Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, με όλες τις ανέσεις, το οποίο καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, που διαθέτει πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ τριγύρω. Η κα Καίτη είναι υπέροχη και πολύ εξυπηρετική και προνοητική. Σε κάθε μας αίτημα απαντούσε πάρα πολύ άμεσα, ενώ πριν φτάσουμε στο σπίτι μας είχε στείλει πληροφορίες αναλυτικές για το τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην περιοχή, σχετικα με το φαγητό, κα. Σίγουρα την επόμενη φορά που θα κατεβούμε προς Καλαμάτα και τα περίχωρα, θα προτιμήσουμε αυτό το σπίτι!

Alles bestens! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einem niedlichen, kleinen Örtchen und ist absolut sauber, gepflegt und charmant. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, Mani ist im Vergleich die wildeste und ursprünglichste Gegend des Peloponnes. Darüberhinaus ist Georgios ein überaus freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Absolute Empfehlung!

Liebe Maria, danke, dass wir dein schönes kleines Haus nutzen konnten. So nah am Meer zu wohnen, das war etwas besonderes. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich gefreut die Türen zu öffnen und sofort aufs Wasser zu blicken. Der kleine Mini-Supermarkt gleich nebenan war sehr praktisch und auch die Restaurant-Bar einladend. Der Oktober mit wenig Touristen war eine gute Zeit für unseren Aufenthalt und so war auch die Straße kein Problem. Auch die Kinder waren sehr glücklich bei dir. Wir kommen darum gerne wieder.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die verschiedenen Terrassen haben alle einen wunderbaren Meerblick und bieten für die Mittagszeit genug Schatten zum Verweilen. Besonders die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ist prima geeignet für Selbstversorger. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt und vor allem auch genügend Geschirr. Obwohl keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, kann man die Temperature mithilfe der unzähligen Ventilatoren und der vielen zu öffnenden Fenster gut kontrollieren. Es gibt genug Platz für 4-6 Personen. Es sind mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe (Auto notwendig). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort wirklich genossen.

Nette Gastgeberin und obwohl sie über der Wohnung wohnt kein bisschen störend. Selbst im Garten konnten wir verweilen. Es war einfach schön…

Amazing place, looks exactly like the photos and as described. Jenny was an amazing host & it was a beautiful area but would highly recommend a car as not too much around the area but 100% would come again! So so happy! :)

Perfect base for a few days in Mani - 10 mins up the road from Kardamyli and a short drive further up the hill to some amazing hiking trails. Clean & comfortable space and with ample heaters for those cold winter nights. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again.

Marios ist ein wunderbarer, herzlicher Mensch und ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen!

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και σε πολύ καλό σημείο. Ο κ. Νίκος ήταν αρκετά εξυπηρετικός.

Ο χώρος της Νατάσσας αξίζει τα 5 αστέρια και με το παραπάνω. Άψογο διαμέρισμα, λειτουργικό, ευρύχωρο, με ωραία πίσω αυλή απόλυτα ιδιωτική. Παρά πολύ καθαρό, ωραία διακόσμηση. Οι παροχές ίσως είναι και παραπάνω από όσες αναφέρονται στην καταχωριση ( πχ καφές πρωινό). Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από την παραλία κι άλλο ένα τέταρτο για τα μαγαζιά για να βγεις για ποτό και φαΐ. Ήσυχη γειτονια με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η Νατασα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και διακριτική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε ότι ερώτημα είχαμε. Σιγουρα θα επιλέξουμε τον χώρο για τη διαμονή αν ξαναέρθουμε Καλαμάτα και τον συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

La casa si trova in una posizione tranquillissima e comoda se si ha l'auto. A meno di 10 min ci sono spiagge bellissime e ristoranti buonissimi. Le strade nella zona sono strade di montagna con diverse curve, quindi di sera bisogna fare attenzione. Per quanto riguarda la casa, si vede che è stata rinnovata da poco, è molto pulita ed ordinata. L'acqua del rubinetto non è potabile ed è leggermente salata. L'host è molto accogliente, super responsiva ed inoltre ci ha dato un sacco di consigli preziosi su spiaggie e ristoranti. Anche i vicini sono stati gentili, ci hanno fatto visitare una piccola chiesa vicino la casa e ci hanno offerto fichi freschi. Infine, se vi piacciono i gatti, ce ne sono tantissimi nella zona 😊 Giudizio finale: ci tornerei volentieri e ve la consiglio!

Lena and Dimitris have a great place. The view is wonderful and the location is close to many restaurants and the waterfront. The house was comfortable and well equipped. They even provided some fresh eggs, juice, and cookies as a welcoming gift. Communication was great. Their friend Miltos met me at the house and showed me around. He was also available if I needed anything. It was a good stay and I would choose their place again!

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Appartement moderne et bien équipé, confortable. Facile d'accès même si l'on a un peu de mal à trouver une place pour se garer. Boulangerie en face.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at George's place!!! The location is amazing! It's right in the middle of a wonderful town with great restaurants, shops and activity! We also loved the balcony overlooking the town. George was so responsive, helpful and nice and we really enjoyed talking with him. We would highly recommend staying at George's place and we hope to come back soon!

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο κατάλυμα στο Ακρογιάλι Αβίας! Η τοποθεσία είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα με ήρεμο περιβάλλον, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει έναν όμορφο και ήσυχο προορισμό δίπλα στο κύμα!

A very nice apartment in a great location in Kalamata. Stauroula is kind, friendly, and speaks excellent English. We’ve had a pleasant, month-long stay here in the autumn, the flat is comfortable and practical. Our whale of a car was a bit tricky to park, since Greek parking spots tend to be on the smaller side, but having a dedicated, roofed parking spot was super nice to have! I also liked that the apartment has a very cool terrace, an awesome place to have my morning coffee in the sun. Having a bathtub is a nice extra (not many Greek apartments have one!), but it’s a bit on the slim side, I’m a fairly large fellow by Greek standards so it was a bit of a tight fit for me. ;) The internet is 8 Mbit/s at its best, we used our own instead, as that’s not very useful these days.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άψογο πραγματικά. Η αγγελική ήταν άμεση στις απαντήσεις της και πολύ φιλική,εύκολοι οδηγοί για check in και μας πρότεινε και μεροι να πάμε. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκετε πραγματικά σε καλό σημείο πάνω στο κέντρο,τα μαγαζιά είναι κυριολεκτικά δίπλα από την πόρτα σου. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και το διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετο. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό για να γράψω για την διαμονή μας όλα άψογα. Σίγουρα εάν ξανά έρθουμε θα την προτιμήσουμε
