Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Well provisioned and best accommodations for my dog of all the places I’ve been.

Visited with friends. The place is well maintained with good seating in the backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the themed rooms. Good location.

Home was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfy! Home has a driveway for great parking for multiple vehicles also has smart TVs in every room, great price for the place!

Ok, I can’t say enough about this place! It is absolutely beautiful!! The furniture & decor are so so beautiful. Gorgeous plants everywhere inside & out. All toiletries were provided. The most comfortable bed & linens. It was quiet, peaceful & private, just what we like. Marias place is spotless also. We’ve stayed in places literally around the world and this is in the top 5! A big roomy bathroom was so nice. We wish so bad we could’ve stayed longer but we were just passing through. We definitely will be back!

I was looking for a 3 bedroom house for me and my husband and two of my close friends. One of my friend is 93 years old so it was very important that we had a clean, quiet and comfortable place. This house met all our needs plus it was very cozy and the beds were very comfortable! It was also close to the freeway and had easy access to grocery store. Jason communicated from the very beginning, to as we got closer to the date as well as clear instructions on how to get in. I had trouble locking the house and text message him. He read it write away and was able to lock it from his end. It was wonderful to have quick responses especially since we were getting ready to leave. Because my friend is 93 and sleeps in late we asked for a later check out at 12 instead of 11 which he gave to us with no problem. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

our stay at the Murphy house was 10/10 greatest experience at an airbnb so far. it accommodated our group perfectly. Pete is a great host and was very communicative. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. if we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in Reno again we will definitely come back.

Location is ideal. Walk to midtown or to the riverwalk. Bed is comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen is vintage and other than a lack of tea kettle for tea, kitchen equipment met our needs. Questions, issues addressed quickly by the property manager. Unfortunately, I cannot stay here again until the furnace is replaced. It is located in the hallway and when running, it was so loud it prevented conversation and I needed ear plugs to sleep. Our solution was to turn off the heat while in the house and run it while we were out. It may not be as big of an issue in warm months and the owner states it will be fixed.

Had an absolute blast! This place felt so comfortable. Modern and gorgeous views of downtown. Although the bar across the street can be loud sometimes, the fresh air from the balcony was absolutely great! I loved the loft bedroom area, it made it seem as though it was a different secluded room completely. Thank you so much from booking this place to leaving. Great customer service and insanely clean! Very cozy little hideaway! It was a great location within 15 minutes from most of our destinations in Reno. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. Hot tub and a nice memory foam bed were a definite plus after a long day walking around the city. Would definitely recommend!

The house is exactly as described. Super accommodating and quickly excepted my last minute request after my first place to stay did not work out. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood felt very at home. Only done side is poor lighting in the living areas of the house and not enough good seating to relax on. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

They were very kind. It was a good place to sleep and rest from the day’s events.

It is described perfectly. Very upscale and in walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Great view of Reno and the river.

this place was awesome. the amenities was crazy over the top of any I've ever stayed in and the master bedroom was like a small home, all in it self. it was worth every penny and I hope it's available next time I stay in reno. its my new favorite home away from home

Laney was very responsive, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The River Walk is right across the street and very peaceful to walk.

Great spot close to everything you could possibly need. Easy access to downtown Reno but far enough that it's nice and quiet. Lots of hiking trails, plus Tahoe about an hour away. Apartment is cute and well-stocked. I had a really nice time here.

Es un lugar muy limpio y muy bonito, el apto por dentro es muy lindo y organizado y tiene todo lo que uno necesita, el acceso es muy fácil por la parte de atrás donde se encuentra el estacionamiento.

This is a great place in Incline. We visited with our family of 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. Maureen was proactive and communicative and helpful in getting us in the house and making sure we had what we needed. We had a big snow while we were there and Maureen communicated about the plow coming for the driveway. Her place is filled with of everything one could need, and doesn’t skimp on amenities. The location is great, super close to Diamond Peak (with a shuttle stop at the end of the block 100 feet away), and to Incline Village restaurants and shops and the Lake!

The place was just like the photos! We loved the decor & the amenities the place had. The only thing we had trouble with was locking the door, but that was totally user error! Michelle was very responsive & communicative throughout our stay. I would book again if back in the area!

The condo was clean and easy to locate. During our stay we enjoyed the peace and quite. We liked how convenient it was to many fun activities. We are looking forward to our next stay.
