We've spent a very enjoyable month at Karlene's place and have already booked to return next year! Karlene is very responsive and Alicia, the local estate manager, was really helpful, thank you both. We hired a car for the duration which helped make our stay more akin to being home from home, giving the flexibility to do what we pleased when we liked. The condos are very quiet, especially at night and had a good mix of owner occupiers and holiday makers all of whom where very friendly, especially the lovely ladies who managed the security gates who always welcomed us with a smile. An ideal base for exploring this part of the island.

The apartment was perfect for a Christmas getaway. The main house facing the street is always really well decorated and added to the ambiance. Chantelle and her team were great at reaching out with instructions prior to check in and Gina, was onsite most days and was also fantastic to deal with. The location was great, close to the main road where you can catch a city bus or local route taxi. There is a large grocery store about a block away and the beach was heavenly. It’s never too crowded as it’s kind of off the beaten path. We saw lots of turtles swimming around. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep and the road noise wasn’t bad at all considering how close it is. The two outside areas (front porch and private balcony) were amazing spots for breakfast, relaxing with a book or soaking up the sun. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to be back soon for another stay!

I had a lovely week in this apartment at Goldenview. I worked UK office hours too and the WiFi was faultless. The apartment was spotlessly clean, decently furnished and the kitchen had everything you might need. Michaela was a fantastic host and kindly let me check out late due to my evening flight home. I had a wonderful week with my parents (in another apartment) and am looking forward to doing it again next year. Thank you Michaela for renting it to me!

The apartment was clean, well stocked and in a brilliant location. 2 minutes to a lovely beach and close to a few bars and convenience store. Blush cafe next door does a great breakfast. Would 100% recommended!

We recently stayed at Betty's place for a week. The place is large, well appointed and well maintained. We slept very well, and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for making our own meals and reheating leftovers. We also liked having a washing machine and dryer, as well as access to a clothesline. Betty is a wonderful host, and was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. It is a short drive to Heywoods Beach, and lots of restaurants and shops in Speightstown. Thank you very much Betty for making our stay so comfortable. We now know where to stay on our next visit to Barbados. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay and once again thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Barbados. Shontelle was an excellent host—proactive, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The listing was exactly as described, matching the photos perfectly. The space was spotless, which we truly appreciated. We also had the option to rent a great Jimny from her, which made exploring the island and its beautiful beaches even more enjoyable. All appliances were in great condition, if not brand new, and the air conditioning was a dream. The mosquito-proofing was another thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful modern home. Extremely clean and comfy. Host was very proactive and helpful with response. Away from all of the action, so be mindful of that. However transportation was easy since the bus stop was nearby.

We had a very relaxing stay in this spacious home away from home. Walkable to beach and all Oistins has to offer. One note the property is located on a hill and there is a large staircase 60 steps or so to climb. We liked the exercise but something to consider if accessibility is a concern. Really lovely place with a wonderful breezy covered and gated patio with ocean view to relax and dine on. Would definitely book again!

My stay at Sun Spot was absolutely wonderful very clean, quiet and has all the amenities you can possibly need, the washer and dryer are very convenient as well. We had a minor issue with the AC and it was sorted the very next day. The yard is maintained well and they also have a water tank in the event that the local water supply goes off. The host was able to drop off clean linen and extra toilet and tissue paper. Spacious driveway that can fit up to 3 cars!! And very close to coverly village which is about a 5 minute drive away. 10/10 would recommend!!

My experience was lovely. I brought some friends home with me and they can’t wait to go back. The villages have everything you need you couldn’t ask for more!

A fantastic villa in the heart of Royal Westmoreland and close to the Sanctuary. Clean and beautifully furnished with great outdoor space. Brigitte was attentive, friendly and professional and great to deal with throughout. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.

Vida Mejor was a great villa for our family on our first trip to Barbados. Carlton met us at check-in and was very helpful getting us situated. We had plenty of space inside, but we spent most of our time there on the back patio and pool which were very pleasant. Even had some animal visitors (monkeys) from time to time which was very fun. Location is great, very quiet, but easy walk to Holetown Beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Holetown is also pretty convenient for driving to the activities we visiting, like the wildlife reserve, animal flower cave, Harrison caves, etc. Overall very satisfied with the accommodations and would definitely recommend!

This home is enormous, well-appointed, clean and ready for a large party of guests! Virtually anything you could want is here. Cleaners came twice while we were there, and the managers were always ready to help us with anything extra we might need. I have zero complaints with the actual home itself -- though figuring out the fob to get the main gate open and closed took a bit of trial and error. This next part is not about the house itself, but is important to anyone going: Barbados has wild roosters and chickens *everywhere.* This may seem quaint, but the roosters make a lot of noise crowing -- day AND night. We heard them at 2:30, 4:30, 6:30 and during the day. If you are a light sleeper, this may prove challenging. They are NOT on the property, but ARE nearby. Additionally, while the home has screened virtually every window, Barbados has mosquitoes and invariably, some get inside.

Our family has stayed at Toby's place multiple times over the years..... never disappoints, and overall good value.

Everything was perfect - accomodation in quiet location very close to Miami Beach and shops / bakery. comunication with Alicia and Mark was excelent - very friendly and helpfull. appartement was very good equiped and clean. We stayed at Steven’s apartment for 10 days and had an amazing holiday (2 couples). The apartment was wonderful and just as described and there were lots of additional touches that were really thoughtful such as the Cool box and ice blocks and a couple of snorkels. The Sugar Hill complex was beautiful and peaceful. The pools were a lovely temperature (lit at night and open until 9pm) and grounds very well kept. We had a couple of lovely lunches at The Deck (Shrimp Pad Thai excellent!) and the rum punch during happy hour very good. We utilised the Fairmont beach club membership particularly to go and watch the sunsets but also travelled around the Island - which always felt friendly and safe. Kavell was super responsive when we had any questions. I had to do some work whilst out here so had to use the table on the balcony (only minor point was that there wasn’t an electric socket close by). It is an approx 20 min walk down the hill (via Store house Road) to the beach club.

This Air bnb was much more then we expected! The pictures don't do it justice. The view from the living room space is incredible and you walk out into the gorgeous beach. We watched the sea turtles roaming right in front of our place everyday and the neighbors were extremely nice. Paul is quick at responding messages and ensured we were OK. Everything is walking distance (groceries, bank, restaurants and night life). We could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

The apartment was actually better than the description. Its on the ground floor of a block of modern apartments, right beside the pool, and with a large shaded patio. Patio isnt a great word, it was better than that- a comfortable space with table, chairs, and loungers. The concierge Andrew arrived just after us, gave us comprehensive instructions and recommendations of where to eat. We ate at one, Shakers round the back streets and it was wonderful. Andrew even arranged a taxi to the airport when we were leaving. SO well looked after, thanks Andrew. We're very pleased.

This was a beautiful condo for our stay. Preetam was excellent to communicate with, was very responsive and gave us a ton of suggestions on what to do, where to eat and overall a wonderful host. The place was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. He even had a "starter package" with a ton of goodies, which were really appreciated. We will DEFINITELY be booking here again, when we're back in Barbados. From start to finish, Preetam was THE perfect host. Thank you!

What a perfect place to relax and feel right at home. All the pictures are just what you see. Very well appointed condo with everything you need - especially the amazing view, really nice pools, and so close to so many restaurants of all kinds. The Gap gives you everything to enjoy a fabulous Barbados trip. Ray was so fast and complete with suggestions and helpful hints, plus right on with restaurants - go to Primo Bar & Bistro you won’t be disappointed - same with Cocktail Kitchen; Bliss for breakfast is a must - all these in walking distance. WiFi in the unit was great, cool A/C, comfy beds…did I mention the view!! What a treat to have coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the day start to unfold and listen to the waves so close. Ray’s condo has everything we wanted! Tony, mgr there, was at our door making sure we had everything within 20 minutes walking into this lovely condo. We’ll be back and tell all our friends too. What a fantastic place this is. Port St Charles is a beautiful place to stay with bars, swimming pools and the wonderful beach all within very easy reach, either by foot or via the water taxi service. Oliver's apartment is extremely spacious, comfortable and has a stunning view across the port lagoon. All instructions from Oliver and John were super-clear, check in and out was easy and flexible and everything that we needed was there. This really is a brilliant place to stay and hopefully I will be returning soon. Many thanks to Oliver and John for everything.
