Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Spalt

Mein fünfwöchiger Aufenthalt bei Astrid war sehr angenehm. In der Wohnung habe ich mich vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der direkte Blick auf den Main und der Kamin waren ein Highlight. Der Hauptbahnhof Würzburg ist mit dem Auto super einfach zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Astrid verlief einwandfrei. Hier steht das Wohl des Gastes an erster Stelle, was ich auch zu spüren bekam. Immer wieder gerne :)

I had a great a time staying at Karin's place. She is responsive and friendly. Location is easily accessible and is located at a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend Karin's place.

Hallo, ich bin mit 3 Kindern bei Ahmed in der Wohnung gewesen. Sind recht spät erst zur Wohnung gekommen. Deshalb hätten die Kinder in der früh bestimmt noch etwas länger geschlafen. Leider gab es an den Fenstern keine Rolläden um alles abzudunkeln. Das war etwas schade. Aber bei allem anderen hat die Unterkunft sogar unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Echt top! Nur zu empfehlen! Nicole is an amazing host. She was great to communicate with, super friendly, always available and so quick to respond. Her place was perfectly located - Zirndorf HBF, shops, bakeries and transit all walkable within a few minutes. If you're planning a trip to Zirndorf...highly recommend staying at Nicole's place!

Asuimme täällä koirieni kanssa 2,5 kuukautta ja viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Asunto oli loistavalla sijainnilla, siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Miro on mukava isäntä, jonka kanssa kommunikointi oli helppoa ja mutkatonta. Palaamme varmasti uudelleen mikäli matkustamme uudelleen tällä alueella! 😊

Die Ferienwohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bot alles, was man braucht. Der Check In und Out sowie die restliche Kommunikation verlief gut.

Lovely, quiet, clean apartment. A few minutes walk to downtown Ansbach or Bleidorn (Army housing). The hosts are very responsive and helpful. This was my third stay there and I would not consider anywhere else when visiting Ansbach.

Would recommend, great for stopovers. Everything is as listed, very clean, host responds quickly and friendly.

This apartment was in a perfect central location. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size for 2 people. The apartment is a small studio but has everything we needed for our week stay. The host was a great communicator and the apartment was easy to find. I recommend this apartment for an extended stay in Fürth.

Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefüht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit luxuriöser Ausstattung (Sauna, Whirlpool,...). Hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt.

Wer eine kleine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Herr Ulm ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man merkt, dass er und seine Frau sich viele Gedanken gemacht haben, um einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm und entspannend wie möglich zu machen. Hier ist vor allem der „Mini-Supermarkt“ zu nennen, in dem man alles findet, was man für eine kurze Auszeit benötigt (z.B. TK-Brötchen, Nudeln, Kaffee, etc.). Auch wenn man keine Lust hat selbst zu kochen, gibt es vorgegarte Gerichte einer Catering-Firma aus der Region, die man ganz einfach im Backofen zubereiten kann und super schmecken, ganz ohne künstliche Zutaten. Neben dem Wohnbereich gibt es noch den separaten Spa-Bereich. Auch hier steckt viel Liebe zum Detail wie beispielsweise selbstgemachte Peelings sowie Sauna-Aufgüsse, sodass man hier einige entspannende Stunden verbringen kann. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns bei Gabi sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie hat sich proaktiv um einen gekümmert und sich immer hilfsbereit gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber/gepflegt. Alles im allen konnten wir sehr gut abschalten und die Zeit genießen.

All starts,good location, clean, secured, supermarkets walkable, only 15mins to Nürnberg city center by car. With essentials, no kitchen but it has a microwave, afridge, a kettle, and a coffee Maschine:)

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Susanne war sehr schön und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Ich werde die Unterkunft definitiv erneut buchen, wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin. Alles in allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung!

Liz was a super friendly and welcoming host. She gave us lots of recommendations and advice about the town, getting about, events, and settling into the house itself. Jacuzzi was a great addition and was so lovely in the cold month of December. Would definitely recommend to any traveller.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.
