We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in den Bergen mit eigenem Pool. Es war noch schöner wie beschrieben. Wunderschön angelegt mit herrlicher Aussicht nach allen Seiten. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Unser Aufenthalt war für uns 8 super. Wir fanden die Unterkunft gemütlich & haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Harald war sehr nett, entspannt und hat uns gute Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Für unseren 3-tägigen Mini-Skiurlaub war es zudem echt voll in Ordnung, dass der nächstes Skilift in Scheffau (schönes Skigebiet) nur ca. 30min entfernt war. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen können. Harald's Bleibe ist aus meiner/unserer Sicht sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße, Konstanze

Maria was very proactive about reaching us before our stay and explaining all the details and answering our questions. Location is really great, it is our second time in Rottach-Egern and we really loved it. House was really clean, but we have found out the covered areas like under the sofa and behind the doors were actually not cleaned very well. we didn't make it a big deal but it is just a suggestion check the cleaning people. There is nothing in the kitchen like salt, oil, coffee, basically you need to be really prepared before you come there. There are a lot of supermarkets around the house so although it would be convenient to have the basics at home, we didn't have any issue. I really recommend the house to families as the whirlpool outside and the garden were really fun with the kids.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das 400 Jahre alte Haus wurde aufwendig renoviert. Wir waren im Winter da und brauchten etwas um das Haus warm zu bekommen, aber es war durch die Kamine und Infrarotheizungen in allen Räumen schnell erreicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfbereit.

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

Wir haben mit unseren Töchtern (6 und 7 Jahre) die Weihnachtszeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus war blitzsauber, schön und in Weihnachtsstimmung eingerichtet. Die Sauna und der Hot Tub waren einfach geil und wir konnten uns entspannen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank, Christof.

Wir waren sechs Personen in der Unterkunft. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Beeindruckend war die Raumaufteilung auf so wenig Wohnfläche. Auch das jedes Zimmer ein vollwertiges Bad hat. Die Höhe im „Dachgeschoss“ wirkt auf den Bilder höher. Als Erwachsener kann man sich dort aber nur auf allen vieren bewegen. Außerdem gibt es keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit oder Sichtschutz. Die Spülmaschine ist eine tolle Bereicherung in der Küche. Das Raumklima ist fantastisch. Wir haben die Sauna benutzt. Dort sind auch die Saunatücher & Aufguss dabei.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Hübsches kleines Haus, sehr schön gelegen. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Skvělé místo, v blízkosti lyžařských areálů a pěkných tratí na běžky. Dům má krásnou jídelnu, dětem se líbila velká místnost s patrovými postelemi. Všude čisto. Isabell je velmi přátelská a nápomocná.

We spent 4 days in the région of Murnau and it was delightful: nice walks, nice visit of Munich, nice place. The house is confortable, and everything as announced. We spent 4 great days in family in that place. Thanks!

Trés bon séjour, maison conforme au descriptif. Voisin trés serviable et trés disponible qui nous a aidé pour mettre la voiture au garage pendant la période de neige. Je recommande cette maison.

Chosen for a month’s stay to ski at local resorts. Excellent location from that point of view (though you need a car with winter tires to get up and down the steep road to the property). Large house, very clean and neat, and host was very responsive and helpful.

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

Sabine’s home was the perfect place for our family to spend our Christmas holiday in Munich. The house is gorgeous and spacious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and take advantage of the outdoor space more in warmer seasons. Sabine was a delight to communicate with. She was very helpful and inviting.

Wir waren hier mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei kleineren Kindern zum Winterurlaub. Das Objekt und die Region eignen sich hervorragend für diverse Arten von Winteraktivitäten. Wer im Alpinskibereich höhere Ansprüche hat kann z.B. in ca 35 min den Widen Kaiser erreichen.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, unglaublich freundliche Gastgeberin, perfekte ruhige Lage. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!
