We loved our stay here. You are very close to Assisi old town- just walk to the parking lot next door and ride the escalator up. We parked the car on the property and did not use it the whole time. We walked to Assisi both days we were here and spent time in the town. When we needed groceries we walked to the nearby Tigre grocery store. After walking around the town the apartment was perfect for relaxing. It was comfortable with lots of space. There is a TV. The beds are very comfortable. My son loved having his own space in the little nook. We had what we needed to make breakfast and simple dinners. We followed Angela's guidebook (on the Airbnb app/site) to book a restaurant in town one time. Our GPS had a hard time finding the house, but we called and her son explained it to us. After that it was very easy.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Beautiful views and Raffaele was a great host! It was off season so there wasn't much to do in the neighborhood but that was perfectly fine with me and the peacefulness was exactly what I wanted.

Wir waren in der Nachsaison vor Ort und haben ruhige Tage am wunderschönen See und in der sehenswerten Altstadt verbracht. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig, steil ansteigend oberhalb des Sees in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen, in der liebevoll gestalteten privat genutzten Wohnung zu wohnen, die uns einen Einblick in die Wohnverhältnisse vor Ort vermittelt hat. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Unsere Gastgeber waren großartig. Obwohl wir uns persönlich nicht kennengelernt haben, hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt mit Ihnen. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für unsere An- und Abreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln herausgesucht und uns mit vielen Hinweisen auf gute Restaurants versorgt. L'appartamento è super confortevole, il letto incredibilmente comodo. Roberta è stata gentilissima con noi, siamo stati benissimo, l'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla a poca distanza da Assisi. Nei giorni che siamo stati faceva freddo ma nell'appartamento il riscaldamento funziona alla grande. Assolutamente da consigliare anche nel periodo estivo essendoci piscina e angolo per BBQ. Top!

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

Chiara was a great host and we really enjoyed our time in tuscany and the area. Was great experience and she also helped us and organized a toddler chair for our baby Alma, we really appreciate it!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für schönes Wetter. Der Garten ist traumhaft und der Pool wird gut gepflegt und kann auch abends genutzt werden. Bei Regen sieht es leider etwas anders aus. Die Regenrinnen sind kaputt und erzeugen das Geräusch von Wasserfällen. Aber für das Wetter kann ja niemand etwas. Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden haben allerdings die besten Zeiten weit hinter sich. Möchte man keinen Besuch vom sehr lieben Hofhund bekommen sollte man darauf achten die Türen immer zu schließen. Insgesamt haben wir uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Die Unterkunft bei Dina ist wirklich toll. Es war schön ruhig, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass mein Hund frei laufen konnte und durfte. Zum spazieren sind wir gleich rauf auf den Hügel voller Olivenbäume. Wir machten auch einen schönen Trailrun. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am See oder bei Supermärkten. Das besondere an der Unterkunft ist aber Dina selbst. Sie ist eine wirklich tolle, liebe, herzliche, freundliche und gesprächige Dame und immer stehts bemüht, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Mein Suchhundazubi Dami und ich, hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank :)

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Casa Uliveto med hele storfamilien på 7 voksne og 7 ungdommer, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Både huset og eiendommen var nydelig og velholdt, og området var fredelig og trygt. Andrea var en strålende vert som svare raskt og ga oss god informasjon både før og under oppholdet. Vi fikk mange gode anbefalinger fra Andrea om lokale byer og restauranter, og vi brukte dagene godt til mye sightseeing i den vakre regionen. Høydepunktet var nok likevel kokkekurset som vi hadde hjemme i huset. Vi bestilte kurset gjennom Andrea, og de tre blide kokkene som kom, håndterte vår mangfoldige gjeng på strålende vis! De snakket kun italiensk, vi svarte på en blanding av engelsk, norsk og spansk (!), men jammen forsto vi hverandre godt likevel! Det var mye latter og gestikulering, og maten (4 retter) ble nydelig! Både store og små hadde en fantastisk kveld! Anbefales varmt! Takk for et nydelig opphold og flott vertskap!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Casa perfetta per 8/10 persone in zona molto tranquilla e con vedute splendide sui Monti Sibillini. Super apprezzata la jacuzzi all'aperto.

Fiona is a great host. She was really friendly and always eager to help. The house is super cosy and well equipped. The kitchen is great, there was everything we needed to cook delicious Italian dishes. We loved the fire burner. I can highly recommend this quiet place to anyone willing to rest from the bustling city life. The internet connection could be better but this is a very remote location so there’s probably nothing the host can do to improve it. The pool closes in October. It was too cold there to use it but it could have been mentioned in the offer. The quite high (300 eur) deposit for electricity was required and this should have been mentioned as well. It hasn’t been returned to us yet so I can’t say how high the bill for electricity could be. Anyway, this is a really nice place and we had a great time there.

Úžasný týden odpočinku. Objekt a zahrada jsou krásné a vše je doplněno super bazénem, který má akorát teplotu vody k parnému létu - osvěží. Je dost velký i když je ubytovaných víc. Apartmán byl klimatizovaný, čistý a velmi prostorný. Valentina byla super! Poradila nám naprosto ve všem. Doporučila nám jak se kam dostat a jak co zařídit - taxíky, výlety, nákupy atd. Je zde velmi silné připojení na internet, což ocenili naši synové. Ale i pro mě bylo super, že jsem si mohl vyřizovat práci ze zahrady :-). Město Perugia je moc pěkné a vůbec jsem to nečekal, že má tak krásné historické centrum - jen většina restaurací tam otevírá poměrně pozdě, takže jestliže si ve městě chcete dát oběd, tak výběr je omezený. Byl to super týden - všem doporučuji.

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. We hope to return again.

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!
