conveniently close to everything. We loved how thoughtfully designed and immaculately clean the space was, with every detail carefully considered for comfort and convenience. Pete’s hospitality was superb! He was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to share local tips to enhance our stay. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but this villa truly did. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. If you’re visiting Hobart, this is the place to stay!

Where do I start! The views are breathtaking both day and night. There is a pool table & ping pong table for entertainment in inclement weather. Tennis court and exclusive use of the spa were an added bonus. It was blissfully dark and quiet to sleep as well. Plenty of parking also. Couldn’t fault the place.

3...2...1...RELAX. Oh, this place! We enjoyed a three-week stay while our home was being renovated. Let's start with the location. It's easy to find, quiet, peaceful, and literally five minutes from anywhere. Close to all amenities you need, although once you get there, you really won't want to leave. Don't waste your time with the supermarket; just get the necessities delivered so you can enjoy every second. Driving into the property takes you somewhere else. With beautiful gardens and a charming egg chair hanging in a tree, you just want to grab a book and stay there. The home is exactly as the photos present and more—beautifully presented, clean, and just a home. It invites you to enjoy your time. The surroundings really steal the show. There's an amazing pool overlooking the bay at the rear of the property. It's perfect for wandering and discovering all the different flowers and plants. Walk further out of the property to a beautiful walking track. Sit back, listen to the water,

Absolutely superb! Picker’s Hut exceeded our expectations in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. Karen and Andrew's impeccable attention to detail has created a truly cosy and indulgent retreat. And the views are breathtaking!
