The condo was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. My kids loved the pool and how close the beach was. The location is also very convenient for restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Cocoa Beach!

This was a great stay while my husband worked. Reasonable rate with the comfort of home. If you are planning to bring groceries maybe bring a cart or wagon to make unloading easier. I am thankful I had my daughter. I wish we stayed longer to use the amenities but I did enjoy the porch and the birds.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. Look forward to returning I recommend her place immensely. Thank you Maria

The accommodations are just as advertised. We enjoyed this cute space. For those who are pickier-the only cons are the squeaky floor boards and thin walls (all to be expected with the age of the building). We unfortunately had neighbors who fought and had yelling kids. We will definitely consider this space on next visit. Hopefully we can come back when its warmer to use the pool and grill. looks nice! Thank you

Nice place. Right across the street from beach access. Like other reviews stated, you can definitely hear other guests on the second floor but wasn't a big deal.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cozy bed and blackout curtains. The vibe of the place was perfect. It had a laid-back, beachy feel. I’d book again!

Jorge was so incredibly helpful. His place was perfect for my crew and it was very clean. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend him!

We stayed here for our son's senior spring break and could not be happier! Very much enjoyed the hospitality we received from hosts! Was told the pool heater was broken before we arrived but was fixed midway through our visit and they refunded our money anyway! Location was perfect for all of the activities we did! I would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Cocoa Beach!

I was a shame that we were there for a job in the area and not on vacation. The house was superb, well furnished and even luxurious. The house was so nice and comfortable that we ordered in for dinner every night after work because we didn't want to leave. I hope to visit this area again for rest and relaxation and will definately seek out this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this nice Airbnb in Titusville. Very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the many special touches, including night lights, lots of charging outlets, restaurant recommendations, mints, etc. We loved the location, close to the Kennedy Space Center and the Merritt Island Wildlife Preserve. We thought the house would be closer to the water, based on the description in the listing, but enjoyed that we could walk next door to the restaurant, and across highway 1 to the park on the water where we had a good view of the rocket launches. We found the neighborhood to be quiet, and felt safe. We would love to stay here again on a future visit.

A perfect and hassle-free stay after visiting KSC! The listing was easy to find and access. JJ’s place was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Overall, an excellent value, wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved River Fly-In Condos! It is close to all the Space Coast destinations. We had two-day passes to Kennedy Space Center and the location was perfect. It is also close to downtown Cocoa which is full of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and spacious and had everything you could want to set up a temporary home for vacation. JJ was also very responsive when we had a slight issue with our door lock. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was fabulous. From the secure entry to the parking garage, to the lovely decor and pristine condo, everything was perfect. JJ responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! Great location, lots of close shopping, restaurants, and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, only downside being there weren’t any lounge chairs by the pool which was kinda strange. Condo was stocked w essentials needed. JJ was a very kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time!

This place was great! Perfect for our purposes! Sayed here for 3 days prior to boarding a Cruise out of Port Canaveral. JJ and Jill were great to work with. Very grateful! We stayed here for a baseball tournament at USSSA space complex. It was a 20 min commute. We also drove to the cocoa beach which was 10-15 mins. We are ate at restaurants as close as 5 mins- up to 15 mins. The place was a dream. So beautiful, peaceful, & clean! Love drinking our coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on the back patio. Absolute perfection!! Would def stay here again!! The host was very responsive and helpful!!
