Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

Alessio's apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence! It was a quick, easy walk to the train station which was very helpful for our day trips out of Florence. The apartment had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured and described. Alessio checked us in, was very friendly, and gave us lots of recommendations and tips of places to eat and places to go. We loved our stay in Florence and would love to return someday! When we do we would not hesitate to stay at Alessio's apartment again.

El alojamiento estaba impecable, súper ordenado y limpio, tal cual el anuncio. Estaría bueno que le agreguen microondas y más cucharitas. Por otro lado es importante que avisen que es recomendable usar un electrodoméstico a la vez, ya que pusimos el lavarropa y el lavavajillas y se cortó la luz. Más allá de este inconveniente recomiendo el departamento estaba impecable y el anfitrión siempre atento y respondiendo cada inquietud.

Excelente ubicación para visitar la ciudad, todo quedaba cerca a pie. Alojamiento bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario. Anfitriona muy atenta y amable que respondía con rapidez.

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

You truly can't beat this location—right in the heart of Florence. The instructions for finding the apartment were clear, and the keyless entry made check-in a breeze. The space is perfect for two people, cozy and well-equipped for a great stay. This place is it if you want to stay in the best location.

Soggiorno splendido, casa deliziosa e host gentilissimo e disponibile. Situata a 1 min a piedi di piazza del campo e al mercato rionale circondata di posti buonissimi per mangiare. Check in e checkout effettuati entrambi senza problemi grazie alla super disponibilità di Marco.. Si vede che è un superhost ;) Ritorneremo senz'altro

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

A casa é maravilhosa. Vi algumas pessoas reclamando da escada, mas fui com duas senhoras de 70 e 60 anos e não tivemos nenhum problema. Silvia foi extremamente gentil e prestativa. A anfitriã merece nota 10! A casa é excelente, mas o enorme quintal e os pais de Silvia foram um bônus à parte. Uma verdadeira joia em Florença. A limpeza da casa estava impecável, e todas as funcionalidades estavam em perfeito estado. ............................................. The house is wonderful. I saw some people complaining about the stairs, but I went with two ladies, aged 70 and 60, and we had no issues. Silvia was incredibly kind and helpful. The host deserves a 10! The house is great, but the huge backyard and Silvia's parents were an extra bonus. A true gem in Florence. The house was spotless, and all the amenities worked perfectly.

Elisa, suo papà Bruno e tutta la famiglia, sono stati davvero degli host incredibili. Non ho mai trovato tanta accoglienza, generosità, gentilezza e riservatezza così come mi è stata offerta in questo posto incantevole, genuino e naturale. Oltre all’accuratezza nella casa, (dolci freschi, alimenti di prima qualità messi a disposizione, olio, spezie, marmellate e pulizia), l’attenzione verso gli ospiti, si è contraddistinta. Vino e pici (cucinati alla vera maniera) offerti dalla casa! Ho soggiornato da sola con la mia Labrador in questo weekend di febbraio e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Un’esperienza davvero rigenerante e autentica, con delle persone autentiche. Grazie Elisa & family ( grazie anche per l’olio e il miele che ho già assaggiato!). Amici viaggiatori, questo è un posto da visitare!!!

We travel a lot and have been blessed to visit some beautiful places but the view from this Air B&B will be one I hold in my heart forever. It was like a dream. We spent so much time just taking in the landscape. It was chilly when we visited so we didn't spend much time on the deck but instead watched sunset every evening from our bed. Each Window has breathtaking views. The tower is so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, the bathroom was well appointed, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Muy buena estancia, el lugar bastante cómodo para 3 personas. Baño limpio y equipado con los productos necesarios. Muy buena comunicación y respuestas rápidas, nos dieron indicaciones para llegar y nos esperaron para el check in al avisar que se había retrasado nuestro bus. Recomiendo el alojamiento, queda en una zona tranquila con la estación de autobús en la puerta.

Todo excelente! Bonito lugar e instalaciones completas. Recomiendo

From the moment Caterina greeted us, we felt welcomed and the process to relax started. Her apartment was beautifully decorated and filled with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. Another important aspect is the apt is close to the city center so walking in any direction would take 15 min. We enjoyed Florence so much with our family and could not have asked for a better place to stay.

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

Barbara was a great host she accurately gave instructions for staying at her place, recommendations for local restaurants and the name of the nearest train stop.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Cosimo's place in Florence. The accomodation is in a very convenient location between the train station and historic city center. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay with kids or without. Cosimo's recommendations of local restaurants and cafes are incredible, make sure to give them a try. Definitely will recommend to everyone and stay there again!

Just stayed at Lorenzo's place—a beautifully renovated apartment. Lorenzo was incredibly accommodating, making check-in, check-out, and the entire stay seamless. The location is exceptional—step outside, and you're at the Duomo! It's also an easy walk to major sites, plazas, and fantastic restaurants. A 5-star stay—would absolutely do it again. Thanks!
