Logement accueillant. Très agréable, dommage que le temps est encore un peu changeant à cette saison et qu'on n'ait pu profiter mieux de l'île ! séjour agréable et bons restaurants sur les conseils de l'hôte.

Hallo Anestis und Familie, wir bedanken uns, dass wir in Eurem großartigen Haus 2 Wochen verbringen durften. Es ist tatsächlich so, wie die Vorredner schon geschrieben haben - die Fotos können nicht annähernd beschreiben wir schon es in echt ist. Ein riesiges Grundstück, auf dem man schländern und immer etwas neues entdecken kann. Ein einmaliger Barbeque-Platz der urgemütlich ist und bei dem an alles gedacht wurde. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Ihr habt so kleinen Dinge dort, die eine Verbindung zu Euch und Eurem Leben schaffen. Aber das großatigste ist tatsächlich der Blick! Ein Traum und defintiv mit keinem Foto der Welt festzuhalten. Man muss sich bewahren solche Schönheit zu sehen und zu erkennen. Wir haben diese in unserem Herzen mitgenommen und bedanken uns für alles. Kati, Steffen und Jürgen :)

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό , η τοποθεσια εξαιρετική και όμορφη . Αν θα έπρεπε να βρω ένα μειονέκτημα , θα έλεγα την κατάσταση των δρόμων στην περιοχή , αλλά αυτό αφορά ολόκληρη την Αργολίδα και όχι φυσικά τον ιδιοκτήτη . Έχει ωραία θέα , είναι καθαρό και όμορφο και μεγάλο συν η ύπαρξη barbecue αν έχετε ταλέντο στο ψήσιμο .

Our second stay at the Olive Grove house was as fantastic as the first one. Dionysia is a wonderful host with a great local team. The garden has grown since last year and is a dream, and we will miss the beautiful view on Porto Heli Bay. The house has all the modern comfort a family might need for the perfect holiday and is in great order throughout: beautifully decorated and extremely welcoming. Thank you for having had us again this summer, Dionysia! We had a brilliant time.

Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα με υπεροχη θέα. Το ντεκόρ είναι λίγο παρωχημένο και το μπάνιο θα ήθελε μια ανακαίνιση, αλλά όλα ήταν λειτουργικα και πεντακάθαρα.

Charming, large old house in superb peaceful setting only 100 metres from fab old harbour (turn right at olive press which is a fantastic restaurant!)..very clean with lovely bedrooms, kitchen large but a bit dated..however fab outside courtyard for breakfasts. So easy to access old harbour and Agia Marina beach and only 15 mins walk along the sea road to the town.

The house is near all local a amenities and is clean and has all the accoutrements you need to enjoy a holiday abroad. Even arranged the key exchange in Athens airport after a terrible delayed flight. With food starter pack. It was great.

This is a fantastic Villa in a great location. If anything, I think it is undersold in the pictures and profile. The view over Porto Heli is beautiful. The pool is amazing and maintained almost daily. Communication was always good- having Isabelle locally was beyond useful. We have stayed in the area a lot but this is by far our favourite villa! We will be back! Thank you so much!

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

Evgeniia's house was perfect for our family. we have young kids and the house was well equipped for all their needs, including toys, a baby bed and air-conditioning for their noon naps. Evgeniia gave us great information about places to visit and restaurants and was super friendly. the location of the house is very isolated however really close to Ermioni where we found a supermarket and great food (a car is needed to get everywhere). We really enjoyed the quiet. Many beautiful beaches in the area. we had a great stay. thank you so much

We had a wonderful week at Mandy's house. The location is unbeatable—just 50 meters from a stunning beach in a peaceful, green area where you can hear the soothing sound of the sea. The view from the house is breathtaking. The pool is fantastic, with a shallow section that's perfect for kids (just be sure not to jump in there!). The house was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for two families with small children. Mandy was incredibly helpful, providing excellent tips and recommendations. A big thank you to Rana, the housekeeper, who greeted us and was always there to assist when needed.

We spent a memorable week in the Villa Athena. The place, both indoor and outdoor, is very spatious and clean. The terrace and the swimming pools were actually much better that what we could expected from the current pictures on the app. This was a really good surprise. The location is a bit remote and the access not so easy (you need a car) but it totally worths it. You'll enjoy the amazing view without disturbance from the neighbors. From the villa, you can also easily access to small and non-tourist beaches by walking 5 to 10mins. Minors inconvenients: - no drinkable water from tap - check in and check out timing did not occurred as expected

Dianna kindly met us at the Port and organised taxis up to the house, which was a great start to our 2 week family holiday. Dianna also left us a delicious local cake which we enjoyed immensely!Villa Cariso is a beautifully designed modern house, creating the perfect layout for family groups. There was plenty of space for communal meals poolside or on balconies with amazing sea views, whilst at the same time the clever arrangement of 5 en-suite bedrooms over 3 levels provided privacy if required. All modern conveniences were provided and worked super efficiently. Both Dianna and Stamatios were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The pool was heaven, we also loved Agii Anargiri beach, travelling there sometimes by boat or moped or taxi, town beaches are also good. Bouboulina and Spetses Museum are well worth a visit to understand Spetses history. The hillside walk above the house provides spectacular views overlooking both sides of the Island. Big thanks! We hope to return.

Wir waren einen ganzen Monat in der wunderschönen Unterkunft Harmonia in Loukaiti und haben gemeinsam mit unserer Familie eine ganz wundervolle Zeit verbringen können. Das Haus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat direkt Urlaubsfeeling und fühlt sich direkt Zuhause. Eine Nachbarin hat uns begrüßt und alles gezeigt, die gesamte Nachbarschaft ist einzigartig. So unfassbar liebevolle Menschen die sich ständig auch um unsere Kinder mit gekümmert haben und uns Sonntags sogar mit Pfannkuchen/Kuchen oder Eiern und Ziegenmilch versorgt haben. Ein richtiges Bergdorf Leben wie man es sich aus romantischen Filmen vorstellt. Im Ort selbst ist nichts außer Natur, Frieden , Ruhe, eine Taverna und es kommen auch täglich Autos mit Lebensmitteln. Aber ein Auto ist von Vorteil, alles was man benötigt und traumhafte Strände/Inseln sind in naher Umgebung. Unser Host war immer erreichbar. In allem war es wunderschön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

προτείνετε ανεπιφύλακτα η τοποθεσία και η θέα είναι εκπληκτική, πολύ κοντά στο Πόρτο Χέλι. το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. πολύ καθαρός χώρος και περιποιημένος εξωτερικός χώρος με εκπληκτικό φωτισμό . τελός οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί και συνεργάσιμοι

ligoneri is a development of the 60/70s. the views are fantastic, the architecture functional. Leo's house is possibly the best situated of the whole nearly 200 homes, situated in the lower rank and actually walkable to the beach. the property is exactly as shown in the pictures. it was perfect for me and the 4 kids I had in toe, mine and their friends. there is no Aircon in the bedrooms but the fans were enough for us. the water pressure is amazing. the kitchen, we cooked proper family meals, sharp knives, lemon juicers, chopping boards wonderful hobb oven. there is a bus that takes you into town that leaves nearly every hour and costing only 2 euros per person, otherwise the walk is a healthy 45 mins, we struggled to locate any taxis when we needed them. however, everyone delivers, the supermarket, the butcher, the fish mongers. if you like unorganised beaches as I do there are at least 3 within spitting distance. the waters are beautiful.

The house is great. Very well equipped with a lot of amenities. The house was very clean and was cleaned again mid way through our stay. The pool was a life saver with the heat at the time. The pool is a very good size. The house is very well located. Just a 2 minute walk to the bakery and corner kiosk for grabbing breakfasts and a quick snack. Mini market and fruit shop are about a 5 min walk. Communication and check in was very good. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Η βιλα του Mark εχει καταπληκτική θεα, εξαιρετικα λειτουργικους χωρους (εξωτερκους και εσωτερικους) και ιδιωτικοτητα. Ο Mark ειναι φιλικος και εξυπηρετικος σε οτι χρειαστείς.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα . Είμασταν 12 ατομα κ μείναμε 3 ημερες. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Έχει καταπληκτική εσωτερική διακόσμηση, ωραια υπνοδωματια και πολύ μεγάλο περιβάλλοντα χώρο με μεγάλη πισίνα, γήπεδο ποδοσφαίρου, μπάρμπεκιου κλπ. Ο διαχειριστής κ Χρήστος εξαιρετικός. Θα έλεγα best value for money. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ . Θα έρθουμε ξανά . Μαρία Βλαχου

La maison de Sophie est une parenthèse enchantée. Nous avons séjourné dans une maison décorée avec goût avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. C'est est très cocooning. Et que dire du jardin avec son patio qui amène à la sérénité et à la relaxation! La maison se trouve proche de la plage. On peut voir de belles criques et visiter de beaux villages à condition d'avoir un véhicule Nous avons adoré notre séjour et plus particulièrement l'île de Speetses qui est splendide. Nous recommandons de séjourner chez Sophie et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci.
