This place was a great stay for a weekend get away! It is in the perfect spot in Edmonton to get to all the events/ things to do without traveling too far or being right in the middle of it. It is well organized and well stocked with everything you need for your stay including shower essentials which was amazing since we forgot ours. Having a designated place to park in the garage was so helpful knowing our car and anything in it would be safe and secure the entire time!

Excellent stay for a large group, the full bathrooms attached to every bedroom make for great convenience. Everything needed was provided and neighbourhood was safe and quiet.

This was the perfect place for me and my staff members to stay while working in Alberta for a week. It smelled clean the moment we walked in! I literally have no complaints about our stay here! The 4 beds were great, we had ample bathroom space, and the kitchen came with all the things one would need for their stay!

Excellent host, incredibly responsive when asked questions about the property and access. Extremely generous with will stocked cupboards and bath room supplies. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were ample. The roof terrace was a real bonus and sun trap for the evenings. The location for downtown was good. Edmonton does have a stark issue with poverty and associated social problems and this was found throughout the city. Uber was most useful. The property felt safe and was a nice retreat after a day around town. If visiting Edmonton again I would definitely enquire about availability at this property.

The apartment is located by the University of Alberta campus, and less than 5 minutes walk to the University Hospital. It is in a very safe area of the city, and has direct access to downtown by LRT and to other major centers of the city by buses from the University transit centre. Vary safe and walkable, either on campus or along the Saskatchewan river and the easy access to the river valley trails and parks. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and character shops along the historic Whyte avenue, and a few minutes walk from bus stops for several buses that run along the Whyte Avenue. The unit is well kept and sparkle clean, with all necessary amenities, cookware, kitchen utensils and dinnerware. It is also in a fenced complex with security gates, ideal for families with children. The host is very responsive and very helpful. Check in and out are simple and smooth.

The place was exactly how it was described. Exceptional place!!!! Felt like home. Amenities were excellent especially in the kitchen. Guest Netflix access was excellent. The house was spotless with no clutter. Terry even made provision for pets even though we had no pets it was nice to see and shows how thoughtful the host is. The area is peaceful and quiet and will be good for walks in the summer. Terry was very responsive and was flexible with us when we requested for a late check out contrarily to what one previous review had said and I’m glad it didn’t swayed my decision to stay here. We enjoyed our stay so much! It was very nice and private, but we did get a chance to meet both hosts and they were so kind and lovely. They also invited us for a campfire <3 You can tell the hosts really love the basement apartment and take care of it so well!

Really enjoyed our “home away from home” for our Spring Break getaway. Everything was as pictured, and we found so many great amenities nearby (grocery, restaurants and more) as well as easy access to… everything! Short drive to west Edmonton mall or to visit our friends near St Albert. The neighbourhood was welcoming, our kids loved the arcade and snack machines…we’d absolutely come back again!
