Great place in truckee. Very well equipped especially for families with little ones. Hot tub was a nice plus for mom and dad to relax a bit. We will definitely rent again!

Visited with friends. The place is well maintained with good seating in the backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the themed rooms. Good location.

Home was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfy! Home has a driveway for great parking for multiple vehicles also has smart TVs in every room, great price for the place!

We love staying at Michael’s place and always feel at home here, everything as described, handy to be able to charge the car if needed, and great location. Looking forward to our next trip!

My friends and I had such a great time staying here! If you don’t mind walking 10-15 mins bars and restaurants are close by. Everything was comfy inside the house and everyone slept super well on the beds. If you’re looking for somewhere spacious to stay in the area, I would highly recommend. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating as well!

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

This was our second girls trip staying at Wendy and Don’s. It’s a delightful spot and we’ll likely return!

Plus, the excellent soundproofing made it a truly peaceful retreat, especially appreciated by our family with young children. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and demonstrating flexibility with check-in/check-out times.

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

My wife and I used this location while riding the bike park. The location is quiet and peaceful. Tucked away in the trees, yet a short walk to the village. A bike run goes right by, so the unit can serve as a pit stop on the way back to the gondola. Easy drive to Truckee, we did it everyday we were there. Wonderful hot tubs to soak in at the end of the day.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

Had a great stay here, everything was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Host was able to answer my questions and we had no problems checking in or during our stay. Thank you, Sean!

This house is very nice and very up to date. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you would think of such as kitchen items and laundry detergent, etc. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We had an issue with a missing key when we arrived so we couldn’t get in right away, but that was just because the housekeeper left it on the kitchen counter and Maddie sent a lock smith over right away to get us in. Overall we had a great stay.

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Barbora's place is located right besides Truckee and very close to many ski resorts like soda spring, Donner summit and etc.. the house was very clean and warm. It was well maintained and equipped which made our stay very pleasant. The co-host Curtis was very responsive and friendly. We were two families traveling with two 3 years old kids and we found the house very quiet during the night, which I believe all parents will appreciate :) The deck provides a pretty good view of the sky during the night and I did take a few beautiful shots. I recommend this place and will stay again for future visits!

This little cabin on King’s Beach was the perfect retreat for us two friends after 2 very long days at Palisades Tahoe! The view is great out the back and from the hot tub, which was exactly what we needed to restore our bodies after all the snowboarding. Living room and fire place were a great place to sit around and chat, and play a couple games from the cabinet under the tv. Had all the basics for preparing solid meals as well; cooking equipment and a cupboard of everyday ingredients. Would definitely book this place again if coming to Kings Beach!

My husband and I spent a weekend here and enjoyed our stay! We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t sure where or how to check in, but after reading another review that mentioned an office, we were able to find our way. The gentleman who gave us instructions was very kind and helpful and informed us of a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The location is great, a few minutes away from downtown Truckee, restaurants and stores and about a 30-40 minute drive from Incline Village, Sand Harbor Beach, and other nearby beaches. We would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for our party of 6. The kids were able to play in the snow in the back yard providing hours of entertainment. The house was close to everything we needed.

This was our second time staying at Susan’s cabin, and we had the most wonderful time. Susan’s place is cozy, welcoming, and clean. It is one of the best airbnb places we have ever stayed at. Not a single thing that we didn’t like about the place. It truly felt like a little heaven on earth. A perfect getaway.

We loved this cabin. Good size and several cozy spots to hang out that served different purposes. The kids loved the pinball and arcade game that could play any arcade game. We were very close to Donnor snow play and ski so great location for our kids to ski and sled. Only small negatives were some rooms and hallways were dimly lit (like no ceiling light on bunk room bed and 2nd to 3rd story stairs dimly lit) and the sleds and saucers were mostly cracked and broken. But overall a wonderful cabin and communication with property management was fast and easy. We enjoyed the house and would use again!
