Η Κυρία Σταυρούλα ήταν υπέροχη το σπίτι επίσης, καθαρό όμορφο σπίτι κοντά στη κεντρική πλατεία Αριστομένης το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν μέχρι και καλούδια για πρωινό. θα ξανά πάω σίγουρα όταν επισκεφτούμε πάλι την Καλαμάτα.Ευχαριστουμε πολλή κύρια Σταυρούλα!!!!!

Zeer mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Restaurant en supermarkt op loopafstand. Snelle en fijne communicatie met host. Aanrader!

I loved staying here. I liked it so much, I extended my stay! The apartment is really big - was great to share with a friend. Clean and comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly, AC in every room, good shower, comfy beds . All was great! The location is really good - close to town and the water. Big grocery store nearby, and smaller convenience stores just one block away. Easy to get everywhere walking or, as we did, with bicycles. Maria was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment!

A very clean and spacious place for one or two people. Close to the town center and along one of the main roads into and out of town. Very helpful host. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Filoxenon apartment! Although small, it’s impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with modern furniture, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the center of Kalamata, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, always ready to assist whenever we needed help. We stayed for just a few days, but everything went smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend this place, especially for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα ο χώρος καθαρός ,εύκολη προσβάσεις με τα πόδια σε όλο το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας . Μας τα χάλασε λίγο ο καιρός όμως νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και χαλαρώσαμε αρκετά

nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Monsieur était très réactif, très gentil et attentif à la moindre demande. Tout était à disposition, très propre, avec des serviettes et gel douche fournis. il y a aussi une climatisation ! je recommande vivement. Si nous revenons à Kalamata, nous savons où loger. nous remercions infiniment.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Sofia. c'est une hôte très accueillante et véritablement sympathique ! L'endroit est paisible et se trouve facilement. Sofia est réactive et nous a gentillement lavé et plié notre linge. Le petit plus : nous avons pu cueillir quelques oranges dans le pré juste à côté.

We spent about 10 days in this place and we felt right at home. The owner was always willing to help and was very responsive. The rooms were clean and we had all that we wanted to make our stay comfortable. The location is great-at the marina, nice to walk and dine at some fine restaurants around. Parking was easy and the center was only 8 mins drive. We would highly recommend this place.

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, με εύκολη πρόσβαση τόσο στην παραλία όσο και στην πλατεία. Καινούργιος χώρος, άνετος. Σίγουρα θα τον προτιμήσουμε και στην επόμενη φορά

Δευτερη επίσκεψή μου στο ίδιο κατάλυμα και η εμπειρία εξίσου υπέροχη με την πρώτη. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης για την διαμονή του.

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

Le logement est très conforme aux photos Il est très propre et fonctionnel La vue est splendide et le coucher de soleil est juste magnifique L’accès direct à la piscine est un + La climatisation est très utile et fonctionne très très bien Nous avons eu la résidence pendant 4 jours à nous tout seul Pour nous il a pas eu beaucoup de choses négatives : le chemin qui mène à la résidence est en cailloux oui mais ne nous a pas du tout déranger La wifi n’est pas très bonne .. un tapis de douche aurait été utile et surtout quelques casseroles poêles et autres pour cuisiner . Seul un faitout je dis bien SEUL un faitout était disponible ! Je pense que vous pouvez remédiez à ça rapidement pour que votre logement soit juste PARFAIT Je recommande néanmoins cette location
