unit is very good and condo was super . condo was very good view at 42nd floor and good common facilities to enjoy. unit also in 41 th floor which is good for view. only issue we had was hand shower broken in master room bathroom which could be checked and replaced before we arrive. it cause more inconvenience. otherwise all very good. I recommend this place

Good clear instruction way before you checked in giving you peace of mind. The place is very clean and comfortable to stay with 2 rooms and a common bath. Watch out for the parking lot as going up and down the narrow lane is tricky especially if you are driving an SUV or MPV. The view is quite nice but half of the sea view was blocked by the next building. All good.

This is a true home away from home. It fit us so well we immediately fell in love with both the condo and its location. Most enjoyable was the oceanfront, so beautiful, soothing, and easy to stroll up and down. It even impressed us as San Diego residents. Also within distance were the full range of eateries, grocers, shops, anything you can think of. We stayed there for 12 days without getting bored or having a need to go elsewhere. Only thing lacking upon first checkin was facial tissues which we consider essential to provide. Overall this is the place we want to come back again!

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

This place looks exactly like the pictures. We booked the whole house to stay with a bunch of friends (eight adults + five children). The place has plenty of space with a simple seating area at living, tables and chairs at dining, and well stocked coffee and tea counter as well as cutleries and plates. Bedrooms are simply decorated with fresh bedding and have good aircond and fan in each room. All rooms share common bathrooms and toilets, which are very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen for anything other than simple washing because we eat out when we're in Georgetown! Fantastic location - walkable to almost everywhere we wanted to go on our eatery list.

Perfect place. Everything you need to call it home. Cool and quiet by night, sunshine and peaceful by day. Pool is great. Thanks Johnson for your kindness 🙂
