The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

I cannot say enough good things about Ariel's home in Palm Bay. IT WAS MAGICAL!. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything you need including beach towels, water shoes (in every size!), fishing rods, kayaks etc. You cannot beat the views from the kitchen - it was wonderful to look outside and see pelicans, dolphins, fish jumping, etc. Our children LOVED being outside and jumping in the kayaks at any given moment. We also spent a couple of days at Melbourne beach which was 15 minutes away and easily accessible. Usually traveling with children has little relaxation but this house actually allowed me to sit outside with a cup of coffee and watch the beautiful wildlife around me! One last thing - Ariel is sooooooo responsive and answered all of our questions, and was just an all around wonderful host.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Corri sehr genossen. Insgesamt waren wir vier Tage vor Ort. Die Lage, Nachbarschaft und vor allem der Ausblick waren wirklich toll. Wir haben jeden Abend stundenlang auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Ruhe genossen. Check in, Check out und jeder Kommunikation zwischendurch verlief problemlos. Nicht ganz klar war uns, dass ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Für uns, zwei Familien mit vier Kindern kein Problem. Bei vier Pärchen wäre es wahrscheinlich etwas schwieriger geworden. In der Umgebung war ein toller BurgerLaden das Kennedy Space Center beziehungsweise Melbourne waren gut mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Zum Strand hatten wir ebenfalls nur eine zehnminütige Fahrt.Kleine Besonderheit: hier waren sogar die Parkplätze kostenlos. Wir haben die Zeit also sehr genossen.

Cute little house. Nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious enough. Beds were comfortable. Nice little work area for those that need one. Wi-Fi worked great. Lots of information about the house rules, area points of interest and location of house necessities (I.e. towels, blankets, cookware). The fenced in back yard and screened in porch were nice get aways. We were traveling with a pet, so the fenced backyard was a must. While the home is listed as pet friendly, it should be noted that one of the rules is no pets on furniture or bed. This may be stressful to you and your pet, if your pet is used to being on the furniture. The home is near a main road but we did not hear the road traffic inside. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues. There are a washer and dryer available to use. Entry was very easy and Rick the host was very attentive. Overall a great experience.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again, the house was clean, plenty of sleeping areas for our family of 7. Perfect for our 1 night stay before our cruise.

GREAT! We had a girls weekend at Pura Vida and had a blast. The outdoor area was even better than expected, the outdoor shower and grill were so much fun to use. Close to groceries and quick eats, and an easy drive to get to Cocoa Beach and all the spots we waned to see. Would 100% stay here again!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

We had a fantastic stay at Coastal Seahorse! It was perfect for our family of 6, spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The above-ground pool was a great bonus and kept the kids happy when we weren’t at the beach. The location couldn’t be better…just minutes from Cocoa Beach and close to all the shops and restaurants we needed. Everything was easy and convenient. And Genna is a great host…responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth, relaxing stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it for families!

The place looks like the pics. The host was great. Sitting on the dock is an awesome experience there. The bed was incredibly comfy. The outdoor shower was beautiful. My only negatives would be that you can hear the movements of the guest in the unit above, and it was not immaculately clean. There were some spots on the rugs and dirt/debris on some floors. Nothing major.

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Our 4 year old son enjoyed the surroundings especially. The hosts are wonderful too. The apartment has everything one would need for a short or extended stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Quiet, clean, affordable and within 20 minutes of anything you need or could want to do. The most efficient use of space I have ever seen. The unit has everything you could need plus some. Quiet neighborhood with great river views. Saw a night launch from their dock & it was spectacular. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely go back.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Groovy Loft so much! When I take her on vacation I always try to find a fun, memorable place to stay…and the Groovy Loft was fantastic! It was the perfect size for the two of us. Very clean with lots of amenities. The property right on the river was gorgeous. A couple evenings we ordered take-out and ate dinner outside while watching the sunset. And, with the beautiful beach right across the street, it was the perfect location! Kathleen was a wonderful host. My daughter and I had a fabulous vacation. Thanks so much!

Cabin 52 is a peaceful retreat! Excellent Communications. Immaculate. Well stocked kitchen. The most comfortable beds! This location exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back.

This genuinely peaceful ranch is a relaxing place to unwind. I was probably most impressed by the cleanness of the cabin (no bugs!). I spent most of my time away, sightseeing, but would have liked to have had the time to walk the grounds and feed the horses and goats. The cabin is well-stocked with just about everything you can need, and although it does not list a kitchen, there are appliances in the cabinets under the sink that can be used for cooking. If you're familiar with how to use a mini split (the wall mounted A/C) and the stove-like heating unit then you will be in business quickly when it comes to making the cabin comfortable. I eventually figured them out after some fiddling. Don't forget the fan in the central ceiling light as well. I will echo the caution in other reviews about the top bunk bed since it requires a certain amount of fitness to clamber up into it, and especially down from it. I would have slept in a lower bed but they were not long enough for me.

Wow! Cabin was amazing! Had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Everyone there at the camp site was so nice! Was able to dock my boat on the water 30 ft. from the cabin. East to load and unload everyday. They have their own store with live bait. Everything you would need. If you love inlet fishing or canoeing with the manatees in the mangroves I recommend you to have a stay!

We absolutely loved this home! It is beautiful inside and out with a super comfortable couch with plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable which is very important as no one wants to sleep in a terrible bed while on vacation. The outdoor movie area is great for kids and adults along with yummy popcorn. The area is close to the Kennedy Space Center, which I highly recommend and fairly close to the cruise port. Rene made a recommendation for dinner which was outstanding also. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when going on our next cruise. Thanks Rene!

This was the perfect location for us as we love to spend as much time as possible at Orlando Wetlands--which was less than 10 minutes away. The beds were comfy. It was quiet and peaceful. Our only complaint was very low water pressure in the shower- a minor inconvenience. We would stay here again.

El alojamiento de Suzzy era genial todo lo que necesitábamos mi familia y yo estuvimos 2 noches y pudimos hacer Marshmelows en la fogata, bbq con leña qué conseguimos en Home Depot cerca, los niños jugaron en el patio, la cabaña era muy hermosa, impecable en la limpieza, el lugar es muy tranquilo para un retiro como lo anuncia su nombre, la anfitriona fue sumamente amable y respondía rápidamente, deseamos tanto poder regresar por más días!!! Dios nos guió a este lugar para tener un buen tiempo de calidad en familia.
