I had an outstanding experience staying at Paola’s place. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Having a garage was a significant advantage, as finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging. Paola was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend this place!

Michela war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Check in und check out waren super einfach und flexibel. Von Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflügen etc. hat Sie ein tolles Handbuch zusammengestellt. Alles genau wie in der Beschreibung - wir haben vor allem die untere Couch-Lounge genossen, sowie den kleinen Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Ebenfalls sind die Küchen mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Straße ist wir von Michaela offen kommuniziert etwas laut, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Für starke Kaffeekonsumenten empfehle ich eine Bialetti oder Ähnliches mitzunehmen. Ansonsten sind Kapsel-Kaffeemaschinen vorhanden. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in una casa confortevole e a due passi da Albus Alpacas !

Wir waren Ende September für 8 Tage in der Unterkunft. Federica, die Lage, das Haus, die Anlage ums Haus waren einzigartig und sehr schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Frederica ist ein tolle Gastgeberin und Probleme hat sie und ihr Mann zügig gelöst. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, Warmwasserversorgung und Heizung-alle Themen wurden zeitnah behoben. Nahe der Unterkunft ist die Zugstation Orte, von dort fährt mehrmals ein Zug nach Rom, das kann ich nur empfehlen. Günstig, pünktlich (nicht wie die DB) und Rom ist eine Wucht! Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder buchen, falls es uns wieder in die Region verschlägt.

L’appartamento è davvero incantevole e spazioso, molto ben curato nell’estetista e nell’ arredamento. Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito. Siamo stati sorpresi di averlo trovato attrezzato di tutto quello che ci potesse servire. Davvero molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. La casa ha una vista incantevole, in posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima base per esplorare in auto i dintorni. Letti davvero comodi, due bagni attrezzati di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Davvero grazie di cuore per la straordinaria ospitalità. Tocco finale. Abbiamo un bimbo di 6 anni ed è stato molto bello scoprire letture nuove anche per lui, presenti in casa e a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Soggiorno fantastico per due persone con vista mozzafiato e accesso diretto al mare. Donatella è molto disponibile come host e saprà darvi consigli utili su porto santo Stefano e calette della zona. Super consigliato!
